Called Friday afternoon and paid for tires over the phone. Was told they would arrive the next day and I dropped my car off Saturday morning and they were done within an hour. Super fast service and the woman running the front desk is so nice!!! Bringing my car back here for the rear tires too!

They were awesome, we are traveling back home to Arkansa with our 4 dogs and had a small leak that needed a patch. They got us in and out in no time. Mr. Woods and the owners are outstanding

Foley Tire and Auto is a great local business. I personally have been using them as my tire center because of the great prices they have. I have not used the automotive section of this establishment but as far as getting tires repaired or replaced they were top-notch. The tires I purchased came with a warranty, and it included balancing and mounting. The business itself is locally owned and has a very friendly atmosphere. It was clean, it had a restroom for just in case, and a soda machine for refreshments. The staff was very friendly, and there was hardly any wait time on my tires. I recommend this business.

Went to this place yo get 4 tires put on my car even had my own tires took forever seemed like and now I got a some kinda squelche sound coming from my car called and left a message no one has called me back it's been like a week guess I'll have to take off work early to go get this fixed loose more ti.e and money

Just moved to Foley, AL and woke up with a screw in my tire. Made it to their shop with no appointment but they had me fixed and back on the road in 20 minutes. These guys have the best customer service I ve come across.Can t praise them enough.Thank you Foley Tire and Auto!!

Hey Baldwin county....we wanted to give a HUGE shout out to this company right here Foley Tire And Auto we came in for 2 used tires on our only vehicle we use 100% for our mission and they went ahead and replaced all 4 for us! What an amazing blessing!!! Every single employee was very friendly and wanted to hear about our work. We thank you so much Foley tire and Auto! Ok guys then folks are awesome. Staff is friendly and professional. Service is quite fast considering what you re having done of coarse. They get the job done and on point. They take time to answer any questions or concerns I may have without pushing inventory on you. They genuinely care about the customer not what they Can sell you. I just can t express enough how great this place is.

Very clean friendly Family environment and professionals. Answer all your questions make sure you understand what s going on with your vehicle. Service with a smile, ladies at the front counter are very helpful warm welcoming when you walk in until your service is completed. The staff here takes care of you and your vehicle.

Great experience. Came in to get some work done on my jeep and the service was amazing. Had an issue with my blinker sticking on and they found and resolved the issue. Office staff were super friendly as well as the mechanics who were very knowledgeable. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for services.

Not usually inclined to leave a review but this place stands out to me as very well ran, great staff, and fantastic service. I needed 4 tires for my Ford 150. I got 3 quotes. Theirs was the most reasonable for the best quality after doing some research. In this case $200 cheaper than a nearby business. But what stands out is the staff and friendly team they have. I went in late in afternoon, they had to order tires, they came next morning and had it done before 11 a.m.I will use these guys and also the oil changes are at least $5 cheaper than the competition. 5 stars and they care about customer service (even sent follow-up txt to ensure all well)

If I could rate this shop a zero I would.I brought my car here thinking I needed a catalytic converter changed out instead of double checking this part was bad and inspecting it before working on it they just swapped it out. Got my car back. Heard knocking noises. Brought it back. They told me it was nothing they did but I would need $1600 more in work basically needed a whole new underneath of my car. Struts, sway bar, axles such n such. This didn t sound right to me so I brought it to another shop they inspected my vehicle and let me know that it was my timing chain slapping against my engine and this shop if they truly looked under my car n was able to see all that stuff wrong could of clearly seen it was that to begin with and that my car was 4 quarts low of oil!!!!!!!! So instead of looking under it to find the issue they wrote me a list of stuff that wasn t even the issue or an issue and sent me on my way with a quote . Do not recommend. They just want your money they don t care about truly servicing you. Highly upset. Though I m sure they ll never admit that.

We came in this morning with a quote from another chain store and the ladies behind the counter were amazing and super sweet! The service was professional and I saved about $150. And the warranty is twice as long as the other guys was! Thanks y all!!!

Do not do business with Foley Tire and Auto. Their diagnostic wasn't comprehensive, I paid them $700, the problem still was not fixed, and now they want $500 more to possibly fix the problem. The owner is "too busy" to give me a call.An extremely dishonest place to do business.

went to get tires mounted very professionally and Courteous staff from the ladies up front to the pros in the shop Nathan took care of me I would recommend this shop above others in the area if you want it done right and professional take your vehicle here to this business they will treat you like family thank you to all who work here I would recommend these folks to anyone that wants it done6 22 2023 recapWent back in there again yesterday at Foley tire & Auto had to buy two tires the ladies up front was very polite and very professional Gabby explained everything to me in fine detail the other lady was just as professional taking calls as I was standing there no soon as I sit down mr. Wood brings me my keys and tells me that my vehicle is finished and is out front. thank you very much Foley tire & Auto your excellent and outstanding and getting my truck out as fast as you didGo and see the people at Foley tire & Auto they will treat you right.

Called to get a set of new tires. Was told they would arrive the next day. Called the following day to be told the tires were never ordered. Lady told me we do not order tires without a deposit We had no problem paying the deposit but they NEVER asked for a deposit to order the tires when we called. I will NEVER use this company.Sweat Tire will get all of our business from now on.

I was very pleased with the total experience of having my cv joints replaced. The ladies at the counter were very pleasant and professional, explained what I could expect, called me with the estimate within a few hours, and called before the end of the day to say the car was ready. After driving for a few days the problem seems resolved. I will use them again if needed.

I had a great experience with this company Foley Tire and auto repair.The mechanic John was very knowledgeable and professional in finding my problem quickly and repairing it. He explained what was wrong and what he needed to do to repair it. They were reasonably priced and the did not have to wait long. He got right on it. The receptionist was also delightful and knowledgeable in her job. She also made me fresh coffee and made me feel welcome to be there. All in all it was a great experience. I ll come back when I need to.

Had an "unfixable" flat while on vacation. Googled this place looking for a used tire since my other tires were still fairly new. They sold me one at a reasonable price & service was great. Two days later the tire I bought was flat. Fortunately was still in Gulf Shores. Foley replaced the defective tire with a new tire at no charge & I was on my way quickly. Service is great but buyer beware when buying used tires.

People are great and they gave me my husband's Marine discount even though I didn't have any proof. Their price was half the price of the quickie oil change places on the main highway.They are only a half a block off of the highway. Their place is clean, neat and organized! I highly recommend them.

We went to Foley Tire & Auto and we were SO impressed with the whole crew ! They were so nice and professional. We haven't had much luck with tire stores in Foley until now. They listened to our concerns and went above and beyond to get our car back the way it used to be. We will be a repeat customer on a go-forward basis. Wish I could give Foley Tire & Auto 10 stars!!!!! They are awesome!

Very very friendly! They had no problem with me leaving my car while I went to work, and made sure I was satisfied with their work when I picked it up! Never had a better experience at a car mechanic! Being a women, I ve always felt that I was being taken advantage of, but here they made me feel so much better about getting my car worked on! Even walked me through what they did, and told me I didn t need new tires when inquired about them! Best service, best people, BEST experience at a mechanic! I drive all the way from Fairhope, Al just for the amazing service!! 10/10 recommend!!!

The folks at Foley Tire were very helpful and friendly!They saw me with short notice on a Saturday and professionally took care of putting a tire on my car for me.The atmosphere was very welcoming. I would definitely recommend using Foley Tire!

This is my place to get service done on my vehicles, I will not use another service center. Marcus is the owner and he is always willing to help. The ladies at the customer service desk are personable and very professional. Very minimal wait times, very proficient and professional mechanics. Thank ya'll for taking such good care of my vehicles!!

Excellent communications and perhaps because I am a woman and admit motor knowledge is not one of my strong points, I ask a lot of questions and believe they offer a fair price. I will continue to use them for any of my auto repairs as I trust them.Very helpful and friendly staff that includes both office staff and mechanics.. When leaving my car for repairs, one of the ladies always drives me home and picks me up when my car is ready to go.So far, I have had no long waiting period and have now had my car serviced several times. This is very important to me as I have no other car to drive and no close relatives living close to me to help me run errands.They have a very nice and clean waiting room that includes a reasonably priced snack machine.

Always very fast and professional. I was a walk-in and was told 25 minutes but they were on it in 5. Will definitely return.I might add, I swung in there last year hoping they could break loose two blade bolts on my mower deck and they did it for me in less than a minute. Took the shop down the road 3 minutes to explain why he was too busy to do it as he stood there with his impact in his hand. The mower deck was in my suv already upside down. Thanks again Foley tire!

I had used Foley Tire and Auto for a new fuel pump on my truck and thought they did a great job. Communication was great during the process and I was pleased with the work. So when I had a large overhaul of repairs I wanted to do; completely new AC system, engine pulleys, front end work, and new tires, I decided I would use them again. I was happy that I did! They were honest through the whole process and were upfront and fair with all the pricing. About a week after having the repairs done, through NO fault of the shop, my AC was acting up again. I took the truck back up there and they had the problem fixed in less than an hour, and gave me way beyond what I would consider a great price for the extra work! I would recommend them for any work you need done on you vehicles.I know that I can trust them to stand by their work, and in the future if I need something done on my vehicles I'll be taking them to FOLEY TIRE AND AUTO.

Incredibly kind and personable staff. Found the nail in my tire and had it patched in no time at all with no appointment. Highly recommend!
