JDs did a transmission replacement job for me and had it done in 24hrs . They did the job for the estimated cost which was less than half of the estimate received from another shop just up the street. Good, honest work.

Im not from this area. But had 3rd gear go out in my 2011 gmc seirra i had it towed to this shop the guy was very knowledgeable and knew what was wrong it right away and had it finished in 1 day the price was reasonable as well. I didnt have quite enough and he took what i had. They used all new parts and it comes with a one year warrenty on the parts and labor. Highly recommended for transmission workService: Transmission

Extremely unprofessional and rude. My car sat in their parking lot for over a month and was never even looked at. I called a few times to check in, and the man I spoke to said he would check it out in the next day or two , which never happened. On one occasion I was told, I might get around to it when I feel like it. I decided to go to J&D to speak with someone in person about the car, and the two men in the office hardly glanced up from their food to acknowledge me. I nicely told them which car was mine and asked if they had gotten the chance to look at it, and one man threw a piece of food down, spun his chair around and looked at me in disgust while the other man continues to eat, shrugs his shoulders and said, Nope . I said thanks & took my car elsewhere.I am not one to write reviews, much less a negative one, but I find it very unnecessary to treat anyone, much less a customer, with such disregard and disrespect. Do not recommend.

My car s transmission has been acting weird, but they refused even look at my car. They said it was too difficult to fix and refused to fix it. At least they suggested somewhere else that would fix it. But they don t seem to care about customer service. Don t take your car here to get fixed.

Honest, quick,professional. The owner is a good man. He really helped us when we got stranded while traveling. I am so thankful for his help when we really needed him.

They did great work on my mustang, been a few years and still going strong. Came highly recommend from coworkers and friends. They may be a little busy but that's just cause they're the best in town.

They were amazing. They were very quick on turnaround. They never left me waiting to know what was going on with my vehicle. They are a very trustworthy business and not out to gouge their customers

My son has been without a car for several weeks as the car sat at this shop without even being looked at, and they kept giving me the runaround. On top of that they were anything but nice.
