They care more about talking to friends instead of letting paying customers pay and leave. The can t even plug a tire correctly, the tire leaks faster now then it did before!!!

Go SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Terrible business! 3 weeks ago!!!!!! BandB plugged my husband tire, he didn t even make it to t-town b4 it was flat, less then 3 hours later, lady was rude on the phone wanted to argue and act like she didn t remember us, until I told her I have to receipt in my hand and on my phone. She just said well plugs are just a temporary fix. Like I was ignorant. I completely understand they are temporary but not less then 3 hours temporary. It was a tiny nail not a baseball Then, yesterday my spare that looked so good popped on the interstate. Don t use these people. That $65 spare and $15 plug we paid you for $96 a new tire because your plug didn t even last 3 hours. Did I mention this was on his way to work. He didn t get in til 10:30pm that night. And NOW, this morning, I have to find a place close by that won t rip me off for my $65 spare that lasted 3 weeks. Your crooks!!!! BTW, I would like to thank the kind officers that A RNT EVEN ALLOW TO CARRY JACKS TO HELP AND PROTECT CITIZENS IN THEIR PATROL CARS .. for staying with me and my screaming 4 yr old stranded on the interstate.

Highly recommend. The owner is a really nice guy, and his staff is kind and quick. Prices are fair, service is top knotch, and the tires are great. The office is well kept and comfortable. I'll be back soon.

Some of the best customer service you will EVER find. Was traveling through town and had an alignment issue. They took me in even though it was late in the day and got me back on the road quickly. THANKS!

Got my tires put on at another shop and they wound up all being out of balance. Came here to have it fixed and had no issues with my car shaking after that. Will never use a different shop again. Great staff and fast quality work.

These gentlemen are a blessing to the people. They don't try to cheat you they do good job and they're fast and they're so nice. I will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend anybody to use them

I stopped in to get a tire put on later on it was puntured and they put me another tire on so when I later months go by I have to have the same tire replaced and the tightened up my lug nuts so tight I had to have the lug nut post replaced and they acted like they can't gaintee then from breaking .

Had called all around for a certain used tire. They had what I was looking for & the price was very reasonable. The lady in the front was very nice & said she would hold on to the tire for me until the next day. While waiting I noticed how polite the whole staff was. To me having a friendly, kind attitude matters & they seem to be very professional at their job. Small place but very busy. Shows they are well liked. Will be going back for a new set of tires soon. Thank you B & B

I been buying tires from here for years . If there was an issue they would fix it . Staff is welcoming BEST IN TOWN especially with prices !!!

Friendly and great service. They don t charge outrageous fees. Get there early, the wait is long if you don t go first thing.

Fair prices, kind staff, great owner, fast service. Love it.The owner has always been kind and fair to me over the years. I have rarely been made to wait for long periods of time. If there is a delay because they are busy, someone has come out, talked to me about what I need and given a price and an estimate of how long I may have to wait. Except in emergencies that happen too far away, I have always and will always try to go here for all my tire needs. Keep up the good work guys.

I have been thrown for a curve ever since moving to the area and not knowing exactly where to go. I am so very happy that I chose to bring my car to B & B Tires! They were truly amazing and super quick at changing out my tires to get me back on the road again. I highly recommend them!

Used to be great service bit I waited 35 minutes and finally give up and went to another tire store . I don't think that I'll be going back

THE BEST used tire shop, I've ever been to. $30 that includes balancing. Week warranty. And can speak English. All other places I went to, may be a bit cheaper, but they dont have the week warranty. They messed my rims up. And didn't take care of my car.Now this place. They take care of you. Quality.

They all go out of their way to help you there are usually friendly sometimes they can be a little short but that's usually because they're tired and have been really really busy most of the time they are awesome people I go nowhere else to get my tires fixed and haven't for a probably the last 20 years Doyle is the owner and all of the guys that work there are awesome couldn't ask for a better group of people to service you and make sure your ride is safe they will always go out of their way to make sure you were safe but I will advise you if you have any questions to call before you go and make sure they have the tires you need if possible because they are so busy and so in-demand they sometimes run short but if they know you're coming and what you need they will have you set up when you get there great bunch of people awesome place to go

Best prices and service on best used tires around. Have done business with Steve and Doyle for over 20 years now. Haven't found anyone to beat their prices for the same shape of tires plus they have great prices on new tires also.

Very friendly staff. Extremely helpful. No masks worn by employees. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Our tire was out of stock, but they offered suggestions and helped as much as possible.

They are very good at what they do. If they don't have what you want, they can have it by the next morning. Weather it is a 40,000 mile tire or a 70,000 mile tire, at a great price. I have bought new and used tire from them for almost 20 yrs.
