They always seem too busy to ever want to help me out. I've tried doing business with these guys multiple times and got the run around, told to call multiple guys, or was told they couldn't help me, etc. There are better options in the area. Probably would be a great business if the customer service was improved on. I always felt like I was bothering these guys every time I went. I wish them the best and hope they have lots of success regardless.

Hardworking, honest and knowledgeable folks. I had a non-functioning windshield wiper and they got me in the next day! They diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and extremely fairly priced. I will return if I ever am in need of a mechanical or tire issue.

Lance and Red were OUTSTANDING at Files. Great people with a fantastic customer service work ethic. I just retired from the Air Force after 23 years and was driving from Maxwell AFB in Montgomery to Huntsville, AL when I got a screw close to the side wall of my rear tire. After going to three different places "can't fix that" I pulled up to Files at 4:45 on a Tuesday afternoon (they close at 5). Lance said he would fix it and had me back on the road in 20 minutes and I even made it home to Huntsville in time for dinner. Definitely would recommend Files for any of your tire needs. Thanks again guys.

For great price on alignment or any mechanical issues. Just go see Tim. And Files is reasonable with any tire replacement in town.

Lance is great. He has worked there for years and took over after the original owner passed. I'm not sure what his employee's name is, but he will probably know yours when you leave. They will shake your hand when you come and again when you go, and give you a taste of down home. The way it used to be. Small shop, big service. Small parking, but small prices too.

I was so pleased with my experience at Files Discount Tires. They were so friendly and saved me a lot of time and money. I was told at my dealership I would need a new tire due to a nail and that it could not be fixed. Files not only fixed my tire, they did so quickly and for an extremely reasonable price. Thank you for your exceptional service and your honesty. You ve made a loyal customer out of me.

Super courteous! I was greeted by a friendly, energetic gentleman who was more than willing to put some air in my tire and when I expressed that I believed it was leaking air, he immediately diagnosed it as a nail puncture. I went early, so I was in and out in under 10 minutes. My tire needed a plug, and they don't typically stock the size tire that I need, but I did find out if you order a tire in the morning that they can have it same day. Great service from Files! Will return.

Tim Watwood is the mechanic and use to work with my late husband, HE IS THE NICEST, MORE REASONABLY PRICED MECHANIC AROUND AND IS HONEST AS THE DAYS ARE LONG!! THAT'S WHY HE'S SO BUSY BCUZ HIS EXCELLENT WORK ETHIC, PRICES GO ABOVE AND BEYOND..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS..EVEN IF A LITTLE OUTTA YOUR WAY..YOU WILL DEFINITELY NOT REGRET IT!!

I will not be going anywhere else for my tire needs. Where other places were going to charge me an arm and a leg they charged 25$ to fix my tire. Not to mention I was told my rim was bent beyond repair from another tire place Files fixed it no extra charge. It will work as my spare tire instead of a doughnut tire. Super friendly and they called me back after they missed my call. Best customer service experience ever. I highly recommend this place.

Great customer service! Yes the prices are slightly higher then most however, the customer service and available mechanic is well worth it. These are the small stores we need to support.

Good place for a good priced tire and balancing and labor. Their parking area is a little tuff.you hope they aren't busy so you can get your car outta the road. But the business is a good one.

Small tire shop. Great service getting a tire repair. Very friendly new owner - Lance, I think is his name. Sells the same tires as the big guys. Call him up, tell him what you need.
