I had the pleasure of dealing with Jarrell's, and I must say they were nice and pleasant to work with. However, when they quoted a hefty price for a vehicle repair, I decided to seek out a second opinion. It's always a wise move when a significant sum of money is involved. This decision turned out to be a game-changer. The second opinion not only saved us two-thirds of the price quoted by Jarrell's but also correctly identified the actual problem with our vehicle. It goes to show that double-checking can be a smart financial move.

Jason and his staff took great care of the auto repairs I needed. I had actually been to two other places that promised that they could do the work required. They did not, so I called Jarrell's and they got me back on the road the next day. Excellent service at a very fair price as well. They are my new go to for all my automotive needs.

Once again Jarrell s Go AutoBoss didn t disappoint. Very professional service, price was very fair for the amount of work that was completed. I will not take my truck any other place to have the work done.

Excellent Customer Service. Greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. They were not even officially open yet. Very satisfied with the work done to my car. Nothing more important than honesty and integrity in the Auto Service industry and Jason Jarrell owned it! In addition, he was knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair and clear. It was a pleasure doing business and getting to know him. Would highly recommend Jarrell's Auto Boss. 10/10

I had a great experience my wife s transmission went out on her car on a Sunday evening I reached out to Jared the manager at Jarrel s on Monday morning explain to him what happened he told me to get the car there and get a new transmission there and he would swap it out for me. Job was done in a timely manner. I believe he had the car fixed in a couple of days. We had great service & great communication & the shop was a clean atmosphere. I would give them 10 stars with one of the most pleasant experiences I ve had with a shop..Service: Transmission replacement

Just moved to the area and had car trouble. It s always tough finding a competent and reliable place to get our cars fixed but Jarrell s freed us from that concern. They fixed my car quickly and couldn t have been more helpful. The whole place was clean and well run. We are thankful to have found our new mechanic in Baldwin County.

10/10 recommend for any and all services. I challenge anyone to find a shop with better customer service, communication, or quality work. But you could just save your energy and take your car to Jarrell s! Also, clean and comfortable lobby and waiting area with a spotless restroom

Great experience. I am from Tennessee and my clutch went out on my 1 ton dually, Jason, Jarod, and Mario got all new parts and resurfaced my flywheel within a couple days. I highly recommend them.

It s always frustrating to have car trouble while out of town, but these guys were amazing. They got me right in immediately on a Monday morning, and two hours later I was on my way. They were fair, friendly and efficient. They never tried to upcharge me or sell me more than was needed. I would recommend them again, especially to those who find themselves stuck while out of town!Service: Auto brake repair

We are in town on vacation and mistakenly put gas in our diesel. Jarrell's took the truck same day fixed it in 24 hours and allowed us to finish our vacation. I am super impressed with this shop and them helping a tourist. Highly recommend.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

We drove to AL from TX for vacation. The day after we arrived our car would not start. We looked up reviews and found Jarrell s. We called and they were able to see us right away. We had the car towed to their shop and they were able to work on it right away. Once they found the problem they called and got the work approved. They had the car back to us the next day! They saved our vacation! They were so nice and very professional. We were so fortunate to find them!

My husband had fuel injectors replaced on his Dodge Ram truck a few months back and was very happy with their customer service, the great price and the work. So, when my Nissan Pathfinder needed some maintenance I took it in and was also very pleased. They were friendly, provided explanations of everything I asked about and gave me a fair price quote for the work. Would use again and would definitely recommend.

This is the most dishonest business I have ever deal with. Took in my F350 for preventative work .What I got back was a truck leaking coolant, running so rough It felt it was going to break an engine mount,I was told it was running fine and was road tested,This was an outrite lie there was noway.Their entire intrest is to get their hands on your money which brings up the invoice.Again their dishonesty shines thru.Try to make you pay for mistakes their untrained mechaics make and charge double .there is not a rating low enough.Do yourself a favor and go eleswhere.I did so I could have a real mechainic fix thier mess. The thing that took the cake was the wad of papertowels jammed beside the engine so I wouldnt see the coolant leak.Autoboss is the worst of the worstServices: Exhaust, Engine repair

These folks are simply the best I have ever delt with in the automotive industry. They are honest, upfront, and pricing is very fair. The facility stays clean and the staff is very friendly. I travel the country and I always return to the Foley area to get these professionals to work on my truck.

These guys are awesome. I just moved to town and needed a new auto mechanic. These guys were recommended by a friend and I liked these guys from the start. Their front office is clean. They are friendly and even have a little dog to put a smile on your face. They are honest which is very important. I brought my car in for an oil change and they called me and told me I didn't need one. Thank you guys for being there

We had an issue with a Navigator that we had just purchased. We were told by another repair shop that it was something internal to the transfer case and would be a huge expense. I wanted a second opinion so we brought the vehicle to Jarrell's. Jason got the vehicle in right away to diagnose the issue and discover that it was only a vacuum leak. Very reasonable pricing and trustworthy, which these days is tough to find in the automotive repair industry.If you ever open a shop in Gulf Shores, you will have four vehicles to maintain as soon as the bay doors open.

The customer service was great! They were great about calling me and keeping me informed. They were able to get my car in right away and get the parts and do the work quickly. After using other repair shops in the past, I will definitely be using Jarrell's in the future.

Very caring and hardworking people!!! Wonderful job done at a fair price! They were so understanding and very nice to us! We appreciate everything they have done for us and all the work they have put in our vehicle in an extremely timely manner! Now we know where we will be taking our vehicles whenever they need anything done to them! I would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs on their vehicles! Thank you!

Great experience , I described the issues to them and within 90 minutes called back with the issue (bad coil pack on cylinder 4 , plugs needed replacing) and within 5 hours the job was done. Truck runs great now. I also had them install a window scissor lift/solenoid and the window works great. Cost was discussed prior to work being done and was very reasonable. Thank you

Our car broke down when we were on vacation (a long way from home) and some friends referred us to Jarrell's. They took care of us quickly and they treated us very well. The price was fair, and the car runs better than it did before it broke down. I am so glad they were there! I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

We are from Michigan, staying in a RV Park. My 2010 GMC truck needed a diesel filer and oil change. I called three different service stations. Jarrell s had the best price and best reviews, Wonderful two thumbs up. Fast and very fair service. My truck broke down the day before I was supposed to go on vacation. Jarrell's worked me in. They found the problem and treated me fairly! I expected to pay more... but they were honest and got the work done quickly. Jordan and Savannah work the front service desk and were friendly and very communicative!!! Thank you, Jarrells!!!

They make quality repairs their business. I have used Jarrells for all of my personal and business repairs. They do first rate work and will only use first rate parts. You pay a little more for the best parts, but you only have to get it fixed once.

Jason Jarrell and his team go above and beyond to please customers. They aren't your typical auto repair shop. They really make sure your concerns are heard. They are really good at what they do and don't make you pay for unnecessary repairs. They are fair with their prices and that means a lot to me.

Great service and quick turnaround! The cost as well, was very reasonable. This is not one of those "I'm gonna walk in with one problem and be told I have 72 problems" kind of auto repair shops. They're helpful and honest and seem to genuinely care about the services they provide.Would recommend, and definitely return!
