Very professional and thorough! My dealership has missed several things that Pep Boys found and fixed. Pep boys is fast, super nice, and always does an excellent job! And they are cheaper than the dealership. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

I called and made an appointment at 9:00 a.m. for 11:00 a.m. the same day. When I went in my right front passenger tire sounded like an airplane engine that was trying to take off. They were able to diagnose it as a bad wheel bearing and also notify me that I needed new tie rods. They were able to order the parts and have it fixed within a couple of days, and it was going to cost around $500+ dollars. I called around and price checked with other mechanics, and this seemed to be the going rate. These guys are hard workers and money conscious just like the rest of us. So they offer a financing option on their work. Allowing you to pay it off a little each month but get your car on the road today.All in all, I think that they are excellent diagnosticians, and they're reasonably priced. The guy Keith who works the front desk is super freaking nice, and absolutely will hook you up!

Had to change out a rotor and brakes. Don't let your car go without the maintenance it needs or repairs get expensive. Good service, I arrived after dark and the tech still got me out before closing. Your repairs may take longer. If I need a repair on the weekend these guys are one of the better options in the area.

Ordered the tires online and set an appendment. Everyone was courteous and worked diligently to get the job done! They even took my son, who came with me, on a tour of the garage. He loved the experience and talked about it the rest of the day. I will definitly be returning and will recommend to everyone.

There was a delay in getting my tire. I was told they would call. No call from them, so I contacted them. When the tire finally came, I was told they would get right on it. My car was sitting right where I parked it 2.5 hours later. When I complained, they moved it out to the stalls. Thirty minutes later, car had not been touched; however, there were 3 men walking around and talking. One was working on another vehicle.I told the service advisor I wanted the tire and I would have someone else mount and balance it. While I was complaining to (RJ?), and told him that he told me they would get right to it. It was only ONE tire. He got defensive and said he was not who I talked to. The person I spoke to the day previously was someone with 2 initials and ended with J. (Coincidence?)I left with the tire and took it to another tire place. It was installed in 15 minutes!

My son and I took the day off of work to take a tire (purchased elsewhere) and wheel in to have mounted in the morning. The man we spoke with was very cordial and said to leave it with him and he would get it done that day. My son called at the end of the day since we hadn't heard from anyone to ask if it was ready. The person he spoke with was very rude and said they didn't have time to do it. We took the next day off of work again and picked it up.

Made an appointment for 10 am. Showed up and they said it may take a little while they had a just a few things to finish up. After sitting for an hour I went and my vehicle still out front I asked what s the issue. They then told me they had a whole bunch of earlier appointments and still issues from yesterday that were ahead of those. If you were aware, all of this was going on why wouldn t you call your later appointments and let them know so they don t waste their time? Especially when they have to bring children with them.

These guys are incredibly nice and helped us out when we were in a pinch. We were on vacation and had check engine lights come on late on a Saturday. They got us in for a diagnostic and gave us confidence to continue even though they couldn't help us out because it was so late in the day. They didn't even charge us for the diagnostic. Thank you again for all your help!!

Great customer service! Let me start by saying these guys took great care of my mom when her vehicle needed maintenance & repairs. After she had taken the vehicle to several competitors for diagnostic and pricing, I called Pep Boys (who were more reasonable with prices) and they actually discovered that her vehicle needed less work than she had been told. These guys are honest and thorough! First class mechanics with an all around professionalism. They have a customer for life in my mom, and my wife and I now take our vehicles there too.

Staff was rude because the online appointments had them running behind. Then treated me like I was stupid, even after I told him in the beginning my tire may need replaced . I knew what he was telling me was not true so I just left and did not do business with them at all. I may not know alot about vehicles but I knew what he was saying was not true.

Great & quick service! They ended up not having all 4 of the tires I had ordered before my appointment so they offered to put a different set on for the same price for the inconvenience! Very satisfied customer

Had to get towed to Pep Boys while traveling out of state. It was less than an hour before closing when we got there. The staff were quick, professional and friendly. They got us back on the road faster and for less than we were expecting. Great Experience during a tough situation. Thanks Gents

The service was great from start to finish. It took a while for my oil change but that s because they did a really thorough inspection for no additional cost. And they didn t try to upsell us a bunch of add ons! Honest and friendly everything we wanted! Thanks!!

I've brought in vehicles a time or two before, and the guys are always extremely nice. They're also very forthcoming about the status of your vehicle (what can wait, what shouldn't, etc.). I never feel like I'm being cheated or taken advantage of. Super nice, super honest, excellent work.

I ve been getting my vehicle serviced here for the last year or so and the workers are always nice and the service is always faster than I expect. Today, I brought my vehicle in because of a flat tire hoping to get it repaired. Unfortunately the gash was too close to the wall of the tire so it couldn t be repaired and the tire would have to be replaced instead. Their associate Nick really helped me with feel comfortable and confident with the replacement tire and was a pleasure to work with today. This location is where I will always go first with my car troubles.

Had to make two trips to have new tires installed because they failed to verify that they had the tires in hand prior to my appointment time. The only offer to make it right was a certificate for a free oil change.

Needed to have a brake light replaced so I made an appointment on the pep boys website for Saturday morning at 9:30. When I arrived I was told that the computer had booked three other services for the same time.and it might be about an hour wait. I decided to wait about 35 minutes later the mechanic informed me that not only was a brake light out but also a taglight. I was out of the shop in exactly one hour . The free inspection revealed two other items needing repairs and I said I would make an appointment online but the manager suggested calling the shop to schedule to prevent over booking. I will definitely be using pep boys again.

I was thankful to get my car fixed so quickly. All four of my brakes were bad along with two rotors. Called for an appointment and these guys got me in the same day. Had everything done in an hour! Take advantage of the coupons on their website- I saved $80. Staff was very kind as well.

An hour and a half into our beach trip, my oil light came on. And on a Sunday! Thank goodness y all were open! There was a wait, but they took pity and squeezed us in. Thank you so much for helping us! Fantastic service!

Limped my truck in as a walk-in. Austin and the team were honest, respectful and transparent about the wait and service. That shop kept up the pace, phone ringing, getting appointments in and out, walk-ins, advice, communication. I greatly appreciate them getting me finished and on my way for a last minute issue.

Speed is not their strong suit. Was quoted 30 minutes to balance 4 tires 45 minutes later he is just on the second tire. The tech (Dylan) toile his sweet time getting this done. I came in to get tires balanced not a complete inspection of my vehicle. I did not ask for that and if this is what took so long they need to ask if you want it.

I came into pep boys only after I found out the Vulcan tire location was closed down. I stopped by Firestone and they told me at least 2 hour wait, they were honest and friendly.Pep Boys said 30 min before a bay was open. SoI waited at least an hour before they took it back. Then the guy ( I believe the manager) said I needed back rotors and pads, $560 because there was rust on the backside and they couldn t turn the rotors. So I had to get the back brakes fixed, and said yes. This was the worst decision I ve ever made, about repair of a vehicle . He said only 30 min jobSo I sat in front of the counter at a table, I watched as customers came in and how rude they were to them. There was 3 at front counter ( the new guy nick , was friendly but the manager , never let him talk or help anyone ) The manager was not only short and rude to customers he was like that to all the employees( including mechanics) the other guy at front just stood around with nothing to do , except be rude to customers. And pull at his long beard.I sat there 2-3 hours on a 30 min brake job ,as I watched the rudest manager and customer service I ve ever seen!I did a survey at the end on my phone , it said shared on Google reviews, pep boys don t share nothing but the good reviews .This review was MY honest experience at Pep Boys.

So thankful for this pep boys location! We were towed here when we had a major blow out on the way down to the beach. They stayed open late to help us and get us back on the road. Nick was so kind and helpful! Highly recommend!!
