The quick and excellent service of this business saved me on a rainy day. I was visiting from out of state and was shopping in Foley. Upon leaving a store in the rain, I discovered the windshield wiper on my driver's side of my new 2024 Lexus RX350 totally stopped working. I was grounded!!! After a few phone calls (one being to my dealership back home), I googled a place near me that could possibly assess and fix my problem. I ended up at Firestone and was welcomed by the manager Jon who so nicely agreed that they could look at my problem. In 5 minutes two mechanics took a look, tightened a nut, and my wiper was fixed!!! NO CHARGE AND HAVE A NICE DAY!!! This is a newly opened business employed by people who care about the quality of their service. I highly recommend them to handle any needs or problems with your vehicle. I will certainly use them again if needed as we visit this area annually.

Actually called by mistake. Realized I was calling the wrong company but went with it. I needed to purchase tires in a hurry. They had me come right away. Worked with me about which tires I should get. Definitely didn t try to oversell. I fully expected to be told I would need a wheel alignment but I was complimented on my driving skills as the alignment was perfect after nine years of driving.Great friendly service and pricing was very reasonable.Highly recommend.

Thought I was looking at an expensive repair on my truck for an oil leak. They quickly found that my filter wasn't tightened correctly at my last oil change (oil change was done somewhere else). They did a complete inspection and gave recommendations for some repairs to be done in the future. I'm a very VERY happy customer!

I had the most INCREDIBLE experience at Firestone! Drove my husband's massive truck for 11 hours, pulling a trailer across states. Arrived late, and the next morning, panic set in as I saw what seemed like a leak. Rushed to Firestone, where Jordan and Cory not only watched my video of the leak but went above and beyond checking the truck. Turns out, it was just exhaust condensation! They tightened everything, showed utmost honesty, and sent me on my way. In a vulnerable situation, they could've charged me a fortune, but these guys are genuinely honest and super friendly. Firestone, you've just gained a customer for life!

Bad experience. Chipped the rim in my truck and made the problem worse. Don t recommend coming here.

This place is nothing but a money pit. They will tell you that you need all kind of stuff that you don t need. I literally took it to another shop 2 days ago and everything was fine and then I took it to another shop and they told me everything was fine and they wanna go and say well you need blah blah blah like they just money hungry
