I ve heard wonderful things about this company as they came highly recommended. I stopped by yesterday to speak with them and set up an appointment to drop off my vehicle. The person I spoke with was kind, and gave me a price for the detail I wanted. We set arrangements for me to drop off first thing this morning. When my husband and I dropped off my vehicle this morning there was one employee there at that time so I walked in to give him my number so they could call once it was completed( they didn t get my number yesterday-not worries, not a big deal). I knew someone was around somewhere but I wasn t sure where so I walked in I said knock knock-good morning a few seconds later the employee ( I m assuming employee-hopefully not the owner)that was there very rudely looked at me and yelled just give me a minute while throwing his hands up. I stood there for a few seconds baffled about what just happened then walked away. I went a told my husband to get back in the vehicle we were dropping off and let s get out of there. The guy was probably just having a bad morning but no need to take it out on me. Was really looking forward to using this place but I will be finding another local company.

Did an amazing job will definitely be back with our other car. Thank you so much for getting it done you said we'll have your car back in about 15 mins and done in 45 mins and that's exactly how long it took. Not to mention we were a walk in. Well done guys in customer service and the tint!!!!!!

The tint they put on my chevy malibu looks excellent. i ve had it a few weeks now and it s still perfect. they were able to get me in the day i called and it didn t take very long. prices are very fair. i plan on coming back to have my windshield done.

Not only have I gotten my tint applied here, I get my car detailed here too. Great customer service! Everyone is very professional and they have always done an amazing job with any service I've received. Thanks Unique staff!!!

Generally my car looks beautiful. However they quoted me 350 and wrote that on my bill of sale. When I paid they charged me 385, which comes to 10% more. I assumed they were taxing the service which is not taxable in Alabama but I let it slide. Once I did my research I called back and let them know and he told me that he had charged me for a small truck (not taxed it) and that was the issue. My small Scion XB is obviously not a truck nor SUV and the bill of sale said he charged me for a sedan. They refunded the difference to my card and offered me a discount on future services to make it right. Also my floor mats look fairly clean but was still filled with dirt when I hit it. And they didn t move my coins and stuff out of a little cup holder area and that was still filthy under there. But like I said generally it looks beautiful and I appreciate the manager calling back to make things right.Service: Auto detailing

I had just gotten a pretty good used car and wanted to take it to a nice place to REALLY clean it up for me. No matter the cost, right? I purchased an auto detail option. When I got the car back, I couldn t tell that the interior had been cleaned at all. I took it back and pointed out that even the cup holders and dash hadn t been cleaned properly and asked if they could go over it again. He explained to me that sometimes used cars are just in really bad shape (?). At this point, throwing good money after bad, my dad would say, I purchased a deodorizing chlorine treatment. The car stays overnight. The treatment didn t work very well; not their fault I guess, but the cup holders had still not been cleaned and now there was cleaner on the inside of the windshield. Out money for two services and the car was worse than when I took it in. I got the feeling that if it had been a big, new fancy pick-up or something, it d have been treated differently. Or, maybe you have to purchase their tinting products to get any service. Oh, and the kids that work there couldn t be more insulting.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming

My car had been through a lot when I brought it to Unique Films. I had gotten a puppy a few months prior who had made all kinds of messes in the back seat. My car was okay, but I tried to do a full detail myself with my home carpet cleaner. I only managed to make things worse when I left the windows down to air it out, and instead flooded the interior with one of our delightful afternoon thunderstorms. My car STANK. Mildew, dog, who knows what else, it was awful.I brought it to the guys here and they did an OUTSTANDING job. My car smells SO CLEAN! I want to be inside of it again! The full interior detail also cleaned my windows, vacuumed, and basically made everything spotless. It also looked like they washed the outside (so much better than taking it through a drive through car wash), for no additional fee!! I am so impressed with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone who needed a detailing.Service: Auto detailing

It was on a Saturday morning. I couldn t find an available appointment to get my windows tinted on my car from other window tint companies. Until I made my last call for the day , and I called Unique Films Tint , and I heard a cheerful voice on the phone, that said Yep, we can do your tint! Thank you! Their service is good! The owner is really nice! And they offer prompt service as well!Unique Films you guys saved the day! Service: Vehicle window tinting

I literally has to vacuum under my floor mats after paying 65 plus a generous tip to these people. It looks like they did enough for me to not notice until I looked more in depth. Such a rip off. I was trying to treat myself with a car detail and instead I basically through $85 in the trash.

I was recommended this place by my sister because of how good they tinted her car. She was right about the good quality tint job, but they say a price and time and it ends up costing more and taking longer to complete. I went in thinking it was only $295 all together as the person working there told me, but it ended up being $335 because I was not told it cost extra for the strip on the windshield. Also, it took almost 3 hours for the tint job to be finished versus the originally time I was told it would take to be completed. I was going to come back eventually for another thing I wanted to get done with my car, but will most likely go elsewhere.

They do an amazingly great job! Sometimes the wait is short and other times it's longer. I guess it's according to when I go. But that being said they do a wonderful job and their prices are very reasonable too! My sis - in-law has been going here for years and told me about it.I had to laugh at one of the ladies though. I have long grey hair and it sheds, like everyone's hair does. But on a dark grey carpet it shows A LOT. One lady brought my driver's side carpet mat to me and she was obviously upset. She said, "I tried and tried and I l just can't get all of these hairs out." I laughed and told her not to worry, that I have my hairs EVERYWHERE! She was so relieved when I said it.Anyway, great, place, prices and people!

I like to think this business offers much more than window tinting. I use them for washing and detailing my husband s 2019 4WD Silverado pickup truck. I never rush them and have always been very pleased with the results. They make it look brand new! If you are a picky car/truck owner who always parks in the end spot to avoid door dings, you will be satisfied.

Took my Jeep Wrangle in for a wash. Not a single person was friendly or professional. My plastic (soft top) windows were completely scratched after the car wash. Scratched with obvious circular motions from the washing processes. The owner agreed to change the windows for me. Months have gone by and I ve never heard back from them, even after I went back in and messaged the owner several times. Two stars because the inside of my car was pretty clean. Just save your money and wash it yourself.

They have changed ownership and now go by 2nd to none. They really impressed me with the way they detailed my car. My car was extremely dirty but they made it shine. They also did a great job on the inside. It was so nice to get in a clean car. The price I thought was a little high for a small car. I will go back.

$70 for a basic in/out detail (wash, wipe down and vaccume) is a little pricey in my opinion. Additionally there was still some sand on my seat covers when I picked up my truck. First and last time I take my business here. Mediocre work and over-priced.

This establishment was extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend them based solely on that fact. I walked into the business without a salutation or greeting. The shop manager, Tyler, was the individual who I interacted with first. He went through the difference between the different series of tints that I could purchase. However, after witnessing his interaction with another woman, I noticed he gave me the bare minimum. He did not let me feel the difference between the different series like he did with this particular customer. I, however, let this oversight go. After leaving my vehicle for a little over five hours, I called the shop just to check in with the progress. Tyler, once again, was the one who informed me that they were just starting on my vehicle because the front driver side window had previously been tinted. I was surprised because I was unaware of this fact which I stated to Tyler who proceeded to raise his voice at me, and state "MA'AM I'M NOT LYING TO YOU." I found this to be extremely disrespectful, and proceeded to tell him so once I retrieved my vehicle two hours later. Also, before speaking to Tyler the final time, upon walking up to the establishment my bluetooth from my phone connected to my car. The men who were working on my vehicle did not greet me once again, but snapped at me with a short "Disconnect your bluetooth." Again, another set of disrespectful and unprofessional individuals. I was not informed of any after keep, but I just so happen to read some of the rules that this establishment had lying on the desk. Overall, I regret spending my money with this business. Everyone I encountered was very disrespectful.Service: Sun control window tinting

Jason and his crew,stayed open late to Tint the windows on my company truck! The crew worked fast and precise ,and has done a perfect job installing ceramic film on that vehicle! No creases, bubbles,or runs! Very smooth job! I strongly recommend Jason and his crew for any tunt job!Thank you Unique Film,for a great job!

Tried them out after the previous place I used began to do less than acceptable work. I had the interior detail and wash done. Quality of work was great , staff was professional and was completed in a timely manner. Waiting room was good and had cable tv. I will definitely return.

This is the third time I ve used Unique Films and these guys DO NOT disappoint!Excellent product! Excellent service! Excellent install! This is what they do! They seem to love what they do and it shows in the product that they deliver!

Today I took my VW up there and asked for a wash, wax, and FULL detail for $125.00. Six hours later, when I picked it up, after just a quick look, I noticed that no one had cleaned out the two cup holders. So I told someone there and he came out and cleaned it. I noticed a few other things, but I fixed them myself so my husband wouldn't see them. When I got home, neither of the side door pockets had been cleaned. I stuck my hand down both of them and red sticky gunk was still in the bottom of both of them. How can a business that cleans cars every day miss two of the dirtiest places in a car.... the cup holders and the side pockets?? I called them back and they asked if I wanted to come back, but I said no. After my husband got home, he decided to take it back up there. He has WAY more patience than I do! cs

They did a great job on the window tint 10/10. But I came here to say the custom service was awful and that gets 0/10. Learn how to speak to your customers and communicate better!!!
