What a great experience coming to this place! We're heading home on a 17 hr trip back to Wisconsin and I just wish I could ball Michael up and take him with us. He gave us fantastic service, checking additional items for safety before our long trip. Not to mention how handsome he is and how delicious he smelled. I'd let that strapping lad and his big brown eyes change my fluids anytime! Highly recommended this place.

Best prices I ve found in the area for alignments and oil changes! Codi was very helpful and took time to answer my questions s out future maintenance issues. Clean waiting rooms, fast Wi-Fi. Will definitely be back!

Had my oil changed last week and they left the radiator fill tank cap off so fluid went everywhere and the truck over heated. I called and they didn t even offer to make it right by bringing the truck in to put fluid in. Photo of what I found when I popped the hood.

I have been coming to Express Oil Change for years and I ve never been disappointed. The service is always fast and the mechanics are very friendly and helpful. Tray is normally there when I go and he is always open to answer any questions I have and helps in anyway he can. I definitely recommend this place for oil changes!

After traveling from New Orleans and getting a flat tire, I visited this auto shop to get a new tire! The service techs were amazing, the service was incredibly fast and professional! My car was in in less than 30 minutes, and I was back on the road in less than an hour. God bless these gentlemen, in the work that they do every day! I would recommend this repair shop without reservation.

I was out of town for work and had car troubles. They took my car right in, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the broken part to get me back on the road. Very professional and excellent service.

Terrific service, AAA, very friendly, clean restroom.I had an appointment at a near by "garage" and thought that I was there. But no, a great mistake. 4 people with whom I chatted all said " Expeess Oil Change & full service is their only place they take their autos. Had OF change, all fluids checked, Antifreeze, window washer fluid checked, tires rotated, engine & cabin filters replaced, and more. Received a check list of everything checked & replaced. This will be my service "garage".

Can t praise Mr. Kenny Brown enough!!!! What a great manager!!! He handled an issue from a sister store with perfection, and went WAY beyond for us!!! He is HIGHLY recommended!!!!

Honestly I don t take my vehicle anywhere but here for the last 6 years! The manager is wonderful, the service technicians and mechanics are always kind, and knowledgeable. Seriously I don t even go to the KIA dealership for my vehicle for anything, made that mistake one time and then I found this awesome gem Not to mention they are great about discussing any maintenance you may need immediately or in the future. It never feels pushy or like you are just another car coming through.Thank you Express Oil in Foley for always being AMAZING!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Love this place! The guys are very knowledgeable and they made sure my car was safe enough to drive it every day with my little son in the back seat. Less expensive than others in the area and very prepared on what they do!

I was on vacation and having car problems. My steering wheel kept locking up. Hubby had an incident where he ran over something that tore up the skid plate. I took the car to Express Oil Change in Foley, Alabama. Tyler was an angel from above. He got me started with the oil change and then proceeded to have the skid plate removed (I asked if they could). He was prepared to call his mechanic to come help me out. He inspected under my car and found a loose connector on the steering pump. He fully attached it and fixed my problem. He was so willing to go above and beyond his regular job. I hope Tyler knows just how grateful I am for him.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Hi Spencer, we're sorry you were dissatisfied with our staff and experience during your service. The assistant manager was correct in advising, we do not install/mount used tires.It appears one of us has incorrect information. Your manager informed me yesterday that you do install/mount and repair used tires. You take off flats you repair them you reinstall them correct. Your assistant manager lied to me and if he will lie to me he will lie to anyone. After I called him out on the lies he told and requested his manager then he encouraged me to bring everything up for him to look at it. Then your manager told me that they do on a case by case basis swap out tires and rims and had they known I was a long standing customer it would not have been a problem.What really disgusted me was your assistant manager didn't think I was smart enough to know what he was saying...like I said if he will lie to me he will lie to anyone. I have remedied this situation by no longer using you. However I will repeat this truth to everyone I come in contact withJust got off the phone with Trey, claims to be the assistant manager. Called to have my tires put on new rims and reinstalled on the vehicle...Trey tells me he doesn't have a machine for that, I call him out on the lie he just told, he doubles down and tells me he doesn't reinstall used tires...you sold me the tires. I ask to speak with the manager he informed me he is the assistant manager and will provide me no information for the manager.I have used this company for over 10 years. It concerns me that Trey would lie over such a simple maintenance act. If Trey will lie to me about something this simple what will he tell you about service or maintenance in order to gouge you. Be very careful when dealing with Trey if he thinks he can lie to you and you have no knowledge, he will. I suggest you do as I have and move your business anywhere else...I used PepBoys to complete this simple task...can't stand a person that lies, be careful if you are using Trey for anything..

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I witnessed management yelling at an employee to hurry up because he was wanting to drain all the oil out properly. Whoever is running this place should be fired!!! Not letting oil properly drain all the way ruins a vehicle! Horrible!

Exceptional service. Josh was knowledgeable about my VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI. Worked efficiently including explanation due to my curiosity and lack of education regarding my car engine. Will definitely recommend.

Called my daughter "baby" (she's 16 years old so really?) and wanted $120 for "special oil" for her car plus more for a tire rotation. Do yourself a favor and go to Goodyear down the street. No special oil needed, $70 for a oil change with synthetic oil including the tire rotation, and they treat your daughter with respect.Edit: Notice how their reply below keeps saying how they treated ME yet my review states it was my DAUGHTER. They cared so much that they didn't even read the review enough to comprehend that. Then they leave the sales pitch at the end...

This is my family s go-to for oil changes. Professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. We never feel taken advantage of or pressured to purchase filters, etc. when not necessary. Today Tripp did a great job!
