My tires were not in stock anywhere, they were able to order and get them in quickly. Good pricing and included the rotate and balance follow up service on them. Nice people good to work with. I m new here and will use them in the future. They did not try to sell me something like some shops. Good advice and other services were also reasonably priced and quickly completed. Great on follow up service as well. Thank you

Worst tire shop in fort Payne. I got hung up on for saying a cuss word about tires. They also worked on my 2010 denali and it caught fire 15 minutes after leaving their shop with pictures and proof!!! DONT GO HERE!!!!

They always get us in and out the same day. I love their knowledgeable staff...very polite and helpful. I had my brakes fixed. All the way around and brake pads for a very reasonable price. I always leave there completely satisfied. I definitely recommend them to anyone having car problems.

I really enjoy working with these guys for my auto service needs. They re honest and respectful, which isn t always the case when a woman takes their car for service. Highly recommend Westmoreland Tire Co.

I was traveling from Mobile to Tennessee to a youth conference when I hit a chunk of concrete on the interstate. Walmart did not have my tire, and so they sent me around the corner to Westmoreland Tire. They offered us great service, and went above and beyond to attempt to get my payment completed due to issues I was having with my credit card. These kind gentlemen were such a bright spot on an otherwise shadowy day for me!! If I am ever in the area with an automotive need again, I will certainly return to Westmoreland tire. You simply can't get this kind of hometown style service from big box stores!

A great place! My mom was traveling through the area, and had car trouble. We looked up auto repair shops in the area. This shop already had a good rating, so we directed her their way. They were excellent! They looked at her car on short notice, and got her back on the road. I would give you a 10 if I could. Thanks Guys!

I went to get my car front end alignment done. Let me tell you a little bit of a backstory. My Infinity died totally, and I needed a vehicle quick so I just looked it over kick the tires and bought the thing, my car that is. I kick the tires I didn't read the tire specifications. So when the guy came out and he told me the front right tire was smaller than the rest I was flummoxed lol. No wonder that past your side tire was wearing quicker and it was handling sort of oddly. Anyway, they didn't charge me for this information. They were very friendly and helpful. I probably had a little chuckle back in the mechanic shop.

I was told I did not need an appointment I could come in anytime I wanted to. it was a simple job. Two front tires and an alignment. But guess what? The alignment man has vacation! I asked again and again if I came in will I be seen, said yes.I had to schedule this time because I am busy and they are only open during my work hours. Good luck to you

Outstanding service!!! They came to the campground at DeSoto State Park and changed 4 tires on the camper. Very reasonable. Daren was great.

James on the front counter is awesome. Very helpful, listens and goes beyond the call of duty. Very hard to find in today's world. The mechanic Charles was great as well. Answered some questions for me and was very helpful.You can't go wrong here. I hope it continues as I am sure it will.

Every dealing with Westmoreland has been nothing but professional. As soon as you walk in they are helpful, informative and straight with you as far as what you need. They don't try to sell you what you don't need. I've purchased tires, had them rotated (at no cost), had bearings and races replaced on trailers, you name it they've helped me over many years. I would highly recommend them. They are fast and reasonably priced.

After having AAA have to tow me to 2 other places to get a replacement tire (one of those cars that doesn't have a traditional spare tire arrangement) they took care of everything fast and with a smile. Was able to leave for vacation on time. Treat you with courtesy and respect. I'm a fan!

I rated Westmoreland Tire 4 stars based on passed dealings with them and the last time I was there last week. I use another tire store in town for all my regular business and nothing will change that. I went to Westmoreland last week because they were the only ones in town that had the tire size I needed in stock and I couldn't wait. I had an out of town doctor's appointment and found myself with a dangerous tire. Things seem to have changed at Westmoreland since I was there years ago. I called they had a used tire that was the size I needed. It was the wrong type of tire. However it was the right size and most importantly, safe! I explained my situation and that I was on my way. Because it was the wrong type tire they only charged me for the tire itself. No mounting and Ballance fee's. As soon as they got a tech that could take a break from what he was doing they got me taken care of and out the door and safely on my way. I'd give them 5 stars if I had more of a history of doing business with them. Prices were fair and service was great.

I needed a tire for my RV on a Saturday morning and they had me in and out in about 15 minutes for $100. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Great place for an oil change or a new set of tires for your car or truck. Knowledgeable staff with sharp pencils give the best prices in this area. Highly recommended!

I was traveling through when my car was shaking, took me in right away when they were close to closing. My tires were close to a blow out and I could have been stranded or hurt with kids in the car. They got me in and out, very professional, very kind and very quick! Highly recommend!! !!!!!!!!
