This is the 2nd time within 6 months I was involved in a car accident and we ve dealt with Freeman s both times.Everytime I ve spoke to Jeremiah and Chaison, they were so helpful and reassuring. I trust them and have genuinely appreciated their professionalism. I m so looking forward to getting my ride back! :) (will post an update when I get it back and fixed)UPDATE: got my car back on Dec 1 and it looks better than when I got it. I was thinking it would take MONTHS for it to be done but they finished in a month! HUGE thank you to everyone in the back that got it looking beautiful again. Couldn t recommend Freeman enough!!!

I would HIGHLY recommend Freeman s to anyone needing repairs done to their vehicle. Not only did they do a fabulous job repairing my car, but, from day one their customer service was phenomenal! Jeremiah was a pleasure to work with through the whole process. If I ever find myself in the market again for a collision shop, this will be the one I chose!

Freeman Collision LLC was competitive for replacing my 2018 GMC Windshield and completed it in the time frame they said it would take. Cab was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off.

Had a little fender bender with a trailer hitch and had a huge hole in my front bumper . Took it to this place and was not disappointed! Not only was the replacement part in super fast, they got it on in a timely manner and even detailed my car inside and out after they were done replacing the bumper! Everyone was so nice and professional, and I will recommend them to everyone! Thank you Freeman s for getting my car looking nice and clean!Service: Body & Trim

I had the best experience with Freeman Collision Center. I want to thank Bruce and Rich for being awesome and helping me find a solution to fixing my car. I had gone to a place that I would rather not even talk about that was going to charge me $4,000 more than Freeman and because of Bruce I was able to partially fix my car and I'm going to come back at a later date to Freeman's to finish the rest of the repairs because they were so kind and courteous and customer friendly and quick to get things done and just the sweetest group of people I've ever met in the car repair business. thank you to the other Collision Center that referred them to me because I was just not good enough to get my car fixed at their establishment and was very blessed to meet the amazing people at Freeman's Collision where I will always go now to get my car fixed I'm going to tell all my friends to go there to get their car fixed. If I could rate them more than five stars I would definitely give them 15 minimum they are the best and my car looks amazing!!!!!!Service: Body & Trim

Friendly clean and professional. They do an amazing job. Fixed the front end of my Durango SRT like nothing had ever happened to it. Taking the dully there next. I won t let any one else touch my vehicles. They will text you updates as your vehicle progresses. Insurance work is done there as well. Wheelchair accessible with on-site park.Mind you, they are in high demand so be prepared to be on a list. Click a like if this helps

Chason and the employees took great care of us. They are quick to respond and are more than willing to help in any way they can! They were the only good thing that came out of a wreck. We will be using them for any of our auto repairs/diagnostics in the future. Thank you for making this difficult time as easy as possible.

I hit a deer and damaged my bumper and knocked out a side lamp so not a whole lot of damage. The guy that was giving the estimate didn't seem all that interested in doing the work and was pretty dismissive. He told me if it were him he wouldn't waste money fixing my "rust bucket." He'd trade it in on something else. What? He had no idea what my financial circumstances are and why that is impossible for me. I didn't argue but took the estimate and tore it up as I left.

I went in and was greeted by two very nice people. The gentleman took down all my information and went out and took pictures of my truck. He explained to me there was a waiting list which I understood. He told me the young lady will call me when my spot comes up.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Absolutely AMAZING job! We had two vehicles damaged in the hail storm. They made the process simple and smooth. Both vehicles were repaired back to pristine condition. Couldn't be more pleased!! This is definitely our go to body shop now!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Called my insurance they took really good care care of me , they told me freeman collision was a great shop , staff office manager was really nice, they was happy to answer all ??. It really was a great experience the car came out way better then I could imagine specially the location of damage , Nice kept me fully up to day, I recommend them to anyone freeman collision is the best..

I moved my truck from under the trees because of TS Gordon . Parked it on my front lawn. Went out to get it this morning and it had sunk in a soft spot up to the bumper. Called one company said it would cost more if they had to come out in the rain!! Called my insurance company they recommended Freeman's. The lady on the phone was prompt and courteous. The men were here at my house in Foley within one hour. Ob done in 15 minutes with minimum damage to lawn. Great company, great company, great employees. Saving their phone number for any other work done. Thank you Freeman's.

This was the first time we used Freeman Collision. We couldn't be happier! The communication was amazing and our car was complete ahead of schedule. This is now our go to place for body work. We highly recommend them!

The repair was a very good job considering I owned a Body Shop in early 80's so I guess I would know but, when I got in to leave, inside door handle, steering wheel and console, very dirty with grease or something all over. I didn't say anything just cleaned everything before I left. I can't believe this was missed... I know when I had my Shop, this would of never happened.

No one enjoys being in an accident but they made everything nice and painless. They kept me up to date with my vehicle and their work was flawless. I would definitely use them again.

The repair work was just fine and the people most helpful, however the manager was nasty and abusive to me when I brought the car in for repair--I notice he treated two men with resect, but not me. I believe it was because I am 79 years old woman and it made him feel good to abuse no none else was in the office to hear it. I will never deal with this shop again.

My motorcycle, a Yamaha R6 was stolen from my apartment in Oxford, M where I attend Ole Miss. It was recovered in AL and taken to Freeman Collision. I was charged a 345 dollar storage fee for their amazing towing and storage of my stolen motorcycle. Moreover when trying to work with them regarding a shipping company picking up my motorcycle they were extremely difficult. After I faxed my paperwork (title, license, and a statement releasing my R6 to the shipper) they still required my payment to be in cash. While I am currently home for the holidays in IL I am unable to pay their outrageous fee in cash. My motorcycle recover is still pending. In the end with shipment costs/towing and storage fees I will be out about 800 dollars that I as a college student do not have. And I still have no idea if I will even get my motorcycle back or not. In other words I was brutally screwed by Freeman Collision for something completely out of my control.

A frightening accident caused by an impaired driver left us shaken up with an undrivable car. The Folks at Freeman were amazing in their consideration and work.We have used this company for over 30 years. And have yet to be dissatisfied. Great company!

Terrible experience there,,,,damage was in excess of $10k,,,,,,,not all the work that was charged to insurance was completed, was quoted additional $175 for labor to install headlamps and was told bumper had to be removed,,, I watched YouTube video, did it myself in 30 minutes. Good reviews was primary reason for choosing Freemans,,,, but sure not in my case.

My best friend is a single mom who had a car wreck a week ago, the insurance is only paying for the other person's loss. So the tow truck driver said we could come get her stuff out, the car isn't in impound. Then the office says, she had to either pay the $300 tow bill for 6 block tow, or sign the title over, she goes to sign the title over, and is looking threw her glove box for it, this guy stands over her making sure a struggling single mom who always paid her car insurance on time, abd just lost everything basically didn't take a $5 key chain, and talks to her like she's just trash! This guy was a total duche bag, I wonder if he even thought, this could be my wife at some point, that is dealing with this kind of thing, how do I want the people to treat her? Freeman's you have no conscience! So rude!

Our truck was towed here after a traffic stop,we went to get our truck the next day.The owner of company wouldnt let us get the truck because our title was torn and didnt have a bill of sale.my husband and his sister signed it as the buyers but he didnt have the bill of sale.so if the bill of sale is so important what good is the title.because we still dont have our truck and its hard when you dont have only one car between two jobs
