I am only giving five starts because I can't give more! I own a 2006 Monaco Camelot and needed my Charge Air Cooler replaced. Seven years ago in a campground in California a fellow camper gave me their business card and told me they were the best, and if you go on motorhome forums you'll see lots of rave reviews. The service I received was outstanding and the quality of workmanship is top notch. Since my rig is 16 years old I also had them build me an aluminum radiator. What really puts it over the top though is the people. Kim Gilbert is one of the nicest people I've dealt with in a long time; all Service Managers should be sent to him for training. The mechanics were professional and courteous and you could tell the entire operation cared about customer satisfaction. I can't recommend this shop highly enough!

My experience here is pretty crazy they wanted to charge me $1000 to fix a freeze plug, radiator hoses and said "we would have to do more test to see what the problem is" meaning more money. Would not recommend going here it's just not worth it taking a vehicle to get fixed at this shop. I might be the only one this happened to so just keep this in mind.

I was told to be there at 8 a.m. to have some Freon put in my AC and when I got there the man said I would have to leave my car for 10 days. This place was a waist of my time. I had never seen such unprofessionalism ever! That man cared more about his breakfast biscuit from Hardees then he did the customer. I won't return!

I cannot overstate how good these aluminum radiators are. The restoration shop says, and I feel, the workmanship is outstanding. I sent these folks an old heater core and they were even able to do a custom aluminum one that fits perfectly. Can't say enough good about this company. Don't buy your radiator from anyone else.

I have gotten parts from this company on several occasions. The customer service is outstanding. My parts are always shipped in record time and Karla communicates with me throughout the process. She is a true asset to your company. I wish I could give 10 stars!!!

Instead of opening a 50 ft box and creating one hose they decided to splice 2 ft of hose onto a 48 ft hose pretty shady work in my opinion only use them whenever I have to in this town not my recommended place

Ordering was painless, their prices are more than competitive, and the product I received was beyond expectations. Shop that installed it said it was a piece of art compared to many others they have seen.

Spoke with Linda and ordered a radiator from this company with the OEM specs. She told me they would ship out within 2 days. Two weeks later, still hadn't received the radiator. So, I called them and they made a mistake and the order had not been process yet. Linda told me they'd over night it. Finally received 4 days later. Went to install the radiator in the truck when I noticed the drain hole and vent hole were wrong. Called the company back again, explained, sent pics, ect (with the OEM# there should be no mistake).. this company seems to have a problem admitting fault and taking care of the customer. After the runaround, I had to re-order another radiator from another company, as I had my service truck down and could not depend on this company to do the right thing. I shipped back the wrong radiator to Brice Thomas and ask Brice Thomas Radiator to give me a full refund. I am currently awaiting for Brice Thomas Radiator to do the right thing and give me a full refund. I will update.

I bought an all aluminum radiator for my 2007 Freightliner Columbia road tractor from this company. The radiator was roughly $800. It lasted 6 months and started leaking at the top tank. I would not recommend a radiator from this company.
