Great first experience with Noel s! I called yesterday for a quote on tires. They had to order them and they were there and ready to install today around lunch. These guys worked super fast and did a great job and had the best prices out of the 5+ that I called. If you re in the Fort Payne, Alabama area and you need new tires, give Noel s a call.

Highly recommend this tire company. We were driving home from TN and had a tire show low twice so knew it was a nail or something wrong. Pulled over in Fort Payne as that was the closest town, went to the tire store right across the street first because of the great reviews before 8am, we were told a two hour wait. Drove right across the street and Noel's told us to pull in the bay, passengers stayed in the car and they fixed the tire in 20 minutes. Outstanding service and great price too for the repair.

My husband and I always come here to have our tires put on and the service there is always exceptional and great!!! They are always quick, affordable and polite!!! Noel always ensures that we have been serviced and always makes sure things are running smoothly! The best tire shop hands down in the Fort Payne area!!!!

I had a double blow out and was stranded with no extra spare on a holiday weekend. Noel helped my family out even though they were closed so we could get back on the road. He didn't price gouge and gave an excellent price on 4 new tires. We highly recommend this business.

Great place for buying tires and having your vehicle tire service needs met.There are expanding the warehouse for tire storage, which will open up another bay for auto service.Noel said they will be offering more auto service for breaks, oil change, and other minor vehicle service needs.I'm excited about these new changes coming to Noel's Tire Service.Honest and friendly folks

A couple of weeks ago I decided to give this place a chance at my business. I needed a single tire for a bad flat and decided to run a "pull off" until my other tires were worn enough to buy a full set. I bought a nice one I thought for $25 and have been satisfied so far. So today, I brought in my double axle trailer which needed two tires due to the others dry rotting and essentially self destructing. I decided on "pull offs" again because I don't use this trailer often. Today Noel wasn't there. There was a kid with braces in an office chair, a rude "manager" and a very nice hardworking gentleman with a slight speech problem. The hardworking gentleman was given two tires picked out by the "manager" to put on without quoting me a price. I figured they had a set price of $25 due to my last purchase. I watched the hardworking gentleman do his work. He was very good at his job with a friendly attitude. In the process of mounting the tires on my rims he found a puncture in the sidewall of one tire and repaired it. After mounting them on my trailer I asked the "manager" how much and he said $60. I told him that wasn't the price a couple of weeks ago and informed him of the punctured side wall on one tire that was repaired. He insinuated I was lying because he said the nice hardworking gentleman couldn't make a repair like that. I proceeded to ask him to walk out to my trailer and look at the repair for proof. Afterwards, he didn't say much and accepted "this time" $50 for the set of tires. This kind of treatment of customers in a small town will not get Noel more nor repeat business. FYI. August 2018 UPDATE: Returned to the shop because both tires were not holding air. Explained what had happened before to Noel as he hadn't been there. He had both tires repaired at no cost.

I called for some 245/50 ZR20's which nobody has in normal stock. They special ordered these at 8am and they arrived by 11 at half the price of Westmoreland just behind this garage. Noel was very nice on the phone and service was fast. My only critique would be that your receipt doesn't state the brand of tires or warranty info. If Noel's records aren't precise, what happens if I have an issue in 5k miles? Will they take my word? Will they look back at order history? A good experience could turn bad real quick if these tires don't hold up and their records won't show the details.

From PA, and I was driving down 59 with a RV tire losing air. Called, and Noel fit me in, fixed the tire, and got me back on the road safely! Fantastic service. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We were camping in Desoto State park and found a nail in our tire. We went to Noel s and they took us right away and took the nail out. Thankfully, it didn t cause any damage and they didn t charge us a penny. Thank ya ll from FL! The young man that took care of us was polite and so kind. We recommend Noel s and if we re ever back and run into any trouble that is exactly where we will be going. Thank you!

When I say I that this man and his staff can sling some brake pads and new tires on a vehicle I'm definitely not lying. I stopped by on my lunch hour fully expecting the possibility of having to get picked up and dropped off before they were done. I was there thirty minutes tops and they had my new tires and pads on. All with smiles and laughs. Great place. I will be back.

They hooked me with a great set of new tires for a really good price, and they got them ordered and put on in the same day. They even put my headache of a spare tire back under the Tahoe for me, which should ve been extra cause it s a job. I will definitely be placing any tire business I have in their hands. Thank y all!

If we could give this place 100 stars, we would! Noel saved the day when he had 4 new tires for our RV when two of them blew out on the highway. To top it all off, he opened up on Memorial Day so we could continue on our journey. Thank you again Noel!!!

I don t know how this business has any negative comments. I ve been there at least a half dozen times and the employees have always been courteous, knowledgeable and fast. I suspect these negative reviews are probably from competitors. Just ignore all that noise. You won t find better service or prices anywhere in Fort Payne.

The main guy I talked to was very friendly. However the person fixing my tire was not very polite at all. Acted like it was an inconvenience for him to double check to make sure the rim wasnt bent after having a blow out. Sat there with my two year old and waited maybe 20-25 minutes. All seemed fine until we arrived home and the tire was flat. Tried calling multiple times throughout the day, no answer. Have to continuously air the tire up. Will be going to get one from somewhere else.

I am new to the Fort Payne area, and I will say I'll defiantly be back. The service was fast and friendly. I don't write many reviews but defiantly 5 stars highly recommend.

They have been incredibly friendly and hard working. Ordered and got my tires in in about 3 hrs and put on in a about 20min for under 500 on my full size truck. Will be back for sure.

This is the second time I have been to Noel's. They are quick and quite professional. I especially appreciate them putting the spare tire back under the truck, since I have already had to touch it too much.
