Hudson's did a great job repairing my truck. Had a deer slam into my driver's side doors and they repaired the dents and paint is perfect. Had an issue with the pin striping, (contracted work) and it was replaced without a problem. I hope I never need body work again, but if I do, I'll definitely use Joe Hudson's.

Excellent workmanship and communications The car looks new again and was cleaned inside and outside. There was a follow up call to make sure everything was to my satisfactionWork and parts are also guaranteed.

Just picked up my car a couple days ago after Joe Hudson's Collision Center finished repairing it and I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone there. As a 54 year old female I have never been so comfortable in an atmosphere where vehicles were repaired or maintained....that really made an impact on me. However, the work done was flawless, so had they been a bunch of jerks it would have been worth it!! All kidding aside it was just an overall great experience from start to finish...everyone was just as nice and straightforward as could be. They told me what needed to be done and then they did it and managed to finish it early. Who could ask for more than that??

Wonder repair shop !!! They do fantastic work in a timely manner. Customer service is wonderful and will keep you informed frequently where they are in the process of the work. Thayer had my vehicle ready before the original date and my vehicle looks better than ever !!!!

My experience was Horrible. I will go somewhere else if I ever need body repair done again. Daughter had a wreck. Took it to Joe Hudson. Four days later they say the car is ready. My wife and daughter go to pick the car up. The car was not ready. Big gap on one side of hood, other side is touching the fender and parking light is still broke. Wife tells guy handling the job that it s not right. Guy says it s the 1st time he s seen it. Tells wife he will be right back. Walks away and he does not come back.After waiting 45 minutes Wife speaks to secretary and tells her she has to leave to get back to work. Secretary says she will call. Secretary calls next day says it will be a few days. TWO weeks later they call saying car is ready. I go with daughter to pick up car. Huge gap is still in hood, parking light is still broke. Same guy tells me insurance company hasn t called back to approve the work. So why were we told the car is ready? No answer. I get the manager involved. He tells me he thought the car was just waiting for us to pick it up.We leave, with car. Miraculously the guy handling the job calls me at home 30 minutes later saying he was able to get in touch with the insurance company and have the work approved. I asked why that wasn t done two weeks ago. No answer. I ask why we were called for the second time saying the car was ready. No answer. . The manager did say he was sorry and that he owed me apology. The guy handling the job, totally unapologetic. Take your carto someone who cares about the work they do and how they treat their customers.So that s it? No response to how your people treated us? Just lip service for who ever may read this?

This is one of the best or better Waffle Houses in Birmingham, this one is In Fultondale it is always really busy, but you can get a table these chefs know what they are doing I have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner-all where cooked perfectly, meal was hot, and very close to grandma s home cooking for that country breakfast or if you ate at big mama s house you know they can cook so can these chefs! Waitress was very nice, very professional, all the staff was as well, great food, great atmosphere! I will eat here again, even when I move across town in a few months, I will come here! Thank you . Professional and friendly staff. They go over everything with you. I received updates every 2 to 3 days via phone and email. I was also able to go on their website and check the status of repairs. Before I left with my car they went over everything with me. The car was ready by the date they stated. They do excellent work. I can't even tell the car was ever wrecked. I highly recommend Joe Hudson's if you're looking for quality work and a friendly inviting environment. They even waited for me after hours because of my hectic work schedule so I could pick up my car. Awesome people!

Took my truck in to be repaired, the whole process was explained and e-mails came often to let me know what was happening. The only problem I had was an e-mail on Wednesday that said the repairs were done and only the paperwork remained and to expect a call soon... That call didn't come until Friday at 2 PM . I spent Thursday waiting for nothing. The repairs couldn't have been better , My truck looked brand new!, they even shampooed my carpets. Overall , I would do it again. They were Great!!!

I Was recommended to Joe Hudson by a friend and from the first phone call to the last call I was nothing but overly impressed with their attention to detail and willingness to take care of their customer! I cant say enough great things about this company to do them the justice they have earned time and time again. Nate was my main point of contact and He always took time to go over the project with me and give me realistic updates and information. He was with me every step of the way and assisted me when it came to dealing with the insurance company. This is one company you can trust to make it right and the first time. I hope I'm not in a position to need another collision repair, but in the event I'm ever in need, I know exactly where I'm going! Joe Hudson Collision in Gardendale, 5 Stars isn't enough to show the level of satisfaction and confidence I have with Your company and its Employees! They Took a New Car that was wrecked and Made it look Brand New again!

I had such a wonderful experience at this location. The staff was such a pleasure to work with and were constantly keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle. Always making sure I was happy with how things were going and I felt like I was made a priority/important and not just another customer that came to get their vehicle repaired. I love how quickly my car was fixed and it looks brand new again. Amazing job and top notch customer service. Joe Hudson is the only collision business I trust to take my vehicles to be repaired! Highly recommend them!

I went to get my windshield fixed, got a rental through them and when i got my car back some guy with glasses told me to leave the rental there. He somehow left the car for 2 days and in that time cracked the windshield. Enterprise which is who rented me the car then put me on a do not rent list because of these guys. Ontop of a lengthy repair of a simple windshield. Here we are a solid 3 years later and i am still getting issues from this place.
