They put new transmission last year so last summer I ask ford check transmission because I feel and sound bad they said that fine I give up I ignored sound for 7 months until then it broke down I put to this ford mechanic waiting near 39 day with warranty and never started and they said only one person can do transmission and I had other issue I found out why not enough power so computers think was turbo charger but I found when I changed oil was pipe to turbo charger unhooked and some bolt missing that mean they not enough responsibility and bad mechanic

Wasted 4 weeks waiting for them to look at a transmission problem on a used truck that I bought at their dealership. They did not return calls after they said they would. Their service head is very unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.
