Kevin was the most professional mechanic. He made sure everything was done correctly. He went so far above and beyond with his service I could not give him a strong enough rating. If you are near Express don't even consider using anyone else!

Great service and very friendly. Kevin was fantastic. I can't say enough good things. He new what he was doing and did a great job for me. He has fixed me up three different times and did it in a very timely manner. Kevin will be my go to guy for all of my repair needs. Thanks Kevin .

Our motorhome broke down in Guntersville Alabama due to a leak in the transmission cooler. We called several truck repair shops and major RV dealers in the area and none of them were willing to help us. Finally through Good Sam roadside assistance we got in touch with Express Truck & Trailer Repair. Kevin and Jim were immediately responsive and drove to our campsite to evaluate the problem. A decision was made to Complete a temporary repair that would get us home because the OEM part was not immediately available. Repairs were completed Monday morning and we were able to make it the 500 miles to our home. Many thanks to Kevin and Jim for their willingness to help when no one else would. They did an amazing job and made us feel comfortable while the repairs were being completed. Express Truck & Trailer Repair should be your go to shop for excellent service and quality repairs.

Firstly Kevin and Jimbo are great people,the difference in theses guys and your other shops is very simple. First,yes they need to make a profit to stay in business BUT the difference is they actually care about the specific job quality their performing and their concerned about your well being and bottom line also. To the point, their business men but not thieves or crooks.Put these guys on your go to list !! Please don't throw your hard earned money away to mega corporations that care for nothing but their bottom line and profit percentage. AKA dealerships. Give these guys a try, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. Happy trails.. ol school

Spent 5k to have skid steer fixed only to get it back in worse shape than it was in before it was dropped off and not willing to stand behind their work and will not make it right. Seems like a parts changer

One word for this company is ExcellentStraight forward they will work with you and have you done fast I ve been a lot of places in my 4 years in business and they are number one one my list to call if I m anywhere in Alabama Georgia or Tennessee they will come get you and In a good timely fashion Thank you Kevin!
