Been trying to buy a vehicle from them wouldn t talk with me on trade in with my 17 duramax for a newer 1500 high country they have, told me it was sold for 3 days then found it they have nobody working on it and it s available, when I asked about it again asking if they wanted to make a deal they said no sorry. You d think having a customer with nearly 800 credit and ability to buy no hassle whatever they wanted they would work better with people to sell their inventory.

Found car online. Drove from out of state and purchased. Discovered that I received the wrong title after getting home. No biggie, stuff happens. Called and owner asked me to next-day title back and promised to do the same with correct one. Said he would reimburse cost and needed it for another customer. Did as he asked, but discovered that he put my title in regular mail. Now a week later I'm still waiting and can't even tag the car. No offer to reimburse since. Bottom line - DID NOT KEEP HIS WORD.

Not sure what these ppl are talking about calling them scam artists but I've bought 3 vehicles from them none had issues currently still have one of them have sold them 2 vehicles which they gave me very fair dollar on and they work with me anytime I ask them to. If you bought a lemon from here and that's a big if it was your fault. As a matter of fact I pulled up to look at a duramax truck they had and the salesman told me immediately I didn't want it it had some issues they haven't resolved yet. Not sure about you guys but I think that is honest a very respectful he did not have to do that. These guys make money on buying selling vehicles that have electronics which failed all the time if you purchased a vehicle from them that went bad guess what it happens not their fault you should be more knowledgeable of what you're by stop trying to blame other people for your mistakes or lack of wisdom I have had multiple business experiences with the owner and the salesman and have always bought great vehicles and been treated more than fair every time thanks remart keep up the good work PS I'm Coming For That 1500 HD that y'all have all the lot

Bottom line if you want to deal with SHADY, DISHONEST people who will screw you go to ReMART IN Grant AL there is a reason there reviews on Facebook are private because they dont want anyone to be able to see all the negative reviews they would have. The most dishonost people I have ever dealt eoth made a two hour drive to go look at a vehicle get there drive it me and the salesman come to an agreement go to the bank get the loan. Later that night I get a call oh sorry sir I wasnt supposed to sell you that car for that price boss says its going to be $300 more we talk about that finally he says ok guess we will honor our word. I get there the next day there is a bill of sale layed out with the price of $300 more with my signature on it which i never signed someone else there decided they could sign my name to a hill of sale to try to trick me again very SHADY have to argue about that some more because the salesman that I dealt with didnt show up go figure. Finally get that situated then to realize that the 30 day warranty we had come to an agreement on no longer exist either and get told by the owner we never give 30 day warranties even though i had been promised one the day before. Then after i buy the vehicle.....yea I know stupid me... which at this point yea i prolly should have seen all the red flags with all that had happend but I wanted this specific vehicle and it overruled my common sense regardless as I'm driving home I realize the door unlock clicker that this vehicle had the day before... it no longer has so I give them a call just to hear no that never had a clicker. I call the salesman that I dealt with the day before and he tells me that it did which i knew and tells me that the owner does that alot that he is greedy and he will make it right by sending one in the male and will also send the 30 day warranty that was promised which also never happend been waiting for abput 10 days npw tried to give them the benefit of the doubt bit of course got lied to again. Its been 2 weeks now and the truck is already having several problems but anyways long story short DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DISHONEST, GREEDY PEOPLE if they will try to get over on me for a clicker that cost $10 imagine how you will get treated when it comes to something more serious like mechanical issues that i am currently having with the truck that 8 bought from them and it wasnt a cheap vehicle at all.

I have bought several cars from them and they have never treated me wrong. There have been several cars I have made money off of them because of their low prices. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting quality service.

These people are scam artist. Buyer be aware. Do not purchase a vehicle from these people. The car will most likely not work when u get it home the next day. They are currently under investigation for hiding problems in cars and selling them to people. So, please save your self the grief and don't buy from them.

I highly recommend going to Remart if you need a good quality car. Their prices are great, fast and friendly service. They are open 6 days a week closed on Sundays.

Always had good service at ReMart , as with any used car anywhere you buy one(check it out). If you don't know about cars, take it to someone that does...good people..

Always friendly, professional shop service. Always has great prices and I only do business with Remart Motors. They fix flat tires and any issue with a vehicle which is broken down.

Please read: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM REMART MOTORS LLC!! This business has not only let me drive off with a car that is NOT what they claim it was, but has refused to even answer their phones when we call with questions! My husband and I purchased a vehicle from (paying a large cash sum) and within 5 minutes of driving away the check engine light comes on! My husband and I took it to a well known mechanic in our area, thinking it was something small, but instead is costing in the $1500 dollar range, the battery has bled completely empty every day since the car was purchased and we have no idea how much that will cost to fix or what is causing it yet?? The guy that works at this dealership that met us with the car, assured us that he would bring the car fax, which he did not, then acted like he could not pull it up online and that only his boss could do that, he reeked of alcohol and has yet to call me back!! He sent me 3 different texts that same day and even went as far as using the fact that he had a flat tire and would call in ten min (No Call) then claims that his aunt had a stroke and was at the hospital with her (No Call)!! I hope this did not really happen to his aunt, but told him in the text that I would be praying for her!!! How do these people sleep at night!!! This is terrible business and hope that none of them or their families are ever treated this way by anyone!!!

Shady dishonest people. They should be put out of business for the absolute underhanded business practices. When you straight lie in the face of your customers on multiple occasions, and sell vehicles that you know aren't in the shape you claim them to be, it is downright criminal.

My husband bought a vehicle from there as listed below in the reviews I witnessed all of the dishonesty. People do not spend your money there if this is how they treat a Veteran that served this country how do you think you will be treated.

Yeah mr. Martin is not a fair man in all aspects!!! He will not be in business long with no customer relation that when you buy a car.and less than a week u have a major issue he's not there to help fix the problem!!!! Very bad customer service

Very shady and dishonest people will cover up problems enough to let you leave the lot and run into them down the road and don t bother trying to call and tell them about it because they definitely will not address the problems. Very greedy not there for the customer only there for the money will mess you over every chance they get and lie there way out of anything.
