Mr. RV Tech LLC did a great job washing my coach, and washing & waxing my Chevrolet Equinox with 3400 miles of road grime on each of them. They look absolutely wonderful now! Thank you!

Outstanding service and support. Had AC unit replaced in 1 day, awning and several other issues within 2 days. Tech Jesse, Trevor, Jerry and owner Josh go above and beyond thinking outside the box to resolve any issues. Highly recommend this family owned business

He worked very hard on our contrary 5th wheel. Super nice and reasonable rates. He was unable to fix one of issues but it was because the main electronic board went out. I would recommend. He came out within 1 hour of our call

Very punctual and organized. I really was impressed with how my phone calls were returned and felt important with my issue. Travis, very knowledgeble and knew what to do with the problem. Got me to Jerry in parts, and then to Service. Jerry was great too. Thank you Mr RV Tech, I was just visiting thru for the Holidays, and everyone made me feel like family! Great! I will be back.

Excellent service!!! Had a roof inspection with minor sealant on our motorhome. Very upfront and honest. Also had the ultimate detail package and it looks wonderful. This is a local business that has great customer service. Will definitely be back for detail and any future service. Their parts store is well stocked too! Highly recommend their services.

Always a pleasure to do business with Mr. RV. Josh is always professional, takes pride in what he does. Recently had a hot water heater replaced and the furnace repaired in our 5th Wheel. Work is completed in a timely manner and fees are very reasonable. This is my go to repair company.

I was staying nearby at Gulf State Park campground and noticed an issue with our travel trailer. Due to leave the following day and was concerned about a six hour trip back home. I contacted Mr Rv Tech and spoke with Trevor about my problem. They do offer mobile service, yet with the issue I had, he stated it would be best if I could bring the camper in. Took our Jayco Whitehawk to the shop where Trveor and team worked it in their busy schedule to fix the hub/bearing issue. Had me back on the road in under and hour! Super impressed with the customer service received from Mr Rv Tech and would highly recommend. While at the shop waiting, Amanda was kind enough to show us a beautiful Redwood 4001LK on the lot.If you are staying in Gulf State Park, or anywhere in the vicinity and need RV repair, these guys are worth the call. Plus, they answer the phone.

I did the research so you don t have too this is the place for all your RV needs to stay a happy camper! Had my 5th wheel washed and it looks brand new, will definitely return. This is a family-owned business and owners Josh and his wife Amanda and crew are some of the nicest people you ll ever meet. Excellent service!

Mr. RV has provided us with superb service for several years now. They replaced two older used air conditioners with new ones in minimal time from quote to install completion. Their pricing was very reasonable and the customer interaction was professional, courteous, and very efficient. Thank you Josh, Amanda, Leia and your team for an excellent RV maintenance experience. Mr RV Tech is a very professional ,knowledgeable repair service you can count on. I had a leak around an A/C unit, called for repair,came out the next day, had issue repaired in 2 hrs. I consigned my motor coach with them. For a reasonable amount they did an excellent job of detailing it inside and outside, thoroughly inspected everything, and repaired the items I told them to repair. Within three weeks I sold it. They required 10 percent commission compared to 15 percent elsewhere. Josh and Amanda were very friendly and service oriented. I was very satisfied with the overall experience.

Not transparent on charges for hourly rate versus rate per item. No repairs were made. Your company did not work on our camper for 4 hours yet you charged us for it. Your husband agreed to remove a hour from the bill but it was not removed. So working on our camper for approximately one and one half hour but charging us for 4 hours is a racket. I plan on telling everyone to avoid your business.

Excellent service start to finish. Very professional.Josh and Tyler are great pair. Replaced my awning in a snap and it wasn t an easy one. Very fair prices showed up when they said they would and cleaned up afterwards. Thanks again y all!

Contacted Mr RV LLC after a referral by a friend. I called and scheduled a appointment for a wash and wax on my 36' Montana Big Sky.They wanted to come out THE SAME DAY but worked with my schedule and came out the next morning. Oh, by the way.. they beat their competition pricing by $150.Employee showed up on time and did a phenomenal job on my coach. Spent 6 hours and left no corner untouched. Can't begin to put into words how happy and satisfied I am with the work that he did.So Satisfied that I called them back out to do some routine maintenance on a couple of holding tank valves. The owner of the company showed up on time(again) and did an amazing job. I promise you that you will not find anyone that does the quality work for the price that Mr RV LLC offers. They are "MY GUYS"now for any and all my RV needs.

Found Mr RV Tech on Google. Took about 10 days (it s peak time here) to get on their schedule. Arrived on time and did fantastic work for us. I had originally called to address a concealed drip leak coming from my Aquahot unit. Josh was quickly able to diagnose and repair the leak. Had a 1 hr minimum so he was quick to say what else can I address for you while I am here. He then troubleshot a Onan generator issue for me and an interior electrical issue on my master light panel. All issues resolved. Just great work, nice people, very professional. You won t go wrong with Mr. RV TechService: Electrical

Josh is hands down the best. He helped us out when we first moved to AL and our air conditioner went out in 90� weather. He was so understanding and had it replaced in no time. We also called on Josh again when our Converter went out and we had a bunch of appliances fry from a power surge. He is honest, professional, and timely. He is very reasonable too! Excellent experience. I had clogged drains on my AC and called to request a service. Josh and his staff arrived the same day. They serviced both of our AC units and I also inquired about the worn caulking on my roof. Josh and his Staff did an amazing job. My camper suffered structural damage during an off-road stop. I had to take it all the way to California to the manufacture, who informed me that they would be the only place that can do the repair and I would have to bring it back in 2 months for a 30 day stay for the repair. Instead I took it to Mr RV Tech and Josh was able to fix the structural break (required aluminum welding) and the body work and returned it to "like new" condition. I have been working with Josh and Amanda for 4 years now and I have never been disappointed with the services they provide. I gladly give them 5 stars.

Did not handle warranty work in proper manner. Expected me to come up with cash up front $1000+ when warranty is suppose to handle the situation.

RV had a small leak during a rainstorm. Called and was on the schedule the next day. Prompt, courteous, professional service by someone who knew what he was doing. Highly recommended!

Josh is the absolute best! He repaired and tested several things on our camper. The battery had been removed by the previous owner, and he recommended installing a new one. I purchased a battery and installed it. I had no idea that black is hot and white is ground. : / Josh was back out at my house within hours to replace all the fuses I blew. Thank you very much for helping us! I will not wire anything else without calling Mr RV Tech first. Services: Electrical, Battery

This was a first time visit to Mr. RV/Tech. I made an appointment to have routine maintenance on my 2019 class C generator, air pressure checked in my tires,and New wiper blades installed prior to my summer road trip. Shortly after I arrived, I was informed that All of my vertical seals needed to be resealed, because they noticed a high moisture reading in the walls of my RV , And, they informed me that my air conditioning unit was leaking (despite not having any prior problem With it. By the time they were finished with me, my total was $1,735.40 I have enclosed pictures of the reseal of my vertical surfaces , and just for extra fun, a 3.5% credit card fee that they Never informed me of.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Air conditioning
