The best "Deal" I could find anywhere. No haggling involved. They have their pricing set as low as possible already. None of the starting high and then fighting to get lower. You start off at the lowest they can go. Based on my first purchase here 3/23/2024, I will definitely be converting my fleet over to Chevrolet just based on their pricing alone. I highly recommend this dealership.

Wonderful experience!! We ve been looking for this specific Tahoe for several months. Price was right! Jason was great and won salesman of the year by recommending this wonderful place for lunch while we waited on detailing to finish. We drove 1 1/2 hrs (65 m) and it was worth it.

Spoke with a salesman on a truck they had listed. Asked very specific questions about flaws in paint mechanics and etc. was told it had one minor paint chip on door and major flaw on fuel cap door which they agreed to repaint. Told them I would be there sat morning to pick truck up I arrived after hours Friday night and decide to slip by and lay eyes on it. Needless to say it was not even close to the clean truck the salesman portrayed. And all I got was a text asking where I was and when I explained why I drive 7.5 hours back home he didn t even offer so much as an apology. Clearly will say or do anything to get you on site with no regards or care about customers time and money. Not to mention the truck will need tires and brakes very soon. Just said we will put it back online thanks.

This is hands down the best car dealership I have ever bought a car from. The biggest reason is that the prices on their vehicles are priced for the buyer. The initial salesman I was working with, Jamey, really didn t pressure me into buying something and he was not trying to mark up the price (as I ve experienced with other dealerships). I told him which truck I was interested in (the Chevrolet 1500 Black Widow Edition) and that I wanted to know how much it was selling for, he assured me that the price would not change. For context, I had a negative sort of bait-and-switch experience recently at another dealership in Virginia where they told me one price, but then they changed the price once I arrived.��Since I would be driving about 9.5 hours from Virginia to pick this truck up, it was reassuring to hear that the prices quoted over the phone (including any upcharge for the extra package) would not change. I decided to put a deposit down to hold the truck and the dealership kept their word. (I was actually initially working with one Donohoo location when I put the deposit down. After I realized that there was another Donohoo dealership about an hour and half closer for me, they were able to accommodate me and transfer my deposit for the same truck, well, it was better, at their other closer location). When I got to the dealership it was a nice-looking dealership and had a ton of really nice-looking vehicles. The truck they held for me was nicer than you could have imagined, it was such a beautiful truck. The price of the truck never changed and there were no hidden fees. There was no salesman trying to make a quick buck on you. The salesmen do not take a commission; they are making their paycheck either way, so they really want you to get the vehicle that you want, and the prices are awesome. I highly recommend you looking into Donohoo Chevrolet. It will be worth it, and the prices advertised on the vehicles are the actual price you will pay. I also must add that Jacob did a great job. He was the salesman that was working on Saturday to sign all the paperwork and got me going back home - couldn't tell you how easy of a process it all was. When it came to test driving the truck, he said, have at it and I could test drive the truck without anyone going along with me for the test drive. It really let me get a true feel for driving the truck without being nervous with a salesman watching you test drive the car. It all was just a great experience. I don't even think I was there an hour, including the test drive, and was back on the road. I really can't say enough about how professional and courteous they were. Finally, I also have to mention how this dealership went above and beyond to help me out. I had a rental car that I had to drop off in Gadsen, Alabama (unfortunately, it was the closest drop off available). After I dropped off the rental, I could not find a cab or Uber or any way to get back to the dealership to get my truck. I was stranded. I called the dealership and let them know my situation, and they decided to come pick me up since I had no back. It was a 45-minute drive; it wasn't just around the corner! They truly went the extra mile (literally). I highly recommend�this dealership and will be back next time I need a new vehicle. I definitely think you should check it out yourself.

Cant say enough about this place, Jason had me in and out quick! Will definitely pick up my next truck here when the time comes. Love the new Silverado, the only disappointment on it so far is the color match on the front end is so far off from the body color, its embarrassing. Looks like it was repainted, even though it wasnt...

I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with this dealership! I drove all the way from Nashville, Tn to make this deal on my new Chevy Equinox. Donohoo offers very competitive pricing. No dealership in my home town could even come close to matching their deal. My salesman, Jason was so nice and very efficient. We had all of the numbers worked out before I drove out. Everyone at the dealership is so nice and friendly. It's been a great experience from the very beginning. I had to wait a little bit for my new vehicle to come in and then the three hour drive to pick it up and close the deal. It was well worth my time. I will only buy from Donohoo from now on.

Came from GA (75 miles) to pick up this 24 2500 LT Z71 Sport! Other dealers closer had it, but this one had exactly what I wanted! After a full day of working with my local GA banks red tape and working through some paperwork issues with out of state titles, Tyler Mason got it taken care of and off I went! Would definitely come back here if the vehicle was searching for was at this dealer!

We truly had a great experience. Jason was helpful from the beginning and always very honest and clear. We began our communication online since we live 6 hours away. When we showed up to finalize purchase we weren t pressured. We never had to haggle over cost or trade in value. It was true and honest business. I would recommend to any one.

Second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership and even though they are 2 hours away from us, we love dealing with them!! Very easy to deal with, fair pricing and very fair in trades!!! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for anyone looking for vehicles they offer. Had a front headlamp that is defective and they told me that it s difficult to have it done at a different dealership even though it s brand new and since I m two hours away, they re offering to drive down pick up my vehicle, fix it and bring it back to me. That s the kind of dealership. They are service customers first and we really appreciate that. Tyler Mason was our Salesmen!!!

Purchase started out with an internet search and cold call to the dealership once we located the vehicle we were looking for. Had some calls and texts back and forth between Jason White in sales. Jason was very accommodating and there wasn t any typical sales pressure during our communication. That coupled with the price of the vehicle is what led us to ultimately driving 2 hours to buy the vehicle from Jason & Donohoo. Once at the dealership, we were greeted by Jason who was just as nice and genuine in person as he was over the phone. He showed us the vehicle and asked if we had any questions. Once again he was patient and there wasn t any pressure during our interaction in looking at the vehicle. He tossed us the keys and let us go unaccompanied on the test drive. Another big selling point for us was the fact that we didn t have to chauffeur around a complete stranger to make small talk with while trying to learn and get the feel of a new vehicle. Back at the dealership we discussed pricing and discounts and Jason was up front on everything being offered for the vehicle. He left us alone to discuss the numbers and didn t try to sway us in any fashion during our review of his quote. We decided to move forward with the purchase from there. The back room finance process was just as smooth and painless as our initial interaction with Jason was. From start to finish the process couldn t have been any better.

This has to be the smoothest and quickest buying process I ve ever been through. I saw what I was looking for on their website and made an inquiry. When I obtained my out the door price I was floored, no one would come close locally to Donohoo s price. I made the 2hr trip and Jamey Carson was great to work with and had the truck and paperwork ready to go at the dealership when I arrived. Would definitely recommend buying from Donohoo.

Bought my vehicle from here in November 2022. They actually had one on the lot and with a reasonable price. I came at my scheduled time with everything they needed from me (check, insurance info, trade in documents) ready to go.. THEY on the other hand were ill prepared. I had my toddler in tow and a 2 hour drive both ways. We ultimately stayed there ALL day (I wish this was an exaggeration), trying to entertain my child in a car dealership. There was a scratch on the door of my brand new, very expensive vehicle, that they halfway repaired (again took all day). They had offered $300 to get it repaired elsewhere.. but they would not have covered the cost of an appropriate repair. My car was supposed to come with black emblems and there was a lot of debate trying to tell me it wasn't. Finally they "found" them. I then had to wait (all day) for them to remove the original emblems and place the black ones. Again, halfway done as they damaged the paint underneath (faded/haze). Best I was offered for the wait would be to leave empty handed and either come back or they would deliver it... but with a 4 hour round trip that was far from ideal. I did at least get to take my own car (trade in) to take my toddler to lunch. Year later, we had to get all of these things (door paint, remove emblems to repair paint underneath which means we had to purchase new ones) repaired professionally. They were notified of this, and did nothing. Also, when I got home at 8pm the day I bought the car, my husband noted that it did not have the security lugs, that were also included, and had to call and complain. They sent us the lugs at least.The reason this review comes so much later, the guy (will not name) was nice, though very much NOT prepared and I'm not one to leave bad reviews. The lady handling paperwork was prepared and very helpful and nice. All the things my vehicle needed should have been ready when I got there instead of a giant all day hassle. HOWEVER, despite our many complaints, they seem to think it is ok to continuously reach out via email and texts (at 9pm) trying to see how they can help us with any future purchases. NEVER will we buy from here again- so you may stop reaching out.

Found them searching for a specific truck, best prices by far for a 500 mile radius! I saved 6,000 on my new truck compared to local prices and no hidden fees! Communicated with an email initially then text, with fast responses. The truck I wanted was in transit and my salesman wasn't for sure when it would arrive. I waited 2 days then made a call asking about another truck and he said the one I wanted may have come in. Sure enough it arrived the day before. He was fast at getting me the paperwork to be able to put a hold on it and even stayed after hours to make sure I got it locked in! He also took my information for my loan through GM financial. We set up a day for me to close the deal 4 days later. Drove the 265 miles and he had everything in order and it maybe took an hour of time to finish up to get me on the road heading home in my new Truck. I usually end up spending most of a day when buying a vehicle. I would highly recommend Donohoo Chevrolet for anyone looking for a good deal and great people to do business with!Jim K

I couldn't be happier. I was texting Trevor a couple days while I was on vacation and he was unfortunately not there when I got to the dealership but Jamey helped me out. They had the truck I was looking for and at an amazing price!!! When I look for my next work truck this will be the first place i look! They literally have 100's of trucks! And the best part is no hidden fees!! What you see is what you pay and what dealership could say that!! I did purchase the extended warranty and was amazed by how cheap that price was to!!Highly recommend donohoo Chevrolet!!!

My experience purchasing my Bolt EV was exceptional. Donohoo Chevrolet's staff was friendly, professional and helpful across the board. Jamey, Trevor, Tez, and Megan ( I cannot remember the name of the staff that helped with the car tech) were all very courteous. More importantly the entire team made the car buying process easy and straight forward. No shenanigans! The price negotiated via email was honored. No ridiculous dealer fees. No last minute surprises. It was great!

Had a scheduled recall, took truck in at 830 am and approximately 330 pm received a call that they couldn't find part! They called me and set up appointments so they should have had part. This is the second time this has happened!!!!! Get with the game y'all. Every time I have appointments to have something done they never get you in and out in a timely manner and good luck on it being fixed!!!!!

I ve never bought a car sight unseen before, but Donohoo made it easy by providing a complete listing, frequent updates via text and email, and a buyer friendly experience that made me feel in control. Their pricing was transparent, fair, and free from ridiculous market adjustments and crammed in fees. I would definitely buy from them again. My only suggestion is to provide a secure online portal for customers to upload sensitive documents, like Social Security cards, drivers licenses, paperwork, and so on. I work in information technology, and believe me when I say this: even if all of this information flows into your own dealer management system, email and text message are not secure means of transmission for the customer. Do these things, and I struggle to think of how my buying experience could be improved at all. Thanks again for a great experience buying my first GM vehicle and first electric car!

We traveled over 2 hours to purchase a new vehicle from Donohoo. It was more than worth the effort. Jason Meier worked with me by email and phone prior to the trip to give me a very competitive price on the vehicle and also worked with the finance group so that I had a very competitive finance rate prior to making the trip. Upon arrival the vehicle was ready to go and all paperwork had been completed prior to our arrival. There was a couple of very small things I asked about and Jason had someone take care of immediately. It took approximately 30 minutes from our arrival time and and we were done with all the paperwork. Once the sale was completed, Roger Hill came out and went through every operational detail of the new vehicle. While this process took a while due to all the features, Roger was so nice, he was not in a hurry and explained everything so well and was responsive and knowledgeable to any questions we had. Great experience overall and could not be happier with our purchase.
