Slow leak in tire purchased at this Firestone. I purchased road hazard tire protection. I showed up to get the tire fixed without an appointment expecting a very long wait. Was told when I arrived there would be at least a 2 hour wait and was pleasantly surprised when it didn t take but a fraction of that time. Very pleased with the friendly courteous service

The attitudes of these guys are horrible!! I have watched them be hateful to other customers before us! Making excuses for why they couldn't get the job done! Horrible Service and Worst Attitudes!!! Now they are complaining about the other customer to a completely different one! Extremely poor customer service!!! Not to mention my daughter's car still isn't fixed after two trips! They were ugly to my daughter when we dropped the car off at 7:30 this morning and at 6:03 p.m. they are still being ugly to customers!!!

Have been getting my vehicles serviced at Firestone for years. Been very satisfied till now. Bought lifetime wheel alignment for kicks. Twice in a year this shop has not done alignment. Lame excuses. Had to drive back to shop to get wheel lock lug and updated service reminder sticker. Paid money for lifetime alignment yet cannot get it done. Will not go back to this shop even though it is near my home. Will deal with the inconvenience of driving to another town for future service.

Too much to post. I am a long time loyalist, but never again on Gadsden. Liars and con artists. I'm a senior, widowed. Trusted them. It took them 11 days to provide a rim and tire.

Firestone is fine. The service is good, but they always try to get you to buy extra services or replace extra parts and run up the charges

Tire replacement went well, but they sold me on a credit card telling me it was a free account and then stuck me with CC information afterward. Was able to get it easily cancelled but a huge disruption to an already stressful day.

My son went to them & they charged him $800 for a thermostat issue. He had to go back in less than 4 months because the car was running hot again. Took it back to them & they explained it was the thermostat & it was still under warranty so there was no charge. The car was kept for 3 days & picked up with no problems leaving the place but exploded on the highway only 5.5 miles down the road. Call them to explain what just happen & they say the guy who works on it won t be back til Tuesday of the following week & to bring it back. Towed the car back to them & now they saying it s the radiator & will cost another $800. This place is not recommended because they do half-azz work, charge same prices for all the parts, & I feel they only did this because we are black!! They don t even deserve a star nor deserve to be called a business!

Went in for a nail in my tires that were purchased at an out of state firestone and they fixed it without a charge becauseof the protection purchased at the time of thr sale of the tires. The location was short staffed but very friendly and honest about wait times! Will use again!

Just had a blow-out on church van, halfway into an 8-hour ride with 12 teenagers, an infant and a toddler. These guys were great! They were incredibly patient with our boisterous crew and got us back on the road in record time. Would definitely be a repeat customer if I lived in the area.

Took my car in for inspection and oil change. Morning staff was super helpful and polite! I asked them to go ahead and fix anything they saw wrong with the vehicle. Evening staff brushed off my concerns and didn t even change my battery when they noticed it was bad :(

I take away the 5 star rating I previously gave this business. After visiting this Firestone to have my car serviced I find this place to not be reputable. 1st you replace 2 tires that were supposed to go on the front of thr vehicle but you put them on the back. You then replace my factory metal tire stem cals with plastic. Strange that you put metal on drivers side and plastic on passenger. 2nd you never properly balance the new tires. Also, you inflate back tires at 42psi not the recommended 33psi. 3rd at time of check out no one went over the inspection of my vehicle. What fluids were low? How are the brakes, etc. I didnt even get a print out. 4th you changed oil but no sticker on windshield indicating what oil used and next oil change mileage. I had to go back to get the sticker feeling like was my oil even changed. Got the sticker but don't know what oil used. 5th excessive wait 6th restroom so filthy flies swarming me while waiting. I had to use the bathroom but after going in there it was so disgusting I couldn't use. Overall staff laid back and seemed to be stuck on sleep. One staff sitting on a crate or some small seat almost on the floor in back of counter like nap or just to tired to stand. Unprofessional. Lastly I called regarding my tire caps but no managet called me back until I called corporate. On Saturday the manger called me at 6:20 am. Who does that. Most people are sleep at 6am on a Saturday. Common courtesy is to call someone after 8am. I was awaken thinking this call must be a family emergency. I will never use Firestone again.Service: Tires

Great customer service! Always friendly. In and out in a reasonable amount of time. Love that I am given the price up front and they let me know if I need anything else done and get approval on additional costs when needed. Thanks for taking care of my car!

I ve been a customer here for two years and now it s the Worst experience I ve ever had. I will never come here again and I promise to tell everyone I can that they will absolutely hate the service here. Wait times are through the roof. And when you go there, there is nobody doing anything. Just sitting around giggling with each other.

Very helpful. Worked with me on my " complicated order" I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. Also helped to save me a little bit of money.They were slow but they were short handed and let me know ahead of time that it might take a little longer than normal.

Service is friendly but the wait is way too long and the hospitalities provided while you wait are non existent. When asked about the wait the answer is vague.

Been sitting here over 2 hours and they still haven't even gotten all the tires off. Tire store on the corner of 12th and Meghan change tires in minutes. This place takes hours. This is my last time buying here. Update. 30 minutes later they rounded my lug nut and can't get it off now. One tire changed in 2 1/2 hours and one tire that can't be changed now. Getting kinda angry now. Three hours and still haven't changed 3 tires. Not to mention that now I have to pay someone to remove the nut they rounded off.

As I walked in I was greeted by name. Brandon knew what I was there for, which car I was driving and was in and out in about 15 minutes. They inspect your car and look and recommend any preventive work that may be done, without being the pushy salesman type. Very professional, great customer service.

Do not recommend them!I came in a few minutes before closing with a flat tire and they told me they were closed even they weren't closed yet. 6:57 is not closed that's "closes soon". I'm pretty sure store hours doesn't equal employee hours. I do not recommend them.

My husband, who is a physician and has not much time for vehicle repairs while on call; needed a tire repaired on his truck. Firestone of Gadsden really proved to us that they can get the job done quickly and their technicians understand what customers need. After only speaking to my husband for a few minutes, one tech was able to completely reset sensors on his tires that another service center in this town was unable to do after us being there all day. Don't hesitate and let these guys handle what they know, we will be customers again and again. Thanks for getting my husband back to the job he has to do.

Well first In foremost , I initially called the Gadsden location store yesterday and asked was they taking appointments or first come , first served and to check to see if I had the unlimited lifetime warranty front end alignment on my car . They told me they was NOT taking appointments they was doing first come, first served and I had the warranty on my car . I told that I would bring it in the morning , which was the next day , which is today ! I took my car between 8:30 & 9 in the morning . I called around 3 & 3:30 pm !! And they have the audacity to tell me it is one more car before mine and it was three technicians there and they was under staff and with everything going on with COVID 19 they are bagged up !! Remind you with three technicians there they should have been bagged up for six hours if they taking first come first served !!! WHICH IS RIDICULOUS!!! I m very disappointed & I m currently still waiting for them to call me back so I can go pick up my car !!!

I enjoyed my trip to Firestone today and they got me in and out in about 30 minutes I went in with a flat tire and the price was right the restroom was decent they had hot coffee I enjoyed it watch TV while I waited I love Firestone they also balance all four tires thank you Firestone

We were told at auto zone we needed a new alternator. We were headed for our vacation &the wait was going to be 5 hours & $965.00. When the mechanic checked or car he said the alternator was fine & put us back on the road with a $25.00 charge. How many places would do that for 3 women who believed the the guy at Auto Zone?!

Not a good place. They tried to con me into buying a master cylinder by leaving my rear brakes unadjusted after replacing the rear wheel cylinders. I've done brake work myself, felt the brake peddle building pressure after reversing a few times and applying the breaks. After adjusting the rear breaks, problem solved, did not need a master cylinder at all. Seven months later and no trouble from the master cylinder. Don't use them ever again.
