I came in just to get my tires balanced. It took almost 30 minutes to get someone to the counter to speak to me when i arrived.1hour and 30 minutes later they haven't started when they told me it would only be 45 minutes. I give them 0 stars but they ask for 1 at least. No one at the counter at all.

Very pleased with the excellent service provided by the Pep Boys crew, especially the manager Alexander. He was patient, professional and explained everything in lieu of him having to cover the phone, wait on customers pouring in, and overseeing work being done in the bays. I commend his customer service skills. That particular store needs another front counter person just to do intakes. Reasonable pricing as well. Will definitely go back for car services in the future.

Pep Boys is not fully staff. You have one technician at this time first thing in the morning. It's about customer service and speed and efficiency. Pep boys needs to have more technicians starting off. It's a good way to lose business too You're competitors. The one bright spot is the counter help is very nice and very professional..

They have some $25.00 rebate coupons for getting Penzoil Synthetic, and when I tried to get the rebate, it turns out they are not even a participating store! Seems dishonest. Also, my car was not starting. I described the problem in detail. I was assured everything is fine with the car. Of course, the car continued to not start the next day after the repair. My stepfather repaired it for $7.00 by replacing one of the spark plugs on the battery. What in the world is a consumer paying for when going into this store??

Very complete inspection, mechanic showed me on the car what the problems were, I understood the quote and all the parts and work needed. I was treated well. It took longer than expected but it was a complete diagnosis and I felt comfortable with having them do the work.

The men who serviced my car were spot on. I didn't understand why my tire kept needing air. After I would air it the previous day but the other tires were just fine. He said it was my sensors giving me the wrong tire to air up. That when I got my oil change and tire rotation that they didn't reset my sensors. Best believe I will be telling the dealership to make sure they reset the sensors. Thanking you for teaching me this.

Just left this Pep Boys and as always they were awesome.Employees was very nice and the mechanics was very knowledgeable and told us everything about Mr. Edge.I don t take our vehicle to anyone but Pep Boys.Thanks so very much guys.

I have to say my experience with Pep Boys in Foley, AL was the best I had experienced with this company. I was apprehensive to give them my business in the beginning because of a bad experience with them in Cincinnati. The assistant service manager, Ricky, addressed all my concerns and followed through on what he told me. I never felt oversold and I am quite happy with the new tires and the alignment they did for me. I will definitely use this store again in the future.

It was great to go to a store and have work done on my car and not feel that I was taken. Very courteous and honest people. I recommend pep boys in Foley, Alabama to anybody that needs any kind of car repairs. Thanks again guys...

Overall service work was good. There were problems with time to complete job and poor communications. Apparently their Web application and payment methods don t allow for work not performed to be removed from ticket. So if you buy tires don t select you want an alignment online. Do that at check I. With store. Their system apparently can only allow one discount and if you got a free tire and order the alignment but didn t need it they can t remove it from order. Manger and I worked out a solution but this is not a good option that the manager can t override the computer software.

It took less than 30 minutes to get my car serviced. Two tires added. Everyone was so helpful and attentive. I understood what needed to happen and what would happen. Great customer service from all employees

Great service, was able to get 4 tires done in their last 1 1/2 hours of their work day. Competition down the road could not assure it could be accomplished, no question would return for their service!

Got an oil change and alignment. Alignment is still off. Oil cover came off while driving down beach express. Well never take my classic car back to them. Any suggestions on Someone who will take care of a classic vehicle

Absolutely worst customer service and management there is. The first day we come and paid in full for 4 new tires that were supposed to be delivered the next day and we re supposed to receive a call when they got there. Fast forward two days later we called them and was told we just received them and to come get them put on. We got there and they only had 3 tires. They put those on and didn t change the valve stems like we paid for. Now we waited two more days to get the final tire and they had a fuss about not having the time to mount it for us, finally they agreed to put it on and still didn t put the valve stems in. All they have done was lie and give the run around. In my opinion it s a very poorly run operation when the head boss is lying to the customers and trying to half way do the job that was paid for. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here for anything

Wife had 4 New tires put on to her vehicle, Rep for Pepboys said she'd need an alignment.With a scheduled appointment it took ~6 hours, then told they couldn't do the alignment. She was told it would be 2-3 hours before her vehicle was completed. But it was (6) hours.

Had a good experience. My battery on my truck went bad. I went in for new battery and installation. They got me in quickly and out. No complaints, friendly service, and professional.

Poor customer service we showed up at 6:58 not familiar with the area but was the only tire shop we could findI couldn t make it home last night because I had a tire fixing to blow they quoted me $200 plus tax for one tire like come onHe was already very rude when we was talking to him he acted like he couldn t hear or understand us at all and he DID NOT want to help usHe said oh no I can t do anything for you he said they HAVE to be out of there by 7:00 no later and that the money wasn t important to himSo he couldn t help so after I started to back out and leave he flagged me down then he went inside and said the cheapest tire was $200 plus tax

Exceedingly friendly and excellent attention to detail. I was in Gulf Shores, AL (1,400 miles away from home) and had a tire issue. The got me checked out and made sure I was safe to drive home with my son.

I recently purchased 4 tires from this chain in FWB FL and was very satisfied with the service. So when I was having trouble in Foley, I assumed I would get the same great service.It was a friday around 2pm and I was about an hour & a half away from home. They were booked full till closing at 7pm. She mentioned an available appointment on Monday. I didn't think my vehicle could make it home but I was not going to spend the next 3 days there. Leave the keys she said and maybe we can look at it before we close. Lets just say I was not getting the warm reception and customer service feeling in Foley that I had in FWB.Hot, frustrated and thirsty, I walked to the corner gas station to find something cold to drink and clear my head.On the way back to the waiting room, because where else was I going to be for the next possible 5 hours? I realized there was an Express Lube and Tire Engineers right next door. What could I lose to ask a few questions?I was greeted when I came in, I explained my predicament and they said bring it over & we'll look at it asap. Even though they were busier, they took the time to treat me like a valued long time customer. It was a minor fix, all 4 wheels nuts were loose, a wheel could have come off if I had driven it home. It only required someone to look at it and tighten the bolts. Then they said "no charge, glad we could help you to get home"I went back next door to Pep Boys to let them know. Their reply was, "we are busy and couldn't waste time looking at your car right away, what did you want us to do?"I had been a PepBoys customer for over 10 years and was never treated this rudely. I stepped back for everone there to hear me, "I wanted to be treated like a long time valued customer, I wanted to be treated like they treated me at Express Lube & Tire Engineers. Even though I had never spent a dime there, they cared enough to help me and didn't charge me for it. That is what I was expecting from you!"

Tire making noise so was able to schedule service quickly.Checked in ahead of appointment time and mechanic did thorough inspection to report tire worn out. Total cost to check---$0; can't beat that anywhere else. PLUS, service writer was superb-what a pleasant experience for a change!

Service counter personnel was rude. Did not explain why requested service was not done. When asked they replied I don't know. Arrived before appointment and still my car was not put on lift until an hour after my appointment time. No explanation or apology or acknowledgement that is was an hour after appointment time before my car was even looked at. Service counter was rude and Unprofessional . Did not keep us informed too busy on the phone with personal business laughing for at least 30 minutes. Bathroom was not stocked with soap and was disgusting. Overall bad experience. Usually love going to pep boys. After this visit I don't know if I'll go back.

I went in on a Saturday about tread showing on my tire hoping they could put my spare on for the night. I was expecting them to charge me and they did it as a courtesy. I then asked about a set of new tires, their price was lower than others and they got me in first thing Monday morning. I was very happy with the speed of service, their price and the friendliness of everyone there!
