If they had 10 stars I'd give them 10 stars all the way. They're the only ones in town that have the blinker fluid that I need, the sky hooks that I have to use every day of my life and the bubbles for my level. If they ain't got it, they'll get it for you. They will try to get anything that you are looking for in stock. They are Good People.P.S. Every Friday is free pizza Friday

I was looking for some new lawnmower wheels and bolts. I was sure the local hardware and building supply store would have what I needed. Not so. However the owner said I should go down the road to Grand Bay Auto Supply. They would have what I needed. It was only about 5 minutes away and the traffic was light. The store was a fixture in the community. The young men (half my age) were relaxed, cordial and helpful. I found 4 wheels with no effort. I was pretty sure I had found the right bolts but the owner said those bolts were designed for something else. I went home with wheels and they were the right size. I brought back the old bolts as a reference. We found matching new hardware next to the wheels. The fellows were helpful and encouraging. The prices were cheaper than either Walmart or Amazon. As soon as it stops raining around here we will start back mowing.

Anytime I call they are always willing to lookup what I need and let me know if they have it in stock. They always lookout for their customers and are willing to give information to help you with your purchase or your search for a product. Love having a auto parts store that cares for their customers.

Great local hardware store! The nice thing about this kind of hardware store is the customer service. The young lady that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable, helped me find exactly what I wanted.On top of that, they had a dusty little old dog coming and going from the store. Doesn't get much cuter than that. I'll definitely be shopping here again in the future.

Has a lot of parts for mowers. Can find most anything you need. Friendly and helpful. Fair prices.

Needed new mower blades which they were out of and said they had some on the truck coming the next day. Next day still didn't have any. Glad they didn't because Wal-Mart had them for less money and they were MTD brand.

Broke down on the side of I-10 just west of the Grand Bay exit on the way to New Orleans after losing my serpentine belt. Called the folks at Grand Bay Auto Supply and they brought the belt to me. Great folks with great customer service-exactly what America is missing. Thanks for he help!

Had the alternator i needed when those "big store" chains had to order it. Then it was wrong. Grand bay auto supply just had it and it worked.

If you need it, they have it or will get it for you. Friendly staff and knowledgeable about the parts they sell. You can find from automotive, tractors and lawnmower parts.

Mr. Frank is old school parts man. He can look at it and tell you what it's from. Also supplier of tractor parts. He's a cooperative supplier

I have had work done here. They are not the cheapest. Inside the store itself the items can be pricey.
