I wanted to take a moment to share my story about C & K Auto of Greenville. A few weeks ago my power steering pump line blew on my dually and unfortunately I had to take it to a shop that wasn't very reputable against my better judgment. The cost was cheap amd I had to go out of town that day. I get it back a notice alot of fluid behind the front tire and just assumed it was from the blown line. I don't use the truck again for 2 weeks. I'm always checking the fluids so I pull the dipstick and notice the oil level is 2ish quarts low which I thought was odd. I needed to be in Gulf shores by 5pm so I headed towards greenville. We stopped to get lunch and I noticed oil everywhere again. I checked oil level and once again 2 quarts low. I went to the closest shop C & K auto told them what was going on. They found that the previous mechanic loosened the oil cooler lines and never tightened them. With a quick turn of the wrench and fluid again topped off I was back on the road. Needless to say I won't be using a mechanic shop in Highland Home ever again no matter how close it was. C & K went above and beyond to fix my issue amd had me back on the rd. In less than 30 mins from arriving. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I highly recommend this place to anyone I am from Texas I had issues with my vehicle so I decided to stop here. The guy was so helpful I think his name was Paul I didn t get his name but he is an older man he did a lot of work for us. Absolutely amazing. Very timely and professional service!! Claude did so much for me to get home. I was 13 hours away from home when I wrecked the front of my car, but he rushed to fix it and get me on the road.I made it home too!If ever in the area again, I highly recommend.

Came in with problems with antifreeze loss, and engine overheating. I was on a trip and was hours away from home with my dog. The car was fixed very fast and efficiently. To top it all off everyone was really nice and considerate. I highly recommend the shop.

My family and I were traveling home after vacation. Our van broke down on the side of the interstate and we had to get it towed. The tow truck driver recommended this place since we were unfamiliar with the area. The owners were so nice and helpful. They really deserve more than just a thank you or a nice review. They were extremely busy with many vehicles that needed to be worked on. When I asked for an estimated time that I could come back and pick it up the woman explained that they were backed up and he was the only mechanic. She did say that they would have it ready by the next day and wouldn't leave us in a hotel. They called at 8am the next morning to say it was ready. When we picked it up she said he had worked on it that night after they closed. The alternator had to be replaced and they were very affordable. The world needs morepeople like the owners of this place.

We were traveling from Alabama to North Carolina when we stopped at a Burger King for a bite to eat.Sure enough, When we get back in the truck it was dead! Nothing! And just like that we re stranded!We had the truck towed to C&K and prepared ourselves to sit a bit as they were very busy!About an hour in, diagnosed it, gave us an extra part and wished us safe travels. We were on the way to the beach with our two small children when we started having an issue with the AC in our vehicle. The first repair shop we stopped at said it would be over an hour before they could even take a look at it. We stopped by C&K and the gentleman came right out to help. Within 10 minutes he had fixed the issue and had us back on the road.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a drive belt break while driving back home to North Georgia. I had the truck towed to C & K on a Sunday while the were closed. I called the next morning to state the problem and Claude said they would take a look. He called back later and said it was all taken care of. I was only able to come back to get it on a Saturday when they were closed, he said that wouldn t be a problem. He met me at the shop on Saturday and allowed me to pay and be on my way. A genuine guy running a great service shop. I was very thankful for the hospitality. Wonderful guy!

They fixed our power steering but when we drove it home it was leaking a big puddle of antifreeze. It never leaked until they worked on the car. I took it back so they could fix what happened but they refused to accept the fact that something happened when our car was in their shop because it never leaked a puddle until we got the car back from them. They lost a good customer, we spent over $2000 in the last couple of months with them fixing 3 of our vehicles.

My girlfriend and I had our car break down on a road trip and we were lucky enough to be towed here. The mechanics quickly saw that there was a quart or two of extra transmission fluid in our engine (we had our oil changed right before starting this road trip - only couple hundred miles before the incident). The owner was very empathetic and did not even let us pay!

The owner is a fair and knowledgeable mechanic. His equally knowledgeable crew is efficient and precision is apparent. His wife is kind and will help in every way she can to expedite the process and will keep you informed every step of the way. Best mechanic in the Greenville area ... and I know just about all of them in a 100 mile radius ;)

First class, knowledgeable and experienced. My wife, newborn baby and I have a Range Rover that broke down on I10 near Greenville. I called C&K, and they not only worked us in immediately, but put two mechanics on the problem to get us fixed up and on our way. They were empathetic to our situation and we very much appreciate the great service and quality of work at a great price. Thank you again!

I cannot even begin to say how awesome these people were to us! 500 miles away from home, our truck died! The owner (wife) came and picked up my 3 children and myself and brought us back to the shop as the tow truck could not transport all of us. It was late Friday afternoon and they went above and beyond to get us back on the road! We were so thankful for them!

Very good service they fixed the problem with my car quickly and without trying to sell me unnecessary things. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help 10 out of 10 some of the best Service I ve ever had at a mechanic
