After another repair shop kept giving me the run around for 3 months saying that they were not being able to get parts to fix my van, I brought it to CCC. They ordered the parts that same day and had my car fixed within 2 weeks. They were very courteous and kept me informed almost daily about the progress. The work was excellent, my van looks almost brand new!!

Was very satisfied with the work that was done on our vehicle. Was really impressed with the twice weekly text updates on how the work was progressing The staff was always friendly and helpful Overall a very positive experience!

Thank you Camellia Collision Center for taking care of me and my car lol. You guys were so respectul, nice, laid back, trusting, and caring. My car looked like a brand new car when I saw it. I definetly recommend this business to anyone who has any kind of damage to their car because they can fix it. You will definetly leave happy and satisfied as I did.

I was told initially it would take no more than three weeks to complete these repairs to my vehicle. Eight weeks later I finally received my vehicle. I had to call weekly to get status reports and had to call another insurance company to move the process along. I understand there was a delay because of a supplemental change but even after all parts were received it was still more than two weeks to complete. My vehicle was dirty on the inside and outside and was not cleaned as it said it would be in the initial paperwork. Very dissatisfied with this process.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I can t say enough about our overall experience. Fast turn around time, great communication, car looks brand new inside and out. They went above and beyond and paid attention to every little detail. The little gift incentives when we picked the car up was a nice, thoughtful little touch.Kayla was exceptional at her job. We had an insurance issue with Progressive s communication (or lack-there-of) pertaining to the supplement submitted and she was honest and kept us informed. She even stayed longer to insure we would get our car before the weekend. I hope people would be more understanding before leaving a bad review when it s the insurance company and not a reflection on Camellia holding up any issues with their vehicle. Highly recommend and will be using Camellia for any and all future repairs!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I dropped my car off to be fixed. They got to work getting the necessary parts to fix the car with. The paint and body work was amazing. They are very reliable and helpful. They washed and vacuumed before releasing it back to me.

We had a sunroof leak. They identified the problem and fixed it quickly. They then went the extra mile by following up a few days later after it rained to ensure that the leak had been fixed. Shelby was extremely helpful and courteous. This is our second time to use Camellia Collision and they continue to impress.

They did an amazing job on the body work, once they receive the parts they got it fixed and back to me in just over a week.Only complaint was my grab handle on the passenger side had some grease and dirt on and around it that I thought would stain but I was able to clean up pretty easily other than that they cleaned and wash the vehicle, it looked great! 100% would recommend them over anyone else in Greenville.Service: Body & Trim

When our truck was recently side swiped by an 18-wheeler, there was no hesitation when asked which collision center we would use for the repairs. Camellia Collision has always offered top notch service. They did not disappoint this time either. I highly recommend this business. Aside from the work done to our vehicle, their customer service is unmatched by any other customer service in the area. Professionalism at its best! I got paint and body work done. If you want good quality body work and paint etc. Camellia is the place you want to go to! Shelby who is employed with Camellia was awesome to do business with! She was very informative and made sure all expectations were met! The office staff are friendly and do all in their power to make you feel comfortable. They treat each vehicle as if it were their own. The technicians are wonderful and skilled. I will definitely bring my cars there anytime I need body work done!Update: This is still absolutely true. This is the only shop where I will bring my vehicles.

Camellia Collision did an awesome job on my Honda fit. Jason and Janet have always done excellent work on my cars, motorcycles and trucks. Jason first started painting my vehicles around 2003, and everything since has always been perfect. Their customer service is excellent, and no one paints a vehicle better. They go out of their way to make the customers happy.

This is a great place to take your vehicle for all of your repairs. All the staff and workers are so awesome and will definitely make sure everything is taken care of. I highly recommend anyone needing any vehicle repair done, to call Camellia Collision! Laken & Leanne went above and beyond when I hit my first deer. They got me in super fast, and the team at Camellia made my Chevy Suburban look brand new again! Thank you so much for being so nice & easy to work with! Jason and his team have done great work on our vehicles! We have had several deer hits and they have taken great care of our concerns, vehicles and dealing with our insurance company. PLUS, Jason stands behind his work. Just this past week Stanley noticed something going on in a small spot on the roof of his truck. Jason painted it SEVERAL years ago, so we weren't sure if it was still warrantied or not. But, he called Jason and was told not to worry about it. Jason told him to bring it back and he will take care of it for us. Now that is what I call customer service!! I would recommend them to anyone in need of a paint job.

When looking for an auto repair center, A friend reached out to me and recommended Camellia collision center. They answered all my questions gave me a quote and came and arranged a wreck to pick the truck up. They continued to communicate through the whole process. We had both passenger doors, the front passenger side, and the entire bed of the F-250 replaced and painted. Exceptional service.

After a minor fender bender involving a trailer hitch, Camellia Collision took my rear bumper from dented to brand new! They were so nice, professional, and FAST! Don't hesitate to call them...they will take care of you!

If I could do no stars , I would . Worst experience hands down from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Received my girlfriends vehicle back with things missing out of it . Things including a makeup bag , and other pricey items. Took the car to another shop and they showed me how many corners camelia cut to get the job done cheaper for them. This place is a scam and the people who work there are crooked . Stay clear..Services: Painting, Body & Trim
