I sat there and watched two men change my oil and rotated my tires. took over 2 hours. Then I watch one man in the same shop that changed a car's oil and rotated tires in about an hour. Not very happy about it but at least they got the job done

Always have to wait a long time for service at this location. . This time couldn't even get my tires rotated bc the were so busy due to being understaffed and over booked.

ZERO STARS. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I had the WORST experience and will NEVER be returning to another Walmart Auto Care Center. There was NO communication between the person behind the register and the mechanics. These individuals working here have a lack of common sense, bad attitudes, and have no concern or care. I ordered one tire from Walmart and went in to have it put on. I clearly told the person behind the register which tire that I needed replaced. He "rang it up wrong" and I had the wrong tire replaced. I waited a long time before my car was ready. My car was not driving the same on my way home. My car was not driving smoothly and was veering to the right. I called Walmart and they told me to come back, so they could fix their mistake. I waited another 2 hours for them to work on my tires again. Upon leaving, I check my tires and noticed a missing lug nut. They stripped one of my wheel studs. No one communicated anything with me. They were expecting me not to notice. Awful experience. They do not care at all.Phillip - Cashier, Jiovanni - 1st mechanic that stripped the stud, Phil - 2nd mechanic that did not replace the lug nut or say anything about it, Vicky - Auto Service Manager that I never heard from.Service: Tires

I called several times knowing they were open and they never answered. I go by to get my tire pressure checked due to low pressure light being on. The man behind the counter said "well I don't know when we can get to it I have 2 techs and they have 3 more hours of work." I said "to just check my tire pressure?" He said yes. Sir I just hope you're wife or daughter is never in this situation. I'm buying my own tire gauge and it won't be from Foley Walmart automotive department and I'll go somewhere else for the air. Too bad I can't use your hot air.

I sent my Daughter to get the oil changed and have everything checked and the car vacuumed out, because we have to make a trip for my Aunt s Funeral and we needed a head light, a blinker, new wipers and the car vacuumed out. I told her which package to tell them and sent her a picture. She told them and showed them the picture and the coupon. They would not allow her to use the coupon and they ended up charging her for the most expensive oil change package and did not check any of the lights or the wipers and did not vacuum out the car. I was not happy, to say the least. I called and all they could say was to be honest, they hardly ever do anything that they are supposed to do. It s an ongoing problem, but I ll have a talk with them and tell the Manager that is literally his words! Not an I m sorry, you can bring it back up here, offer a coupon, NOTHING! No resolution what so ever! Walmart has always been my go to for oil changes, but I will never use them again! I just won t everyone to know that they do not do what the package says they are going to do!Service: Oil change

Bought tires on the app and set an appointment. Arrived 30 min early to drop off the rims as I wasn't in a hurry to have them installed. The guy working told me I had to come at the appt time and that he couldn't help me because he wasn't a cashier. Wouldn't even give me the tires I bought.

I called to see if I could get a battery for my vehicle and the woman answering the phone was less than helpful. She said there would be a 2-3 hour wait and no where inside to sit and wait.

I can't even get anybody to answer the phone, all I'm looking for is a specific size tire. Would love to buy one if someone would answer the dang phone

Worst experience I ve ever had I came to Walmart in foley 3 times in one week for a oil change ever time they rude as customer service rep says it will be at least 3 hour then I m going on break so it will be after that so I called that night to make a appointment trying to be smart but they don t take appointments on oil changes go figure but told me you come up here and you will be taking care of lie got here this morning and it s a 4 hour wait on oil changes so meaning of the review just take your as to pep boys or take 5 and you will be done before Walmart gets off a wait for oil changes!!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! i went in to get my oil and tires changed and after they changed my tire my wheel well inner liner got caught in my wheel pulled my car off the road and broke off which also exposed my cold air intake filter that sits in front of my wheel which could cause even bigger issues in the long run. How they managed to do this i have no idea, but it put my life in danger and after looking at the other reviews I now see that going was a terrible idea in the first place. 0/10 would not ever under any circumstances ever never ever even think about ever going there again! BEWARE! The price is great but the service reflects the price. We have always had great service and quality from Wal-Mart Auto, but Foley is the exception. Three visits for a simple oil change that has turned our car into a leaky mess. Be sure to check your work order, things will be marked that they were done when they definitely were not (vacuuming, etc) Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere.

While the overall service may not be as good as the big tire chain stores I was impressed with the service & esp the prices at WalMart. I've bought tires from them before & have received good mileage from them w/no problems.

I shopped and spent more money while getting a oil change. Its the best time to get stuff u need. Service was just right. The guy who changed my oil was a cutie pie. I enjoyed his kindness.

Went to Walmart to pick up. Auto battery. that I had ordered this afternoon. The auto section was closed I then went to the front of the store and employee were at each door yelling WALMaRT closed. I know we just had a hurricane past close by but everything seemed normal through the rest of town except for Walmart being closed. I had to cancel my order and go to a auto parts store to get a battery. At the time I ordered it there was no. mention of the store being closed. In fact the message said it was ready to pick up today. If you decide to close a store please give the customer a heads up not have a couple of employees yelling WALMART CLOSED at the front door.

Was told it would be an hour and half for oil change. 3 hours later it s still in the bay. All they can say is I m sorry over and over. Not one person can tell me what the issue is. This is my second bad experience with them. I d rather pay twice the amount at Pep Boys and not have to wait all day.

I came here at 5:30 to get my tire patched because of a nail in it and a vsry fast leak, i left here at 7:20 just for them to tell me they cant patch my tire because the tread is low and they cant get me a new tire on it until tomorrow. Not very good service. Disappointed in walmart auto.

I first went to Pep boys to get an oil change and was unable to do so because I am in a wheelchair and didn't have anyone with me to help with me with my wheelchair. They recommended Wal-Mart because they have pits and they didn't need to put my truck on a left to do the oil change. Wal-Mart said they would not ne able to service me because they would require me to get out of my truck. So where can someone in a wheelchair get an oil change without having to get out of the vehicle? Express is closed today. Any recommendations?

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I spent almost 2 hours up here for an oil change for them to just call and tell me that they dont have my 2019 Kia in there system.... do t you think that would be something you should check when your putting the car in the system?!?! Waste of time and horrible customer service!

When I got my tires it was great friendly and helpful but when I called about my oil it was the opposite. Needless to say I'm not going there to get my oil changed

Took my car in for an oil change. A few weeks later my car had to be taken to a mechanic because it was screaming at me. My mechanic showed me where my car had absolutely no oil in it...Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Fast, friendly service. Was in and out with some carry-in tires in less than 30 minutes. Cheapest and best service in the Foley area.

It says they chose at 7pm. I called them at 6:15 to get a new tire. Lady I spoke with said sorry we already closed.
