I received EXCELLENT service from them. Everyone I talked to was kind and friendly and they took time to explain everything to me. Jo, at the front desk, was beyond helpful and got me in for 4 new tires and front and back brakes at a very reasonable price, and it was done in about 3 hours. Everywhere else I called said I d have to leave my car for 4 days to a week. That, in and of itself was amazing! Great experience. I ll be back!

Fantastic service. In and out in under 20 mins for a trailer tire that went bad and was about to blow. Larry was awesome and taught me about trailer dynamics. Heather was just as awesome and got my tire swapped before I even was done checking in. Definitely recommended and will be back(hopefully not)

Larry has been very helpful. I came in with one low tire and he had his team look for a nail in it and then get me fixed up and back on the road. He was friendly and knowledgeable! Got me in and out quick with my baby in the car as well. Pleasant experience. Will come back here for future car/tire related repairs. I'm assuming Larry is the store manager since he's been here the last few times I have been in and has things running smooth.

I will not be back. I made a 3 pm appointment for Friday to have my oil changed & at 4:15 I left. There was no communication that there was any wait time at all. I was the only person waiting at first. The guy who came in after me was taken care of first. I will drive to Daphne to the dealership from now on. I won't be back. I had the day off from work but my time is still valuable.

Took both our vehicles there after using a Goodyear service center in South Dakota the past 15 years. They were great with us, but then I recommended them to my son. Two days after an oil change and tire rotation his drivers front wheel came off while driving. Went to them and showed them the video, etc and gave them the opportunity to make it right. At first we got told how sorry they were and they would cover the damages and rental car 100%. An hour after having my son s car there they call and say it has the wrong lug nuts, that this could have happened at any time; now, MAYBE corporate will come back and pay half the costs and us pay the other half. Our Goodyear place in SD is now pissed that this one is claiming they are idiots and wouldn t have noticed the wrong size lug nuts the past four years of them servicing this particular vehicle. They had the car there for two weeks and nothing was done to it, they still claimed they were waiting for corporate. We go get the car and they want my son to sign a waiver saying the car is unsafe - so I go to Auto Zone and get 20 new lug nuts for his make, model and year car - guess what?? SAME SIZE AS WHAT WE TOOK OFF THE CAR! 12 X 1.5. They have NEVER called us to make this right, and obviously aren t going to.BEWARE OF USING THEM! They could have killed my son!And that number you gave in your response? He called that number on February 9th when he picked up his car - today is the 21st and even they never called to make this right. Speaks VOLUMES.

I had made an appointment for 2pm I arrived on time. Problem being my new tires and possible valve leaking. I went for a coffee next door and waited. My car was moved from where I had parked just before 3pm to halfway in the shop. When I walked back inside 45 minutes later I was told it was ready when I asked the big guy in charge what was the reason for making an appointment when it took almost 2 hours later to replace a valve, he told me it s the same when you make an appointment at the doctor s office That s rubbish. So much for the wonderful after service when you purchase tires from here.

Had my tires rotated and balanced. They got it in fast enough but had to wait for it to be done, not a big deal. The problem was that after the tech finished the job he returned the keys to the front. That's when the issue started. It wasn't cited upon by the front. Another customer came in he was taken care of, meanwhile about 15 minutes passed and still nothing. Then the front guy started talking with the other customer about his new vehicle, took the guy outside and started showing his vehicle, meanwhile I'm still inside waiting for my vehicle. I finally asked one of the techs about mine and she was unaware I hadn't been checked out yet. I wasn't real happy at this point, usually they are spot on here, but not on this day.

Larry and his crew are great.Trust is key for me. I am willing to pay a fair price for auto repairs, the problem with so many other auto repair places is always four-fold for me:Do only the work requiredDo the job rightCharge a fair priceComplete in reasonable timeGoodyear Foley nails all four constantly. On the very rare occasion they miss the mark, they make it right and then some.I trust them with my vehicle and more importantly I trust them with my wife s vehicle and my children s vehicles as well.Great, friendly, welcoming, honest people. This place is awesome! I was stranded and had to stay over the weekend and Mr. Larry went above and beyond. The whole staff was super understanding and was over the top with kindness and human decency. The work on my car was superb. If I ever have a problem like this again in town i would most definitely come here. Thanks Again!!!

Brought my car in with out appointment around 8:30am on a Friday with some issues that needed to be attended to ASAP. Despite a packed day with the service bays, they promised they would get to me by 3:30pm. I was just just happy an auto place was willing to take me in that day. Tried two others that morning who had week wait times to be seen. To my surprise while waiting, they managed to squeeze my car into various stations between other customers to get my issues resolved earlier than expected. Front end noise turned out to be a loose TPMS sensor rolling around inside the tire! WOW! Got that fixed. Come to find out that was also the cause of my tire balance issues as well! Had my oil and filters changed as well as my wiper blades. Also they diagnosed my engine noise as a power steering pump going bad. Service tech also notified the need for replacement of my brakes that were at the end of their life. That was news to me! Unfortunately, service manager could not do those big repairs that day as parts were not in stock. He ordered all necessary parts as he closed my ticket for the day and scheduled my next appointment and alignment when they come in. Got me out there just around lunch time! Outstanding customer service. Got everything addressed that was a major issue plus some I didn't even know I had. Look forward to getting the other issues resolved at next service appointment. Hell...I will even get some new tires as well. Pretty damn good for a tire store! I will be going there from here on out for all my car's maintenance and repair needs.

I am from out of town, and picked up a nail in my tire on the day to head home. These guys were able to get me fixed up and back on the road. Excellent crew, absolutely appreciate the service and personally.

My truck had a bad vibration on my way out of town. I dropped in this location a few minutes before they closed, asking if anyway they could balance my tires and check my front end. TRAVIS the store manger looked at his watch and then into the shop and said SURE. 35 minutes after there closing time they were finished and I'm sure he stayed later than that to check up. TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Travis gave up his time for me. FYI my truck rides smooth

Excellent service. The service manager demonstrated high levels of expertise and the customer service was second to none. My tire tech was efficient and performed his job with a since of pride and urgency, I think his name was Mat.

Do not bring your vehicle here I brought my truck for a hub assembly they installed it and told me it was stuck so they had to heat it to get it off when I picked my truck up it barely made it down the road and had to be towed home I ve never had performance issues with it so I called and they instantly denied doing it so that made me look at what they did when they heated the old hub they didn t protect the engine behind it and put a hole in the engine I call again they denied it told me they ll investigate it and call me back and I ve never heard anything back from them

Travis the store manager & Owen were great to work with! We had a flat and needed to be towed as most new vehicles don't have spares! Unfortunately the tire needed to be replaced. The vehicle arrived at Goodyear late Friday afternoon and they order a new tire. The new tire was mounted and ready to go before noon on Saturday! All at a very good price too....highly recommend!

Nice staff and coffee maker. I purchased tires online and had then installed and balanced. Balance feels smooth. The bad: their machine scratched all four of my rims. They were powder coated 7 years ago and have gone through many tire changes without issue. I showed the technician that their machine has a problem. He clearly new that it was an issue and stated the machine needed new pads but weren't replaced when they were supposed to be. If your looking to get tires replaced, wait until they get their machine serviced because there don't care enough to stop using it.

Absolute worst. I didn't know it took 7 hrs to change oil and put 2 tires on. It will be ready by lunch and here we are at 5 still not ready last time I will go there

They ordered an incorrect tire (style and it was not the run flat), put it on and didn't even tell me. They could not even order the correct tire. I was able to purchase the correct tire elsewhere and they changed it out. They refunded the entire amount on the wrong tire including the installation. I'm pleased they did make it right.

Overheard a very professional conversation between another customer and a tech that was upfront and honest, and spoke highly of the tech's expertise and competence. I'd be willing to trust him with something I don't want to fix myself. I give them a solid A- grade

I've brought my car here multiple times. Every time I've had to verify that theyre even doing the right thing because apparently no one there knows whats going on or even talk to each other.The last time I had to leave my car for an oil leak, they called and told me what the issue was and I told them to go ahead and fix it.. I called the next day at around 3 and it wasn't even on the books to be done and was told it would be done that night or monday morning. So I went in there Monday morning (11 oclock) to check on it and no one had noted that it was supposed to be done, but they got it done that evening (5 oclock).So $400 and 4 days later my car is still leaking oil. I took it in this morning and left it to get it looked at and when I called at 5 oclock they still hadn't even looked at it. I'm frustrated, annoyed, and disappointed.Edit-Turns out the oil drain cap was leaking so they fixed it and gave me an oil change and didn't charge me. Still frustrating after the last mishap but gratfeul for their service and attempt to make up for it.

Needed brakes all the way around. Once again, top notch service from their friendly staff. Great Job!Highly Recommend!Got me in immediately. Friendly, curtious staff. Put my new tire/rim on and put the spare back under the truck for $30.00. Ford wanted $30 to change the tire and $30 to put the spare back under the truck after I just bought the tire and rim from them.

My mom and son went in with my car to get a tire repaired. While there Goodyear checked my tires and told her that they were good but one needed changed soon. She left thinking all was ok me to. My friend a mechanic looked at my tires when I got home and had a fit. Both my front tires were showing wire which I found out is against the law to be on the road because its a hazard. This is after the last time I got brand new tires that they put them on the back of my car which should have never happened because my car is a front wheel drive car and new tires always go on the front.We left and went straight to Gulf Coast Tires In Summerdale Al. And they said the same thing we needed 2 new tires immediately they took the keys put on 2 new tires and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes and it was very affordable unlike Goodyear. Ladies make sure your careful here because this was very scary had my tire blew we would have wrecked and been seriously hurt because I would have had no control of my car. God bless the men that were ok with this.

I went in for a tire plug and while waiting in the lobby with other customers a technician came in and announced that I needed to roll my windows down because my car smells like an illegal substance. I complied and went outside and rolled my windows down. After coming back in he still loudly states that his technicians have to take drug tests and that he will be spraying cleaner in my car, and I do not want that in my car and deny if he s only replacing a tire. I believe he could have handled this in a more professional manner instead of trying to embarrass me. I will not be returning.

Advised by service manager (Larry) that although appointment was made on Goodyear website (which was not their website) that tires were not in stock. Told me I should have called regardless of booking 2 days in advance and two reminder emails I received. No courtesy or apology. Would not recommend.

Friendly customer service, Fair Prices, and Honest Work. Best deal for an oil change too, lots of coupons online.. $50-$70 instead of $90-$110 at say Take 5. Larry (in the main office) is very helpful and takes the time to explain any issues they find, and if they can t do it they recommend who can... Will become a regular here.. Thanks again!
