My experience at the Express Oil location on George Wallace Drive in Gadsden was excellent. Fast service and reliable. I greatly appreciated the team who worked on my vehicle, the recommendations they made, and the facility was clean and well maintained. Thanks to Chase, Will and everyone else. Well done!

Dakota was great! We went for an oil change, and he looked at what else the car could possibly need. Noticed a few things, but didn t put any pressure on me to buy right then and there. Quick service at a great price with quality employees.

Blake was very professional and explained everything to my husband perfectly. He didn t try to tell him that something needed done that didn t, he answered all his questions honestly. The crew were knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything clearly. After diagnosing the issue, they had me on the road in no time. I had to knock off one star due to the pricing. If I purchased the parts at the local auto parts store vs what the repair shop charged - a price increase of 81.48%Update:The issue that brought me to this shop for diagnosis has returned after driving 350 miles. Taking it to another shop (after spending $400 at Express) to verify the repairs and parts were justified

I ve been here several times and the service is always top notch. I came in the afternoon and they weren t busy, so naturally the team outside was sitting and talking. As soon as I pulled up the drive, not one, not 2, but all 4 employees got up, pushed the chairs to the side, ushered me in and all got to work. I love seeing that they re able to relax when it s time, but when it s time to work the team was all in. I was in and out quickly. Crystal was the manager on site, it was her last day because she was getting a promotion. Well deserved. I received a card from Chris T, and there was another gentleman who helped me the following day because my work truck needed service as well, but I lost the card and can t think of his name. I m here to support a company that promotes from within, has a team atmosphere, and has exceptional customer service. I ve had my tires serviced here, oil changed, air filters, wind shield wipers, I just let them handle anything I need done because it s worth it in my mind.

I went here for an oil change. I was told I needed a serpentine belt. I went home and researched it. I don t trust some of these places but I did need that changed. They changed it today. My bumper needed a screw in it. They fixed it without being ask. This establishment has won my trust and my business. Even when I get moved an hour and a half away I will return here for all my vehicles needs.It s always a good idea for anyone to do your research and not just take someone at face value but I will say it s nice to know that there are businesses that are honest. When it comes to car repair, I ve noticed that women can be taken advantage of. I appreciate when I find an establishment I can trust. Thank you to the staff at express oil change & tire in East Gadsden!!

They don t use amsoil but I had my own oil and filter. They changed my oil and greased my front end for only $40. Chase was the technician and is pretty cool.

I appreciate the service and advice I get when taking care of my vehicle. Chris T. always makes sure I know what needs doing & how much it will cost. He always gets my okay before performing any maintenance. Also, he keeps me informed on the work done & when other maintenance should be completed.
