Me and my fianc� got a car from them almost a year ago. Sure it had some minor issues, but it was a used car, what do we expect. Most issues we had were handled by the owner himself and just added to our bill, which is amazing. I m not saying he will do this with major fixes, but the man sticks to his word, whatever he can do he will. Major problems that happen after you buy a car are never going to be up to a dealership to fix. It s buying the car as is. That s how it works. These gentlemen work hard and try hard. Give them a break and give them a chance! We love doing business with them!

I've had nothing but problems with the vehicle we bought from him a year ago. We are constantly having to replace things on it. The tires were bald when we got it, the battery wasn't even the correct battery and the cables were rigged to hook it up. The coils continue to go bad even after replacing them. Today I wake up to the engine light on AGAIN. This time it's the crank sensor. I'm over dealing with this guy. He's a nice person, but he sells horrible vehicles!!

We got a car from them not even a month ago and already had 3 major problems With it and we just had a newborn. We came to try and get them to fix it or give us our money back they refused to help us out and only gave us half of our down payment. don t let the looks of the car fool you they may look nice but in the end you will be spending more money to get it fixed when you could spend that on a better and nicer vehicle that is more trustworthy than what they have to offer somewhere else. They are very inconsiderate.

Deans is a very good place for cars or whatever your looking for they work with you and are very good people my family has gone to deans a few times and never disappoint I definitely recommend them

These dealers in Fort Payne go out and buy cars at auctions coming in from all over the country. Some have been wrecked and have had flood damage. They just basically patch them up and sell them for 3-5 times what they are really worth. Do not buy from these people or from Wheels either. Save you time and money and go out of town to get you a better vehicle and a better deal.

They are crooks! a friend of mine Elizabeth Tench,,traded her van to them for a 2009 yukon,,,from the start all she had was problems,,it wouldn't crank half the time. it would leave you stranded for hours while you tried to start it..then also Dean's auto never would get the right paperwork to her so she could get a tag ,,she had it for a month and they kept giving her the run arround ,,,the van she traded them for the yukon they already sold ,,so when she took the yukon back they took it, and didn't give her anything back in return and made her sign a paper forfieting any payback ,,,,DEAN"S AUTO,,CROOKS with a capital C

I wasnt happy with them at all.i put a down payment on a 2010 chevy malibu silver 4 door car.had it 3 wks it stayed in the shop.wipers never were fixed.finally got the ac to cool.at my daughters house had a hard time keeping it cranked.i took it back.signed release form.the next day its back out there in the front for sale again.bad experience for me

I wished there was a no star rating because these horrid little people, petty thieves, liars, crooks will drain you of every penny they can before taking back their useless, third rate junk salvaged cars

So people were not forthcoming about the vehicles and we're very rude and impersonal so hard to work with on payment plan and Larry dishonest about the mechanical problems with the car
