Awesome staff!!! Mike is a wonderful asset. All the staff are very knowledgeable in which parts you need. They only use the computer to get the parts number so they know exactly which box to pull of the shelf.

Customer service was absolutely outstanding!!!!! Our NAPA is literally right around the corner from us. We were in need of tire rods. I gave him (wish I knew his name) all the info, told him I'd be there in a few minutes and when I walked in he had everything up and ready in the system and all that needed to be done was to go and grab the parts. Yeah, we'll be back for more of that friendly neighborhood service.

I just left your Gardendale store. When Mr. James couldn t find the part in stock, he directed me to the store that did. He was very courteous and professional.

The service I received here from Mike was decent. He was able to find my part and I was out the door in ten minutes tops. He had trouble with my number and I'm still not sure if he put the right number in for my purchase points.

Mike was super helpful. They got me everything I needed and even helped me with replacing my battery(the main reason I was there). 5/5 Great customer service. Will be back.

Had a wonderful experience today. One of the gentleman there, I believe his name was Mike helped me out big time. Very polite staff and very noob friendly.

They usually are pretty helpful and have access to many parts quickly. However at the end of the day they turn out to be like most other auto parts places where the folks working there are experts at mainly telling you what their computer says and can t think outside the box to solve problems that are not in the computer.

Ordered part online said pick up in 30 minWhen I arrived the conter guy said my part would be in next day older gentleman said it was there when purched online it was put on shelf for pickup and stock on computer showed they didn't have oneMake them check pick up shelfThank goodness for the oldtimrrs

First place I go for parts. Great bunch of knowledgeable folks. NAPA needs to reward them with a bigger store and parking area. All but impossible to get in and out with a trailer.

Went to them 8/21/20 to get a diagnostic and they told me I needed an alternator and it would cost almost $600 I decided to get a second option and was told I don't need an alternator or a battery it was just a sensor I would not trust them without getting an second opinion I I don't appreciate them trying to take my hard earned money

Looked up and had my parts ready to go in a few minutes. Service was speedy and helpful let me know what needed to be done so my parts wouldn't get damaged and what the warranty would cover.

Mike, Brad, Amber, Mary, and Marty, when he was there at Gardendale, are all great to work with. All are eager to help and are extremely knowledgeable. It's a pleasure to deal with the Napa in Gardendale, AL.
