Came in with an almost dead battery. Kyle T not only tested our battery, but installed a new one. He was quick and engaged in friendly conversation while he installed it. He was very knowledgeable when suggesting what new battery we needed and gave us options!

Caden is always so helpful and informative. Goes out of his way for sure! I own a Dodge Charger so it s pretty difficult to get to the headlights and he took his time to get my headlight that went out replaced. He is always so friendly and determined to help his customers. I know I can rest assisted to come into this Autozone, ask for him knowing I will leave happy and satisfied. Def deserves a raise!

My family and I were traveling back from Missouri to Florida over the Thanksgiving holiday in rainy weather. I had purchased new wiper blades before leaving Florida. On the way back home to Florida one of the blades flew off. My family and I were able to stop at this location in Gardendale, Alabama and Kyle and his manager saved the day. The.manager helped my daughter to the restroom while Kyle installed a new wiper blade and checked the other one to find it had not been installed properly either. Thanks, Kyle for your great customer service.

My daughter had a bad battery. We went to another location and they were very rude because it was almost closing ! So,My husband called and we went up to auto zone and walked in and was greeted by a guy named Kaden and he was so polite, helped us with all we needed, installed battery and we were on our way home within 15 to 20 mins ! I highly recommend them and it means even more when you get great service and polite mannered people that are willing to help when in need.We will be back again if we need anything.Thank you ,Kaden

Went smooth bought coils for my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500.Glad they have a lifetime warranty on them.Pleasant experience all around everyone was nice.. ...05/21Went by AutoZone and had a starter tested off a 2001 Acura CL....starter was toast so bought a new one... everyone was super nice to me....07/22.

The store is well organized, the staff are friendly, and even the new-hire was super helpful. Enrolled in their rewards program because I'll definitely be stopping by here for anything I need for our cars.

Mr. Tom and Micheal helped me immediately and listened to my concerns. Michael put my wiper blades and repellent on and listened to my car to help me pinpoint some issue before I go to the repair shop. Thank you guys!

Great service. Great employees. Especially the young man named Kaden. He goes above and beyond with customers and deserves the praise! (Edit: I am not a fan of leaving negative reviews, even when they are valid, but I can't keep quiet on this. The young man Kyle has more than once now given me a negative experience and today he gave my friend, who is nothing but sweet and needed assistance, a negative experience. He left her with a feeling of dissatisfaction via his rude and short demeanor. He does not want to fulfill his work duties and doesn't know when to stop asserting himself in a conversation where he has no business doing so, especially with customers who are not being out of pocket. With that being said, I thoroughly commend the rest of the team for being star players and always nice and helpful. Especially Tom, Shelly, Isaac, Jarett, and again, Kaden. But the whole team is amazing, with the exception of Kyle.)

I like going in this store. I have been redoing my interior on my car. It has been a lot of trial and error, but an experience for sure. AutoZone employees have been super friendly answering my questions and processing my returns when I bought something I didn't need or didn't work. I would definitely recommend them for auto projects.

Called ahead and Kyle walked me through what they had. Once I got there Jason helped me out with a good deal on the battery and helped me install it. Will be coming back here again, can t recommend this place enough. Great team and great service!

First, the entire staff is phenomenal! I have made 5 or 6 visits and every time they are extremely courteous and helpful. I am not the most knowledgeable about cars and not only do they give me the information that I need to complete the job, but on two occasions they have given me detailed instructions to complete the task.Tonight was the most recent experience. My 2010 Camry needed coils and plugs. Between Jessica and the Parts Manager (forgive me, but her name has escaped me), they made sure that I had the correct parts without paying more than I needed to.Knowing that I had no idea how do the job. Zach took the time to walk me through removing the plugs and coils and made sure that I was comfortable before he let me go. He even followed up after I was done to make sure that I did not make an error. This is the attention to detail that has made me a dedicated AutoZone customer.I hope that this reaches the right people and that this store is given an accommodation of some sort, because they deserve it.Josh

Ms.Shelly the manager was just amazing she was very helpful and had the best personality for customer service. The crew which was taylor was also awesome. I will suggest anyone to drive from almost any side of town just to get business that's appreciated.

On Sunday 4/16/2023 our Kia blew 4 quarts of oil out and all over the car, lost the cap too; the young man at Auto zone north of Birmingham cleaned the engine and all parts as well as he could, had one oil cap left in stock, added 4 courts of oil and sent me on my way with an additional quart. He went above and beyond the call of duty; as did the Auto Zone in Palm Bay Fl. for my granddaughters battery in her car Sunday all.Just can t thank him enough for going the extra mile for us. Thank you Auto Zone for hiring the best employees!!

Obviously AutoZone is a staple in every community seems like in United States. They're very reputable, they're very knowledgeable, everybody in there seems like they've been there for multiple years and they can help you almost tell you how to change an entire engine so if you need something or you need a part, use these guys, and also don't forget doordash but now delivers those parts as well

They never give you the right part. I went in to return said wrong part and was ignored for the first 5 minutes. We ( me and other customers) only found out what was going on after we seen the associates talking about the computer system going down. Then I was told that I could only get the part I wanted from the dealership. Ha, I went straight across to Advanced Auto and was out within 5 minutes with the right part.Please train your employees better. The only redeeming one ,that was there, was the female associate. But even she seems to be towing the company line

The apex of customer service, from the manager Jared to every person that works in that store in Gardendale, AL, I moved here from the midwest so I compare them w/Discount Tire, the abject epitome of efficiency...the folks at Auto Zone are just the best, there are 4-5 different stores that do the same thing nearby but it isn't even a decision anymore, I need something, I go to Auto Zone, best in every aspect.

I had to get my battery checked and come to find out I did need a new battery. The gentleman working was happy to check it for me and uninstalled my old and and installed my new one and was in and out pretty quickly. Was a great experience and will go back to this store for more purchases in the future.

4/2/22 8:37pm.Cashier rushed me to make a cash or credit decision before I even got to the register. When I said let me see if I have enough cash she snatched her papers off the desk and stormed off, mumbling something about not having time for this . One of those kind of people who enjoy making you wait. Kept looking over to see if she could get a reaction .what she got was a 20 year customer walking right out the door and driving, literally, across the street to Advance Auto Parts, where I found the same product for half the price and was promptly greeted as soon as I hit the door.I told them how rude the last was and they said they get a lot of AutoZone customers.Advance Auto Parts now has all of my family s business .over a $4 can of Turtlewax.This lady is a poor representation of AutoZone and should not be working with the public.
