I stopped by Sandy Sansing Nissan for an oil change because my maintenance light came on and I didn t want to drive to my dealership in Spanish Fort. I wasn t sure what to expect but they were able fit me in right away. I appreciated how Dylan offered additional service with no pressure to purchase, explained the inspection report and told me how long I had before I needed to take action. I also enjoyed how quiet and calm the environment of the waiting area was as I waited. I received excellent service and will definitely be going back.

I had a great experience with these guys. My sales guy was Matt and he went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend using them you won t regret it. Shout out to Matt you re AWESOME and Scott.

This Nissan dealership was very helpful!! I was about 400 miles away from home when my fan clutch went out will driving about 75 down the interstate. I took it up to the next day, able to leave it with them, and they were able to get it replaced and back to me by the end of the day! I also asked them to change my oil since it was there, they did a fantastic job!!

My 5star rating is directly for Salesperson, Tyler Love. He is very knowledgeable about Jeeps (it's what I was shopping for). He treated us like people not a dollar sign the moment we walked up to the door. He is the only reason why I bought my new 2023 Jeep Wrangler JLU. He's gone above and beyond in helping me make further upgrades to my jeep even after my initial purchase. I added a lift package to it. Thank you Tyler. It's a shame they don't give you the commission you well deserve.My only negative would be on the financial side. How difficult is it really to pay cash for a vehicle these days? Apparently an act of congress,especially if you're banking with a government account like Navy Federal or USSA. Wire transfers aren't easy for large sums of money and Sandy Sansing doesn't offer a veterans discount. Side note: The financial guy really does need to tone it down with his collonge. Way too overpowering.

If you are looking for a smooth car buying experience, this is the place. This is our second purchase from Sonya Smith, and we will continue to go to her for our vehicle purchases. I ve loved my experience with Sandy Sansing in Foley!! I worked with 2 different agents, Jayden and then Holly to find my perfect car!! The whole process was done efficiently and painlessly, and they even made time for me when I was late to my appointment. I am pleased with my new rogue. The whole place and especially Holly was wonderful. I think it was the easiest experience I have ever had buying a new car. Of course Bean, my little pup is attached now so we have to go visit.

Extremely disappointed in my experience with this dealership. My salesman Jaidyn was fantastic, and none of this was his fault. I purchased a 2015 Armada, I spent majority of my day at the dealership and when it was time to leave the car completely shut down in the middle of a busy intersection multiple times. I brought the car back immediately and took my car I traded back home and cancelled the sale. The next day I called to speak to Scot who told me I could get another car, and made it seem I would get the same deal, which turned out not to be the case. When I called to get a status update throughout the day Scot dodged my calls and I had to get another salesman to go up to his desk to get an update for me. Needless to say they lost my business and I ll go elsewhere.

My daughter needed a car after a minor accident and wanted to look locally, and are we glad we did. This place was so friendly Nathan was amazing they helped her into a really, really nice 1 owner loaded SUV. She LOVES it! And they had it in her favorite colors! She did not have any established credit, but with her down payment, they were able to work with her, which is awesome! Thank you, Nathan! We WILL be back!

Although it was late on a Saturday afternoon when we returned to look at a truck that had just gotten there, the salesman Jadyn was super nice and was willing to go the distance if we had decided to buy. We reached an agreement on the price and the effort put out by their team was very professional. No one rushing us from sales to finance. Y'all really have exceptional people doing their job in a way that takes the buying experience to a level of quality that will definitely want me to consider that dealership first when making my next purchase.Thank ya'll for you're kindness and professionalism !!!

I'd give it 0 stars if possible. The sales rep was good. Beyond that it gets worse. Bought a vehicle for my wife. They didn't disclose any issues. Found out it had plenty. Besides the items we had in writing that they would fix, which never happened. Referred 2 people within weeks of my purchase, never received the referral $ that was promised Stay Away. Go to Allen Turner, and Hill Kelly in Pensacola.

Had my oil changed and it only took about 45 min. They also checked other items on my Nissan without me asking for it. I was impressed. I will use them again. And dont forget to ask for the specials. They even saved me some money.

EVERYONE, especially Holly, was super friendly and professional. I felt at ease and excited through the whole process. I eventually wore out. Holly and the financial guy (sorry, can't remember his name) gracefully stopped the process so I could go home. Holly came in -on her day off!-to help me through the last few steps. After having someone total my car I was stressed and in a time crunch in the middle of moving to a new state.Went to look at a used Toyota, didn't like it. Sonya talked to GM and found me a used Nissan for a great price, low miles, well taken care of, and power train warranty. Very friendly staff. She even delivered to my home. Great experience. Loved they weren't pushing me to buy, I've had that experience Highly recommended, no matter what make you buy.

I was on my way home from visiting the Foley area but went into the Nissan dealership because of a low pressure tire light. I was treated well from entry to departure. So I bought my 2014 Ford Fusion SE from them maybe 1-2 years ago. Mind you, I ve always had issues with my traction control & I have expressed this multiple times! (Remember that part and also remember that they ve had my car in their shop MULTIPLE TIMES!). I still have this vehicle to this day. Well when I first purchased the car my transmission blew so they had it for about 6 months trying to get it fixed for me. Well the same day I picked it up from them, it had to be towed right back because they forgot to pressure torc a SINGLE bolt!! That s all fixed & fine now but yesterday, as I m going around a sharp curve my traction control that never got fixed turned back off & my steering wheel also locked up & I wrecked my car into a guard rail on the interstate and now I m without my car for who knows how long. What really upsets me is the fact that I went looking for a vehicle because I have to drive an hour each way to work everyday and I NEEDED a reliable vehicle. I m very curious to see if they even actually look their vehicles over like they re supposed to before they sell them or if it was just me who got swept under the rug. Thank you very much Sandy Sansing, you have accomplished to screw me over once more. I ve put way more into this vehicle than it was ever worth. I ve had many many more issues with this same vehicle that I m just not even going to mention but moral of the story, Sandy Sansing is a JOKE!!!

We bought a 2023 Pathfinder from another dealership in Nov. 2022, they couldn't tell us with absolute confidence that it would tow our camper but that was the selling point when purchased. My husband called Sandy Sansing Nissan and talked to Nathon, he helped us figure out our issues and on Dec 28, 2022 was able to get us into another 2023 Pathfinder with the premium package. We are super excited with our experience with Nathon and the Sansing team!! I am not completely satisfied just yet with my newest suv, It has a corrupt or missing Navigation system and this is a new issue for them. I have to leave my car there on Friday and see if they can fix it. UPDATE: it took them about 6 weeks to figure out how to add my navigation system.

My wife and I went to this dealership to trade in our vehicle. Nathon quickly and politely approached and offered to help us out. While we looked around at options that fit our budget and needs, his team valued our trade in. He worked within our budget and gave us an extremely fair price on our trade in plus the car we were looking at. All in all, I would highly recommend this dealership as it was a breeze to work with, no pressure at any point. Thanks Nathon!
