Absolutely wonderful people. My escape was towed in last night. Turns out I didn t need their help but they were absolutely WONDERFUL to work with.Highly recommend!

The team clearly had interest in getting my vehicle done as soon as possible. They called me and kept me informed every step of the way. They didn t force me to do more work than necessary. And the manager went out of his way to drive all the way to Dothan to match a bolt just for me car so that it could be done the same day.

Love this place is like my second family. Every time I go, they always take care of me. The only thing I don't like is how the customers treat them. People need to understand that when you have an appointment, it is to reserve your spot not to cut your time and be out fast. Also, the hours are different from Monday to Friday, 7 to 7 Saturday, 7 to 5, and Sunday from 9 to 4. Let's be patient with this hard working workers. Being nice and patient is the key! Thank you!!

If your reading this review wondering if you should take your car to Firestone on Ft Novosel, DO NOT do business with them. They are incompetent and will take your money and not fix your vehicle. Then they'll come back and say they can actually fix it if you spend more money. They are crooks and should be put out of business. They should not be allowed on post. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. You will regret it if you do business with Firestone on Ft Novosel!!!!

Service was fast. The individual at the counter couldn't describe a service. Didn't provide me with the printout of my alignment results or able to explain anything except "it's all green". This completely deterred me from any additional services from this shop.

Liars and thieves taking advantage of US service members.Quoted me one thing over the phone and were 200-300 dollars over that come check out. Just got my tires replaced at another location and come to find out that not only did they lie to me, the put the wrong size tires on my car. Additionally, they charged me for superfluous things like lane departure warning, which my vehicle doesn't have. They don't deserve a spot on base.

Shoutout to Firestone of Fort Rucker! My 18 year old son, who is currently stationed at Fort Rucker, originally had his truck at the Firestone on Main St of Enterprise for a suspension issue. That Firestone wanted to sell him on $600 of unneeded repairs. We recommended for him to get a second opinion before spending that money. He stopped by this Firestone once he got back on base. Firestone of Fort Rucker found the problem in the parking lot. A control arm bolt had come loose and the alignment was off. Unfortunately, they weren t able to do an alignment since this truck is lifted and they have a store policy to not work on lifted trucks. They did give him some recommendations of some shops in town that could take care of him. One of those shop were able to perform an alignment and ensure that the bolts were all tightened. Even though they didn t make any money on a sale, and were able to confirm what the original Firestone was telling him was wrong, they still ensured that he got to a repair shop that wasn t going to take advantage of him.

Turned my car in for an alignment due to putting new shocks, struts, and springs on and they told me the alignment was still good. I had to loosen up some items to install the parts and figured an alignment would be the best way forward. Since the alignment was still good they checked all the hardware and even the parts I installed to ensure everything was done correctly. After that they only charged me the labor fees for the check versus the full alignment price.Those 2 actions alone are above and beyond what you will find at other shops. They could have charged me the full price but they didn t because that is not how they operate. Stand up shop in my opinion that I will refer everyone to for vehicle maintenance.

Went in for an oil change and inspection, expecting to have my brake pads replaced. their inspection revealed what they quoted to be $2900 worth of parts and labor to fix several issues. Long story short, most of their assessments were correct. However, they wanted to charge me $540 for a part they order from Advance Auto. At Advance Auto the part is listed for $275. Their labor is also hefty. Would not recommend this place for more than simple services.

They were so bad that I stopped bringing my cars to them . I would leave my car with them all day for oil change and tire rotation only to come to pick it up at 4:00 and they hadn't touched it. This happened several times. Then I started making appointments and still had to wait for over an hour past the time I was to pick it up. Today I had an appointment for 7:30, dropped it off at 7:20 to pick up at 1100. I am sitting here at 1200 waiting on it, there goes my lunch. Other people are being called that their car is ready. But , Nicole came on duty, she is extremely nice. She apologized,won me over and I ended up letting her order 4 tires for me instead of taking my business somewhere else. I will see if things improve.

I have had my autos serviced here for about 3 years and they used to be very punctual in finishing up at the time I requested. Recently, it is like a doctor's appointment because they finish whenever and you are just left waiting or have to come back to retrieve the vehicle. Customer service is good otherwise I would go elsewhwre.

Bought a set of tires and had the sent directly to the store. Couldn't get an appointment for a few days. That's fine. Show up promptly for my appointment. It takes well over 2 hours to put 4 tires on my car.

I called and asked if they could swap a battery in for me because Dodge likes to put it under the wheel well and I didn t have time. When I got there the guy said because I didn t buy the battery from him he wouldn t do it. I won t be bothering with Firestone ever again even though I was a regular customer.

So I came in and told them I have a small hole in my tire. I fill the tire up once a week. Once I told him that, he told me that that he couldn t help me. I asked him to please look and see if he could help. I pulled around and took the tire out. He looked and told me the tire trend was too low, keep in mind that he already made up his mind up before looking at the tire. This was around 1700. I left and when to another place. The other place told me that they wouldn t be able to do anything if the tire trend was low, if the hole was to big and if There was a hole on the side wall. 10 min later my tire was fixed and the tire trend wasn t low after all. I won t be going back to firestone and will be telling others my story. I strongly believe that they were being lazy and didn t want to help me since it was so close to going home.

Will always try and get as much money out of you as possible. If you go in for an oil change, expect to be nickeled and dimmed for 5 apparent other problems with your car. Likewise, prices are just way too high for some items. HIGHLY recommend going else where, especially local family owned shops for better service and way better prices.

Hub was broken on an alignment fix. I ordered the part to resolve the issue with my car. I came in on my SCHEDULED date and they sent the part back. I won t be returning. It s convenient for you to get an oil change/ minor issue, but I would avoid this place if you could.

Been there several times and they just try to sell you stuff and do their inspection where they say you need new everything s. Typical. This time they said they couldn t plug a tire because I put slime in it, road mart in Ozark repaired it no questions for $15 instead of Firestone s original $20-30 quote.

They are airways good to me. They do a very detailed inspection and let you know what's wrong before proceeding. They also Don't pressure you (at this store) into buying something. They give you the info and help you where they can. Always professional!

First of all let me just save you some time, take your vehicle somewhere else.I brought my truck in to firestone here on post to diagnose a heater/airconditioning issue, and after a few hours they called back to tell me that it could be "serious." I went in and the man at the desk told me that it could be my heater core, or some other issue ($$$) that was going to affect me, but my thermostat was stuck open and they were unable to go any further until I paid over $200 for that to be replaced. So I said thanks for the help anyway, and paid the $45 for their time. Walked outside to my truck parked in the public gas station parking lot with the WINDOWS DOWN AND KEYS ON THE SEAT!!! Anyone could have walked by and taken anything they wanted, even my truck thanks to their inconsideration.I got home and ordered a new thermostat offline (RockAuto $20), and got to work in my driveway. Come to find out there was no issue with the existing thermostat and my coolant was just low. They are out to screw you over, take you vehicle somwhere else and save yourself all the money and headache of dealing with these thieves!

Don t schedule an appointment because they ll just put you behind walk ins. Tell me why you have the ability to schedule appointments and then not hold up your end? Time is money and money is time. Thanks for wasting mine.

I love the quality of work the personal do here and they are very professional and up front with what find during the safety inspection of my vehicles. I trust them more then my local Honda dealer.
