Called early morning and requested a part to be pulled that they had, they confirmed they would pull it. Gave plenty of time for them to take the part off the car and after driving an hour to pick it up, they had not pulled it and told me I would have to come back the next day since they do not have time. No apology or anything, extremely rude & did not return. I would recommend going somewhere else.

So I came in today on 1-20-20, to buy a door for a 95 chevy Silverado truck and was told it cost $150 by the old man. He told me I can't see the door before I buy it. This is unacceptable but acceptable if its your business, you can decline service who you want to. I have never seen a person act in this manner but it is the south so I expect this from a person born in the 40's -60's.

Real nice and friendly ppl i needed a drivers door for my service truck and they had it waiting on me when i got there. I will be doing alot more business with them

Make sure they put their hands on the part before you drive to go get it. I drove 50 miles to get a rim that they said was in stock. I got there and some how they lost them. The owner just said to me oh well it happens sometimes .

Got a door for a camaro for 150.00 got home and saw there was a big hole in it .but it was better than the one that was on there

Told the guy what I needed I need wasted no time sending someone out to retrieve the part and even explain to me how to put it in so thumbs up
