Went to Foley Sandy Sansing Chevrolet . We were met right away while looking at some cars. Jamie Presley helped answer questions about new Equinox and we took a test drive. Jamie worked to get us the price minus a trade in , got finance quickly, got car ready, and showed us a few more features. Everyone we met was kind , helpful, and very friendly. Definitely would recommend this car dealer to friends and family. Thank you!

I was able to get in even without an appointment and everyone was amazingly helpful and friendly. I have had Chevy points and never knew exactly how they worked and the cashier explained it to me and helped me use them for my service. She, and everyone else who helped me get a 5 Star rating.

Somewhat new to the area was looking for a dealer to service my 2023 GMC Sierra.It was easy to make an appointment. Very little wait at the dealership. I was treated with respect. Service was preformed promptly. Prices were fair. I will go back for future service.

My first day on Spring break, I was met with a car battery near death. I called other dealerships who could not see me till the following week. I showed up at Sandy Sansing without an appointment and was met with impeccable service. I had a new battery in 30 minutes and they addressed issues I didn t know I had. Can t thank them enough for their hospitality and relief they provided for me and my family.

Sarah was absolutely amazing! She made buying our 1st vehicle from a dealership such an amazing experience!! She answered every single silly question I had rather it was in person, by phone call or via text. And when the battery gave us issues in the used vehicle we purchased - she immediately had it replaced with a new one! She has definitely made us customers for life at Sandy Sansing!!!(Plus, our purchase wasn't too bad either. Lol!)

Was down in Gulf Shores for 6 weeks and needed an oil change. Made an appointment for 9am and arrived 10 minutes early. Everything went smooth with the service but noticed they didn t fill my DEF tank like they do at my dealership in Illinois. Other than that it was fine. Update the dealership reached out to me asking me to stop by so they could make this right. So today I stopped in around 9:00 am and talked to a salesman that came up to me as I got out of my truck. He walked me into the service area and explained why I was there. I was told to wait while they found the person in service to take care of me. I sat down to see the salesman go and talk to a service guy and they walked away. I thought it they are not dealing with me I ll leave. The salesman stopped me and said I promise he will come and take care of you. I sat back down and waited 25 minutes and never was approached by anyone. I wasn t sitting there for hours to get something that should have been done the day of service done now I had wasted enough time. I know I m out of state and they don t seem to care about my business since I m not a local customer. I am lowering my rating to 2 stars for this reason. Update the dealership contacted me and made this right, they sent a service tech out with DEF to the campground and filled my truck before I headed back home. They did apologize and made it right so I m amending my review.

Certified used 2019 equinox premier, low mileage. thats the one!After I bought it , had a few issues and Sandy Sansing Chevrolet of Foley, made it right. I will never take my truck back to the Chevy dealership ever again I almost want to sell my Chevy and buy something different that I will never have to go back to this place again this is the second time I took my truck in to get fixed it took almost 3 months to get it back to get a oil pump changed they started by telling me my bumper-to-bumper full coverage warranty was not in business anymore. When I called, they told me they were running strong. the second person that called me told me that they would not cover anything. The third guy that called me. I got irritated and he hung up on me. I called the main manager and left a voicemail for him to call me back. He never called me back. This is the worst place you could ever take your vehicle to get fixed. It almost makes me want to buy a foreign car and I hate foreign cars. Do not take your car up to this place. I don t even know how they re in business they charge 30% more than any dealerships around to fix your vehicle and they just replaced my spark plugs 35,000 miles ago and told me I needed a full tuneup and needed to replace all of them again for another $900 did not do that so be careful when you re taking your vehicle up to this place there is not one person up there that helped me

Twice now these guys have saved our butts!! 2 years ago and this year we traveled from Wisconsin to Al for spring break and our 10year old Yukon broke down do to some fluke with the salty air, and Sandy Sansing Chevrolet SAVED us WITHOUT breaking the bank! I have purchased multiple vehicles from Southern Chevrolet over the past 18 years with satisfaction. However, it seems something has changed with Sandy Sansing Chevrolet management of this dealership. Even using the same sales staff as in the past, my recent experience in the purchase of a 2024 Chevrolet Suburban was not up to the previous standard. Buyer beware if considering this dealership. Carefully review all paperwork (we were given IPads at signing) to make sure that you receive proper equity for your trade.

Brought my truck in for a check engine light issue. I already new what the trouble code was. I checked online and the labor estimate to diagnose was 1 hour labor. I was charged for 4 hours labor to determine that there was a short in the wire harness. I was greatly over charged to root cause the issue and the solution was to change the wire harness for an exorbitant cost. It took all day to determine a solution that was not agreeable to me. The service cost was not communicated well to me. I signed a form for diagnosing for a cost of $175 and was charged $640 for work that should have taken 1 hr to diagnose. I was not informed in advance of the additional cost that was to be incurred.

The oil change and tire rotation took a little more than an hour. The next oil change sticker had areas for tire, battery, and brake condition was not marked at all so I doubt they checked any of those items when performing their services. Kind of a shame as I appreciate good information when it is available and they could look at my brakes and rotors when the rotation was done. The battery test should not take more than 3 minutes to perform If they have the load test tool.As for the tires, they had to looked those as theyswapped them around.

No nonsense no hidden fees- easy transaction. My biggest issue in the past is the waiting for action (I frequently pray for patience!). Time is money. They were upfront and transparent - gave me a solid offer on my trade-in and cruised through the paperwork as quickly as possible. Staff were chill- no big pressure vibes or greasy tactics. A pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend John H. And staff!

I told the dealership when I made the appointment that this was the first oil change for the pickup and confirmed there would be no charge. I again told them and they agreed when I dropped the truck to be serviced. When I picked up the truck after the work was complete I was billed over $70. I had to wait while the dealership confirmed this was the first service to finally have the matter settled. When the tires were rotated they got the key for the factory locks from my under seat storage and scattered things in the floorboard which they did not put back.

My salesman Chris Carlisle was exceptionally knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The service manager I can t remember her name was great! It would have been great if I could have received two all terrain tires on the back to match the two on the front but other than that everything was great
