This place had the worst customer service. We waited 3 hours before we could pay and do our paperwork. But the car we bought was amazing and at a really good price and they gave us a fair deal for our trade in too. I would do business here again when looking for a car just make sure your salesman isn't going to lunch to vanish.

I drove over 200 miles to these guys. Tyler Mason and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic. It was my first time ever buying a car by myself and they had me smiling like a kid with a new toy when I left. I would highly recommend anyone shopping for a new car to check out their inventory, the trip is completely worth it and they are very experienced with out of state sales.

I was met by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The service my vehicle required was performed quickly. The waiting room was clean and had a TV to help pass the time. The whole process from making the appointment to service completion was A1.

Bought a new car from them today and that was the most laid back dealership I've ever seen. No pressure at all and they let you know what their bottom dollar price is right up front on their website. Too bad other dealerships don't know how to do this and try to manipulate you every step of the way. Awesome experience!!

Bought a 2018 Silverado and the salesman was great. HOWEVER, after paying for tag and taxes I was blindsided by an additional $808.00 before I could get my tags. Spoke with the manager and the only thing he offered was an apology. On top of that.... the detailing supposed to be done in the dealer prep charges left windows that were basically smeared AND the predelivery inspection overlooked a couple of items that have caused me to have to take it back immediately for warranty work. Love the truck but the transaction leaves me severely disappointed. My overall opinion: high volume, low service. When you pay $62000 for a vehicle you d think it d be a flawless transaction. This one wasn t. I ll go back to Don Ledford in Cleveland Tn for my next purchase.

Made an appointment and were told we would have a rental car to drive and we were here 30 minutes early and they put someone in front of us even know will had an appointment, and they don't have a rental car, then have sat here for and hour and a half and the truck hasn't even been touched

Looks like they will have the best deal on new vehicles so far. We r still looking. Their dock fee is less than two hundred dollars there. Scottsboro has a dock fee over 800.00 dollars.

Went in for a alignment my voucher ended that day said they didnt have the people to do it that day was a Saturday. Talk to the cashier who does the vouchers said it would be next week to do the alignment and would she still take my voucher she said yes just bring it in. Fast forward Wednesday go in the service people were great and was going to take the 25 off on there end put I had a coupond and it would only let them do one. I said that cool the cashier said she would honor it. I go to check out she said she cant take the voucher now. Didnt have a appointment for Saturday. I said when you would have told me that I would have used it that Saturday on something else costed me a whole lot of points. So I asked for custmer service number. So she goes to get someone in charge. Guess what there is no one there that is in charge that will talke to me. She says she is just a cashier cant really help me which is fine which you would have said that Saturday. She gave me a name to come talk to someone. I have yet to talk to the person yet when I do I will come back and update what happens. The service people have always done right. And did what they said. My hay off to them 5 stars.

If you need a reliable place to get service on your Chevy, come here. They have professional people that do good work. While you wait they have a comfortable place to sit, read it watch TV. There are soft drinks and coffee too.

Best Priced On High Country 2500 Diesel I've Came Across. Also They Have A Huge Lot, With A Huge Variety Of Trucks, Cars, SUV's, & Vette's. Not To Mention A Nice Pre Owned Inventory Aswell

I purchased a 2008 GMC Yukon Denali XL in late June of 2015 from this dealership.Quick and dirty, I was told the vehicle was put through their 100 point before it was put on the lot. Here it is August 2015 and I've spent roughly $1500 on an oxygen sensor, timer belt, a new battery, a new positive battery cable, and a starter. Yes the vehicle was used, but it's just not a good sign when the vehicle has been in the shop more times than the number of months I've owned it.
