Couldn t have asked for a better car buying experience!! Arrived on a Saturday morning and the car that I originally called about was waiting upfront for me! After browsing the lot decided upon something else!! Leslie, Conway, and Damien were simply the best!! They were friendly, easy to work with & made car buying easy!!! Please Please make the drive to Fort Payne & don t forgot to ask for Leslie you will not be disappointed!!

Matt Lipscomb went above and beyond to help me get my car. I appreciate his time and patience with me yesterday. When my aunt and I first got to the lot. I picked out a Kia Soul because of the overall price. Matt was able to get me into what I really wanted with no money down and a car payment that would have been the same if not cheaper than the soul. Thank you so much. I definitely will be referring my folks to you dear sir!!

The staff at Basswood assisted in making this gift to my daughter truly memorable. We drove 2.5 hours to purchase the car. I asked them to remove the rear tint and replace the battery, they immediately accommodated my request. They delivered the car free of charge to us when it was ready. Their prices are best I found when I was looking for her 16th birthday gift. JJ was incredible as was Josh and Conway.

Hey everyone , big shout out to Matt Lipscomb and Bella @ Basswood down here in Fort Payne Alabama for getting me into a new ride. Heather and Conway are the best!!!! They helped me not only buy a car for my mom, but also got me approved for a 2023 kia Sorento 3 days later! They work miracles and are very kind and friendly people. They answered every question honestly and in full no around the corner answers. This is the first time in my life that I'm able to do something like this on my own and it's all thanks to them! I've already told about 20 people where I live in georgia to only buy cars from Heather and Conway at Basswood, I will tell everyone for years to come!!! RUBI, along with everyone else, is the absolute BEST!! No matter what situation you have, they will figure out for you! Rubi never gave up on trying to find the best deal for me and sure enough within 24 hours she sent me home in this beautiful Nissan ON MY BIRTHDAY!! We bought a 2023 Jeep Renegade and love it, tonite 04/16/2024 we went back to get a 2019 Nissan Frontier both times they have paid our cars off and we owed a lot of money on our vehicles. The used cars I have seen most have low mileage on them. My Jeep had 21 miles on it and the nissan has 76,000. I usually don't do reviews on the car lots. But since we got 2 vehicles from them I will. If you need a good car and good customer service then you need to go to Basswood their sales people will go above and beyond to get you financed.

Great People doing a wonderful job! Friendly environment, no pressuring, doing everything they can to get you into the vehicle you want. JJ was my sales rep and he was super friendly and great to work with. I came in, knew what I wanted, and left in it. By far the best car buying experience I ve ever had! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle!

We purchased a used 2013 Buick Enclave yesterday from Basswood. Very positive experience and friendly staff. Wiz was our salesman and he was very professional, easy going and worked to get us the best deal. Prices are fair and they are willing to work with you to make you comfortable. They even stayed late to accommodate us driving 1.5 hours to get there. We will definitely use them again. Thanks!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The music selection was great. Great place to get a vehicle from. Come in and ask for Dlon Johnson and/or Matthew Lipscomb they are both great. Dlon is who made my sale, but I has great conversation with Matthe he was also very helpful and entertaining.

I erased the original post it was meant for another dealership in the area, that I will not name.Basswood employees are courteous, friendly, and relatable men and women. They have worked trying their best trying to get me a ride. They told me exactly what I could do or what the best thing I needed to do. To my benefit.They keep in touch, but not so much that it's a bother. I strongly recommend anyone use them for their next vehicle, whether used or new.

Basswood made my vehicle shopping experience a pleasant one. I always dread looking for a new vehicle but Basswood made this easy for me. Leslie did a great job and was very kind, patient, and helpful. She waited after hours to help finish all the paperwork and get me into my new truck. I just bought my wife a 2021 Chevy spark from them. $0 down credit not great. Drove off lot in my wife s perfect car. Conway, ruby, josh, and JJ were amazing. They told us no matter what they would get us in a car. I would 100% send anyone I know looking for a car there. They are the most helpful, respectful, and honest people!! Heather and the others are great people to deal with when buying a vehicle. They go above and beyond! They'll jump through burning hoops to get you in a vehicle! And they'll try their dead level best to get you in something that has everything you want!! When all other's tell you no, go to Basswood in Ft Payne!!
