Will never use again. Poor customer service, poor communication, poor time line for completing work, substandard workmanship.The original estimate was created a drop off date was set. Parts were not ordered until after the vehicle was dropped off. We specifically asked if the parts had been ordered and delivered so work could begin the day it was dropped off & vehicle would be returned within the original timeline. We were told yes. This was not true. Poor Customer Service & communication.Eight days beyond the original pick up date they were still waiting on parts to arrive. We were not notified of the change in pick up date timely. We were given less than a 12-8 hour notice. Leaving us scrambling for a way to work. Poor Customer Service & Communication.Fifteen days after the pick up date we were told they were only waiting on a spare tire, because they didn t order enough tires for the job. We asked to come pick it up & will get the tire when it comes in.Then we were told the car was still in parts & not painted. We were told also the painter quit. With no rescheduled pick up date. This occurred the same day we were told it would be ready for pick up. Two untrue statements in one day. Poor Customer Service, Communication & Timeline issues.At this point we had exhausted all rides to work & after numerous calls disturbing the work day they agreed to pay for a rental until the work was completed. Which took another week.The work is obvious where the slight damage was and paint is than professional. They did not include the tail light or all the damage in the original estimate so this work was not covered & we had to have done out of pocket due to their poor workmanship.If this is your only choice due to your insurance, seriously reconsider.

I was SO pleased with the work JHCC did on my car! It was flawless! Customer service was excellent too! They must have also detailed it because it was SO clean when I picked it up! Our outback was backed into, and sadly this is where the insurance sent us. It took an extra day to finish, but with the understaffing of most places that's understandable. What is not understandable is that when I picked up the car they had painted the outside, but not the inside of the door flange. Plus left some wiring hanging out of the doorOnce again not the biggest problem just had to set up another day to bring it back so they could finish what they overlooked. The main problem was when I brought it back again; they only painted the inside of ONE of the TWO doors. When I pointed this out to the supervisor overseeing the problems. He informed me it was just paint buffer they used to wax it, and that it would wipe off. Big surprise when it didn't. The last picture is the "rubbing company" aka where they once again forgot to paint. Also the picture of the plug hanging out and the rest of what I found when I picked up the car the first. I came here because it was going to take a month and a half longer to find a place in Pensacola to do it, according to the insurance. I wish I had just waited and did it anywhere else!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

On vacation and ran into a body issue with our car. We pulled in and asked for a quick fix just to get us home. They were so helpful!!! Thank you so much!!! The girl at the front desk was so nice! And huge thank you to the guy who helped me!

Dan was the nicest man. He processed my estimate quickly, and the finished bill was exactly what was expected.The finish on my Mustang was straight as an arrow, and the paint matched perfectly!I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the repairs were completed! They kept me informed about the repairs as they were being performed. This place did me right, and I am very pleased to have my Mustang looking like new again!Many thank yous to all the guys at Joe Hudson's in Foley, AL.!Brad.

I have been in the auto repair industry for 30 years on the repair side. Because of this I am especially sensitive to the way a shop treats it's customers. I will say in all honesty these guys are head and shoulders above most of the people in the industry. Dan was great, and I got my car back far faster than I would ever have expected. While my car was there I got regular text updates on it's progress. That is so cool! The work was second to none and I am over the moon about this company. Great job!!!!!BTW I was pleasantly surprised about the price.

Professional, Knowledgeable, Considerate!Got into a crash which ruins your day a bit however, Dan at Joe Hudson was compassionate and set me at ease. Offered me a latte, walked me back to a clean and organized office then proceeded to work my claim. He filed all my paperwork, got my rental car, and had a timeline ready for me to view. They set up text alerts so I knew where my car was in the repair process. The front office is clean and welcoming. The front office admin is professional and kind. This location is easy to get to, well lit at night and plenty of parking.

Every part of getting my car repaired, was handled in such a professional manner. Dan was very nice and kept me informed about the whole process. There was nothing hard about this process for me. I would absolutely recommend people to take their vehicle to Joe Hudson Collision Center in FOLEY, Alabama for any work they might need done.

After hurricane Sally I took our F150 in October 2020 to Joe Hudson s for an estimate. Got the estimate, insurance approved. Tried making an appointment for repairs was told they were backed up for months and they will call when appointment opens up. Fast forward to May 2021, called up again the gentleman on the phone found our estimate and confirmed appointment for June 17th. Was told they will reach out before appointment via phone. On June 17 my wife called again to ask if they are ready for us to bring the truck in as we made car rental arrangements. Was told they don t have us in the system and there s no such estimate. We are literally looking at the printout from this shop with all the numbers yet we don t exist.These guys will waste your time and make you believe there s appointment in reality will just blow you off. Perhaps they don t need customers, if that s the case should state that instead of leading people on for months with fake appointments and empty promises to follow up.

Fantastic place to fix your car. Started with a professional and informative walk around looking at the car damage, front office staff were polite and helpful. Repair was fast and excellent work. Automated update of car status helped me understand where we were on the process. Would recommend to anyone needing damage repaired.

This is my experience with trying to get our 2020 Hyundai Tucson fixed after it got rear ended 4 days after we drove it off the lot. We took the car to Joe Hudson in Foley as directed by the insurance company. A while went by and they called me to say the car was done. I did an inspection to find a damaged fender liner. The car wasn t repaired so I told them fix it right and call me when it s done. The store manager called me yesterday to tell me my car was done. I just left the shop again. A part of the taillight was sticking out over a quarter inch on one side and loose. So I crawl under the car and find all kinds of cracked and broken pieces yet. As a customer I should not have to do a thorough inspection on a BRAND NEW car that is getting repaired at a reputable collision repair shop. I ve received nothing but false promises and been lied to from this business.

The service here is just excellent. From customer service at front desk and the job they did on my SUV was phenomenal. Dan is a great professional. My son by an accident left the keys in the car when we were picking it up, they even took care of it. Highly recommend, thank you for everything.

The employees at Joe Hudson's Collision Center are very friendly. They got my car done in a quick and timely manner. The workmanship is impeccable. I hope there is never a time that I would have to use them again but if it does happen I would definitely take my car back to them!

from auburn and the auburn store said they would do it but i moved to gulf shores and the one in foley said they cant do aftermarket bumpers and paint when i bought my bumper from toyota themself terrible terrible terrible need to do better dont go hereService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Sim, figured out the scraping metal sound that my car was making, right away for me!! Dan was awesome too, i think he is the manager of the shop. Took time out of their busy day to drive my car and figure out the issue...had it fixed in 10 minutes!! Highly recommend them!!

They were very professional listened. To my needs and went out of their way to make me happy. I had to rent a car from Enterprise and it was a nightmare they refused to pick me up and when I needed to return my car they said I had to get an Uber. Are you kidding me. I called Dan at Hudson s he called and they told him I could leave the car but he had to return it. Bad business on their part. Thanks Dan for your help. If I ever need my car repaired again I ll be there.

Dan Calvert @ Joe Hudson s Collision Center is by far and away the most honest, dependable collision manager I have ever seen! He is honest, straight forward, and a joy to work with! The workmanship is excellent and we will never take our vehicles to anyone else. We totally trust Mr. Calvert. The workmanship on our cars was absolutely PERFECT!!! Got an estimate for minor body work in January. Drop off set for February 11. Estimate was high but I wanted work done locally. Called night before drop off date to confirm and see if I could drop it night before. Was told they had a guy on vacation and they were really too busy to take it now and could I reschedule. [ this was three weeks after estimate). New drop off set for March 31. Called today to confirm and again see if I could drop it day before. Spoke with a man who said he was covering for another manager. Was initially told they only had 1 guy in tomorrow and he was scheduled to work on another car. The manager said he was unable to find me or my vehicle or any record of my appointment or estimate. Really..I thanked him for his time and hung up. Not sure how this company got such glowing reviews.I will not do business with them, ever.

At first I wasn t crazy about having to go to Foley because I live and work in Pensacola. But I was impressed from the minute I walked into the center. It was beautiful and comfortable. Jessica and Dan were very friendly and professional and they communicated with me throughout the process very well. I am very pleased with the repairs to my car. I would definitely recommend Joe Hudsons Collisions Center.
