Great Service at Ronnie WatkinsHighly recommend Malachi Taylor. Great sales person to get you what you want. Jacob was also great. It was the best experience I have had in 30 years buying cars. Malachi has now helped my friends and some of my family and did a great job! Everyone that I send to Ronnie Watkins and Malachi is happy with their experiance.

We had an amazing experience buying our 2021 suburban from Malachi. The process was a breeze from start to finish. There was no immense pressure from a salesman. He sold based on our needs and wants. He truly listened to what would be best for our family. We have had our vehicle now a little over two years and we still absolutely love it. Had a great experience! My salesman, Joe Willut, helped me find the perfect mom car before the arrival of my little one! He never once pressured me into something I didn t like and searched the whole lot to find me one that suited me! Grateful that he was willing to take his time and find me a great car!

I order a brand new ford meverick XL 2024, it came more quicker than expected, price was a little higher but we are happy to have it, it s a dream come true for us, people at Ronnie whatkins are really nice, i got mine through Mr. Chris Smith, the paper process went pretty smooth and fast,will definitely recommend them to friends. Note: 3* oil changes for free Thanks Ford so grateful!

The auto purchasing experience at Ronnie Watkins was extremely pleasant. The entire process was seamless from the search of their online inventory, to the price negotiation, and the pickup of the vehicle. Malachi came highly recommended on the google reviews and he certainly lived up to my expectations. Being that we were out of town buyers, driving 6 & 1/2 hours was well worth it. There were absolutely no surprises when we arrived at the dealership. Our kids did not have to sit too long during paperwork signing. Other than us talking about the truck and its features, the transaction took literally 20 minutes. Best transaction ever!! Hands down! We will certainly be back when we are in the market for another vehicle. Thanks Malachi and Ronnie Watkins Ford. We love our Space White Metallic F-150.

Headlight out on car, very expensive part but Shawn and Steve got the price down where I didn't have a nervous breakdown. Those guys are the best. They go over and beyond to take care of the customer.

Let me start with I despise buying cars and dealing with the back and forth at a dealership. We showed up unannounced to test drive a Bronco before we purchased our 5th Jeep. I did not expect to purchase one, but thought my wife should try the other options. Hunter greeted us and asked if he could help. I explained we wanted to test drive a 2 door Bronco. He was quick to grab the keys and let us drive it. My wife was impressed with the drive so we started looking at the options on the lot. We were set on 2 door but after walking through the prices and options, my wife drove a 4dr. She loved it but the color was not an option. Hunter identified the color she wanted was in transit. It arrived the next morning. We had financing but the dealer beat it so we used theirs. There was not any....not any... of the back and forth I am used to for buying a new car. We spent more time driving than we did in the finance office. This dealership is doing it right!

My family and myself have bought several cars from this dealership. I love that it's family owned, because they will treat you right. Ronnie Watkins has a great reputation but he didn't get it alone. Juarus is fantastic to work with. It's like he knows. BUT, the service doesn't stop there. I call Shawn and schedule to bring my car in. He knows I'm so picky and he always ensures my car is exactly the way it's supposed to be. Shawn and Steve look out for my elderly Dad, which it's above and beyond the call of duty. Shawn or Steve will recommend parts only if they are required. He will show me the estimate and let me decide. The service is not forced on me. I love Ronnie Watkins Ford but these are some of the employees that make it exceptionally service and the outstanding reviews. They are a team! The service doesn't stop after the sell. Shawn and Steve take care of you as well. I believe in this dealership or I wouldn't recommend so many friends and family. Shawn has ALWAYS been honest and professional. He will give me an estimate time it will take. He even calls me when my car is finished. I greatly appreciate the professionalism and friendly service! Kudos to you all! I know I can depend on mine or my family members car being taken care of. Service does not stop after the sell.

The Sales consultant ( Malachi Taylor) was great! I have owned 3 other fords from other dealers but this was the best experience of buying a new car I have ever had. Jerry Chester in finance was very professional and did a wonderful job as well. Thanks Malachi for a get deal!

I have been visiting Ronnie Watkins quick lane regularly for my cars semi annual servicing needs and they have taken care of me without issue. Shaun and Steve have always been my go to guys since I moved to the area. I cant tell you how many times ive walked in looking lost and walked out with a smile. They are constantly saving me with a smile on their faces... My last trip felt extra special because Steve reminded me that Ford was my "home" when he offered me some time to eat my lunch as he played with my daughter and we chatted about fall family activities. That's the kind of service that gets someone to keep coming back ....

We were traveling in our Class C RV (E450 chassis) from Tennessee to Texas when our alternator light came on. We saw a Ronnie Watkins advertisement sign from the interstate and called their service department. They got us in the same day. Parts had to be ordered but arrived the next day and by 1:00 pm we were back on the road. Thanks you so much the excellent service!

The Quick Lane team is incredible! I hit a pot hole and took out two wheels and an axle one day, and Shawn was able to help me get all of it taken care of with as little disruption to my day as possible. They helped me get back to work while my car was in the shop and everything. I m glad we have such an amazing team helping us out in Gadsden!

I always bring my vehicles to Ronnie Watkins Ford, Inc. for regular maintenance and service. They recently serviced my Jaguar and did an excellent job. Shawn Kuechle is always very accommodating and helpful when I have questions. He assured me that my Jaguar was in good hands and that they had experience with my vehicle. I appreciated the reassurance as I have had bad experiences in the past with other dealerships etc.

I've used Ronnie Watkins Ford for years and they have always treated me great. If I still lived in area they would do all my service work. None of the dealerships where I live now in Southwest Florida come anywhere close.

My family has purchased vehicles from Ronnie Watkins for longer than I have been alive! This was my first experience with making a purchase on my own and I can't say enough about easy it was to work with them! Juarus Rawls was fantastic! I called him about a vehicle I saw on Facebook that ended up being way outside my price range, but when I told him that he asked me some questions about what my goals, desires, and needs were! He called me back within 15 minutes with a vehicle that checked all the boxes! We are so in love with our new Explorer! Thanks Juarus & Ronnie Watkins Ford! We will definitely be back!
