Made an appointment to get two new tires put on. They were a little busy but got us in at the scheduled time and had our car ready to go within 30-35 minutes! Nice employees and thumbs up to Stormy for getting everything set up for us! Nice experience!Service: TiresService: Tires

We had to wait a bit because they had a.lot of customers,but staff was polite and the job of getting our new tires was done great. The young man in the office for the garage definitely needs at least one person in there to help him! He was handling everything by himself and doing a wonderful job,but he needs a.co- worker to help.

Had all wrong information on my car/account as they did NOT scan the vin as they are required to do before any service. So they put the wrong oil in my 09 Camry. They had my car as a 05 and used 5w30 as my car uses 5w20. After research, using the wrong oil can damage components inside the engine. They didn't seem to care. Told me "it's just oil change". I will not be back.Service: Oil change

When I checked in to have my tires rotated. There was no greeter to look over my vehicle. I stood in line and waited to be put on a list and told. It would be an hour and a half possibly before my truck would be worked on. So I registered in, and nearly 2.5 hours went past before I received an alert. Letting me know my truck was finished. When I went to pay, the nice young man said I owed nothing on the rotation since I paid for lifetime service. I go out to my truck to find absolutely nothing had been done to my truck. (Which would not bothered me so much had they not had me wait for 2.5 hours!)Lack of customer service.

I had a nail in my tire. I arrived 8am. No line no wait. They had it patched and done by 830. Well done. I hate Walmart, but the tire shop did me right! It was only like $20

Arrived at 11:40, was told I would have a 45 minute wait. Told them to check if tires needed rotating but not to do them because of an extended wait and I had to drive 30 min to pick up my son after oil change. Check in in 45 min, don't see my car, no one in TLE area to ask. Check back in at 1pm, see my car flying around the corner from the back of TLE and into the Lube Bay. Manager says they just finished my tire work (which was NOT priority, and let 4 or so cars go ahead of me in oil change).45 minute oil change turned into almost 2hrs including work I didn't ask for and I was over half an hour late to pick up my son from school.

So we wanted to use them. Took a friend with a flat tire by there. One hour before closing. But was told that since they only had one employee there they couldn t sell us a new tire and put it on! Now I could see not taking certain jobs! But you left someone with a flat tire!!!!

Called ahead to ensure they could put tires on before we drove the 40 minutes there. We were told sure no problem. Drove there to be told to come back tomorrow, they didn't have time to do it. NEVER USING THIS AUTO SERVICE AGAIN.

Didn't communicate from one to another about what they recommended to my car so I left not knowing. My tires were bald and fluids were recommended but didn't tell me before they rung me up.

I have been using them for month's.I have never had an issue they are always nice.I usually have to wait around 30 minutes or so.I normally just shop in wal-mart and they text to let me know it's done.

Depending on which Walmart you go to in Jackson or Dekalb Co. Al.Scottsboro Walmart auto center, now does not open until 9am and understaffedFort Payne auto center opens @ reg time and fairly quick but under staffed and checkout was a long wait.

would not pay attention that I was there to PAY for a oil change, I ended up leaving, the employees were not busy abd looked like they didn't have much to do, this is for the auto center in fort Payne, it was so hot that Day,

Walmart Car Care, we bought our last set of tires here where we added the road hazard protection. Well, I got a chance to use it here. Almost 3 hours to replace One yes I said one tire. They were ready to sell the coverage when the tires were purchased which took less than an hour to get all 4 tires installed. Go figure.

Ordered tires online. Said it would be there 11am next day. When we got there , they said Ordered couldn't be filled.

Shouldn't take 2 hours to change the oil, especially when you're the only car there, it's just a scam to keep you in the store longer.
