Went in to buy cable ties in preparation for bad weather. Was greeted when I entered and directed to "isle 4 about 3/4 the way down." Right on spot! Visit was soured by young man who never spoke a word during entire checkout except when I asked the total. This employee missed several opportunities to cement a good customer experience. Needs training. At another location I had a female manager actually grab her screwdriver and go out into the rain to replace a taillight for me. Guess her customer service raised the bar and I wrongly expected to receive common courtesy from all O'Reilly's? Price was great, assistance was great, but checkout was very disappointing. A "Did you find everything" or "...thanks.." would have been great. I receive more interaction from Wal-Mart when I use their self service checkout; Icompared O'Reilly, receipt with a recent Wal-Mart receipt...see for yourself: one devotes its entire back side to "Thank You" while the other is focused on ..."Warranty."

My husband went in looking for a certain motor oil and all i got from the young man said was isle 6. He could not find what he was looking for so we left. Went to Advanced Auto Parts after and the clerk there came out from behind the counter and helped him look. We can see why no other customers were at this location. Usually O'Riellys is the first parts store we go to but this will be the one and only time we go to this location.

I've been an orielly customer since the 90's and was happy to see a local oriellys. It started out great, but the new management, at this location, has soured us to ever using any Orielly location. Oriellys has really gone down hill, if these rude women are what they consider management material. Advanced and Autozone will be getting our business from here out.

Fantastic friendly staff at O'Reilly's. They will kindly let you use their facilities should nature call. UNLIKE the fella s at Advance Auto parts, all of whom seem lethargic and unenthusiastic about your patronage to their store.

An employee changed a battery out on my girlfriends car while i was at work and broke one side of the bracket, failed to put either of the bolts back through the terminal (found this out once they came loose and the car started dying) and took the old battery and didn t offer to refund the core charge until she asked about it.Battery that works? 5 starsEmployees that do? 0 stars

I am posting this review for O'Reilly's auto parts in Grand Bay Alabama and Gage the store manager. While recently traveling through the area and pulling a trailer loaded with furniture and other items I experienced a blowout on one of my trailer tires as I was exiting I 10 at the Grand Bay exit. I scanned the area and spotted the O'Reilly's store on the left and pulled in to assess the situation, it was late in the afternoon on the 4th of July and the options were few. I went into the store to get some advice about what would be my best options for getting a replacement tire for my trailer at such an inoprotune time. I knew that O'Reilly's didn't stock 15 inch tires or wheels but just wanted to know where the closest place would be to get me back on the road and everything secured. I won't go into all of the details but I just wanted to say that Gage went above and beyond anything that I could have expected in providing help to get me out of a very difficult situation at the worst time. To me this speaks so much to his integrity and leadership as the manager of the establishment and as a member of the community. I hope everyone who reads this will see the Value in doing business with someone who cares and stop in to support this establishment and those who work there.

The website says they open at 8 on Sunday's the door says 9. It is now 9:09 and no one is here to open the store. I've been sitting out here for over 30 minutes waiting.
