Drove to a drag strip in Alabama from Florida. Had throttle issues in the RV. Found Jordan from Google reviews, called and he met us at the track when we pulled in. Found our issue and had us back up and running in no time! He really saved us! And he was priced fairly! Super thankful for him!

There isn't a worse feeling in the world when you hear a strange noise coming from under your hood. That feeling of being nauseous and worry as you begin to sweat. Cause you know very little about mechanics and you are very far from home. You begin to set yourself up for the worse thinking you are gonna have to rob a liquor store to pay for the repair. Of course it never happens when you are not on a schedule and have nowhere to be. Well that was me this morning in Attalla AL. So I gave JM a call after a google search. Jordan answered the phone right away and I tried my best to explain my situation. He told me he had to go out to look at another truck and had some errands to run but he would come see me first (wow so now being the skeptic I am I am well this is gonna be expensive). So in 30 minutes give or take he was where I was broke down. He inspects the engine listens and tells me not to worry it is just a faulty vacuum pump. Well me not knowing if that is serious or not I explain I am a far way from home and have to travel even further once I get home and my local mechanic is about 700+ miles away. He begins to make some calls to see if he can locate a part. He has success and tells me that he can get the part this afternoon he asks when I needed to be back on the road as he is like two weeks out with work(skeptic again raises the hairs on my neck as I grit my teeth and reply). I was hoping to be in upper Michigan in 4 days tops he says well I will work you in today in between a couple jobs. I am happy and scared to death at the same time so I ask what do you think I can expect this to cost gimme your best guess-t-ment. I grit my teeth tighten my fist as I prepare for the verdict. Jordan replies after he looks at my engine again the part is 200 and I should be able to get it done in a hour. So I am floored did I just get a quote from and HONEST mechanic??? Well I am currently home in Nashville and will be heading to MI in 2 days. Thanks again Jordan you have restored my faith in humanity. So if ever you need ANY work done and you are within range of JM Onsite Repair do yourself a favor and give Jordan a call I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!!

We had an issue with our RV that needed immediate repair. Jordan went out of his way to make sure we could get on the way again. He s a skilled and experienced mechanic who really aims to please. I can wholeheartedly recommend him. Thanks again, Jordan!

Jordan was amazing with us. Our slide out on our RV broke down on our way to Wisconsin from Florida and he stopped by the first night we called him! So knowledgeable about our RV, very polite, courteous and fairly priced. We highly recommend him. He got us on the road quickly to meet our newest granddaughter. 10/10 would recommend! I would probably loose my mind if it weren t for these guys! What wonderful service! Jordan and Clay went out of their way to stay in communication and get to us as quickly as possible. Once they arrived they didn t hesitate and got right to the issue. It wasn t able to be fixed, but thats not to their lack of efforts and knowledge! Parts are just on back order and honestly unrepairable... They are even kind enough to follow up the day after to make sure we are taken care of with the appropriate measures.Service: General repairs & maintenance

JM Onsite Repair - George at JM is the only RV repair person that responded on Labor Day Week End, Saturday evening at 8:00 pm, to fix my RV. George was 135 miles away, but spent 3 hours on the phone, walking me thru how to disconnect my down-jack hydraulic pump and I am not a mechanical personHe actually physically found the same RV that I have and actually texted pictures and talked me through the procedure and didn't hang up until the project was completed! I have never experienced such excellent customer service. There aren't enough words to express how much we appreciated George's help.George walked me how to find and disconnect the pump. I am not a mechanical person. If he hadn't helped us we would have had to wait until Tuesday after the holiday to find someone to help so we could go home and back to work!We cannot say enough good things about JM Onsite repair. Not only did George provide outstanding customer service, but you could tell that he actually cared. His knowledge, expertise, and dedication are the best we have ever experienced! We recommend JM Onsite Repair without hesitation! We wish that there were more than five stars, because George at JM Onsite Repair sure deserves them!!!

We own a local RV rental business and one of our renters was having AC issues at noccalula falls. Jordan means was the 1st person I contacted and he reached out within literally 5 minutes and was on site within 20 minutes repairs done within 30 minutes I could not be happier with the work that he did and how far he took it to make sure that everything was done correctly. 10 out of 10 recommend.Services: General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair

We broken down on the interstate with our Tiffin class A. After 2 tows, we landed at JM Onsite Repair under the care of Jordan and Clay. They went out of their way to make sure we got home safe and had everything we needed- they drove us all the way home at night! They re pros all the way expertly diagnosing our problem and got our coach back on the road. We would definitely recommend them for any work- routine or emergency. Close to a year ago, Jordan came out and not only fixed my camper onsite, but ordered the parts I needed, came to Georgia, and installed them. Since then, he has helped me fix problems over the phone a handful of times. Each time he has been very helpful. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

JM was very helpful with my 5th wheel propane system issue. Early on a Sunday morning I called and he jumped right on it. Along with being very handy and experienced with many technical issues, JM was very up front and honest. Highly recommended.

Over Columbus Day weekend, the brakes on our 5th wheel burned up in Chattanooga as we headed south to our home. Managing to CAREFULLY creep into a campground in Gadsden, AL, we were told about JM Onsite. Even though his whole crew was at the Talladega race, Jordan came and efficiently and expertly put on new brakes for us. We highly recommend this business for anyone anywhere near Gadsden, AL who has RV trouble!!!!

Jordan is a real life angel! We broke down and we're towed to a camp ground, where he was more then happy to assist us in our way to Bristol Speedway!! Incredible customer service and an absolute angel, without him we would have not ever made it!! He came to the sure we were towed too, ran diagnostics and had us back on the road!! God Bless you JM onsite repair llc without you we would have not made this bucket dream come true!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Great company!!!, came to rescue when my camper broke an axle on side of highway. Friendly and open to help anyway they can. I Will spread the word to use them, someone you can trust. Good work great quality!

I'm in a band that was touring in some pretty unfamiliar territory when our trailers wheel bearing blew out causing the tire to blow and leaving us on the side of the road an hour outside of Chattanooga. Of course the AAA membership we had didn't cover the trailer so we we actually stranded with very little in the band fund. Then a quick Google search lead us to JM on-site repair. I explained our problem and he gave a quick estimate and assured us he'd be there soon. When the hub he had didn't fit he went out of his way to build the one we needed. Fixed us up, checked the other hub to make sure we were gonna make it to the rest of our shows, and sent us on our without completely breaking the band fund. I would 100% recommend JM on-site repair to anyone who is on the road. Hope you enjoyed the CD man!

Had an electrical issue with RV. Jordan came out and diagnosed the problem that turned out to be an issue with the electrical pole at the RV site and not my actual RV. He also didn t charge me anything for coming out as it wasn t my issue. Thanks you Jordan for awesome and fast service.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Jordan is a prime example of what makes America GREAT. He works hard while maintaining integrity, honesty and dang good attitude. He Promptly and accurately assessed the issue with our truck 125 and solved the problem. EXCELLENT SERVICE and EXCELLENT QUALITY.

Let's just say, without too many details, that I wouldn't trust the man who owns this business. There was no actual repair done because he didn't communicate with me about what I needed done. There was no follow through or communication. I wouldn't recommend this business. Completely dishonest and very shady. On a very serious note, he's lucky he's not in jail.

Our serpentine belt broke while driving on I-59 outside Gadsden, AL. JM Onsite installed a new belt at the campground we had been towed to. Very conscientious.

Contacted at 9:00 am for a repair and said they would be there in a couple hours, but got ghosted, no call and no show. I called and texted multiple times and got no answer and no response! After we got in line somewhere else these guys ended up costing us another day...Don't rely on these guys!
