Very satisfied compared prices and they were by far most reasonable priced. They were very friendly and did great work. My car rides like a new one thanks to new tires and alignment!

Took a flat tire in for repair. They determined the valve stem was bad and replaced it. Took the tire back home put it on the truck and called it a day, very next morning the same tire was flat again mind you it never moved just put the tire on and let the truck off the Jack, took it back down and they found out there was also a hole in the tire and charged the exact same amount to fix the tire again. Seems like they don t know what they re doing and just guessing at what the problem is and then charging you multiple times until they finally get it right. Used baker tire for years but won t be back to this place and will make sure everyone knows to save their money and not to use them.

Service was quick, work was done well and the prices were reasonable. I even received a message from them a few days later to ensure the service was done well and that I was satisfied.

I called this place to put on my tire pressure sensor and they trying to rip someone off you can get the parts for $60 on Amazon and I told them I had the parts and they where gonna charge over 400 dollars to put them on when everywhere else 60 bucks total that includes programming them, don t take you tps to them lol they will rip you a new one!!!

Before our departure to Gadsden I had checked our tires and thought they were road worthy for one last trip before buying a new set. We blew out a tire on our 5th wheel camper on the way down to Gadsden, Alabama on a Wednesday. We had a spare so we put it on and was able to finish getting to our destination. Upon arrival we noticed another tire that would not make the return trip back home. Not good. On Thursday we started searching online for a tire dealer. We found several but none were able to come through for us . Then we found Covenant Tire. Covenant tire was able to get us a new set of 4 quality tires rather quickly. They even came to the campground that we were staying at and removed the old set. The tires were reasonably priced and the quality of service was most impressive to say the least. The guys who performed the service were very professional. I was so very thankful that God put them in our path. I would highly recommend them when you are in need of service.

We were having trouble with a repeatedly low tire and took our car to another service station before finding Covenant. The other business charged us more to find nothing (and to break our hubcap for good measure). Covenant identified and fixed the problem quickly, courteously, efficiently, and effectively on the day after Thanksgiving. Now we ve got peace of mind that our family will be safe on a long drive home, post holiday. If you re in the market for tires or need great repair services, head to Covenant.

Visiting Gadsden for the museum , while waiting on it to open decided to get my tires rotated and balanced because I knew it was needed. This place was my first call and glad it was! Very good price , friendly people , amazing customer service and great techs! Thanks for your help!

Baker has been at this location for many years. Their prices and service are great and the staff are friendly. I'm older and have been around a bit, I know good service and prices due to my experiences with such establishments. Really, I would have given them a rating greater than 5 stars but that option wasn't available. Go there, check them out at least once, you will be glad you did.

The transition to new ownership has worked very well for me they ve honored balancing and rotating my tires on my vehicles that I purchased from the original owners and would highly recommend them for future purchases Will definitely mess the original owners wish them the best of luck.

I would recommend Baker Tire to any and everyone over any other tire service center in the area. Amazing customer service and workmanship. The was problems with the front end of my truck and instead of just fixing it and recking up my bill, they called me and told me the issue and what it would cost to fix the problem and asked if I wanted them to fix it. That's really hard to find these days. They have definitely made a repeat customer of me for all my vehicles . I have nothing but good things to say about them

Had a trailer tire blow out while traveling. Called the shop said they could get the tires I wanted the next day. I know had I not wanted a very specific tire they could have done it that day. So that's on me. I called around and they had the lowest price by only a few bucks but I also just went with my gut. They did a great job and were so helpful on a few other little odd ball things I needed done. Could not have asked for better service. Thanks so much for getting me back on the road :) Wish I had a tire shop as good as this near my home.

All I gotta say is 12 stars, Mr Casey is a shinning star, he made my move to Gadsden Alabama a total success, he hade the uhaul I needed, as well as kept a gate open so that I could park inside on the property, and load my shuttle vehicle the night before, he prepared me coffee, and as well as loaned me his bathroom so that I may freshing up before making my delivery, he reminded me of what it feels like to be an American as well as a dirt loving country boy, Mr Casey, I just wonna say thank you so much and I pray I will cross your path again one day, words can't express how much your help meant to us, thank you once again sir, and many blessings to you, your family, and Covenant Tire Center of Gadsden AL, lol i hear you cities slogan is a city of champions, and I totally agree, cause Covenant Tires are Champions to me, once again thank ya'll

Had a bad problem with the front end on a vehicle. The truck had to be returned once, but the mechanics worked on the vehicle until it was perfect. Vehicle handles completely different. Will use again. Would recommend to anyone.

I have done business with Baker Tire on many occasions, but most recently to replace a new tire that was severely damaged due to poor and lack of road repair in my community. Upon getting to Baker Tire and explaining the problem the store Rep immediately came out to my vehicle to retrieve the damaged tire, ordered a new tire for my vehicle and serviced an additional tire on my vehicle. Long story short my new tire was in and taken care of my the time I git off work that evening and my car services correctly. These guys are always so polite and provide excellent customer service!

This tire, and auto place is wonderful. They helped us out by getting the right size tire for our vehicle at an affordable price, and helped us get the service done in a shorter time that at some auto shops.

Hit or miss. I've had good experiences there, but they seem to be falling off trying to keep up with the competition. Not as impressed as I used to be with them. Probably won't get anymore of my business

Their U-haul side of business just was not working correctly. System was down and no one was able to help. I don't personally recommend to anyone but that is just my personal opinion. Bad experience for me.

I had a blow out. I went to 3 shops nobody had a 235 45 R17 but them very friendly people and they stayed open so I could make it to them great place
