Went in to check and see if Cherokee could get our Class A in for repairs. They were booked but set us up with other professionals that can meet our schedule. Thanks so much. Would definitely recommend.

This facility is 100% awesome, Bobby and his staff was amazing. Prices was very good and they were very kind to us. We had a appointment and pulled in at that time and they went right to work on our class A Tiffin motorhome. Answered all our questions and never not one time disappointed us. This is the only place that will work on our bus again. Thank you all for our great experience!!!

Can t say enough good things about the work that Cherokee Rv did for us during our 3 mo stay in foley Al they fixed toilet problems, air condition problems , circuit breaker box replacement they responded quickly very friendly and acted in the most responsible ways like I said I can t say enough good this about them thank you

We cannot say enough about CFRV ctr. After an accident, we read reviews and trusted them to work with Progressive and get our "baby" fixed. They went over and above!! Very nice every time we called, gave us updated. Fixed in timely manner and very professional. They even did our annual maintenance check up. We will be using them in future for any RV needs and maintenance. Would recommend them highly to friends and family. They also have covered RV storage, we did not need but it looks very nice and secure.

As always, Cherokee Farms provided me with superb service. I needed a water heater replaced and they quickly found a replacement for me. Mason and his partner did an excellent job of installing the new water heater. If you want the very best RV service you most go to Cherokee RV Center!!!

I ve have only had them on services calls and they were great to deal with. They came to my RV last year to check out my washer/dryer and found out right off the bat what the problem was. Very professional and very polite! I would recommend them to everyone. I ended up needing to order a new w/d unit and had it shipped to them. Once it was delivered they called, set up an install appointment and had it to me in no time. Install went so smooth as they know what they are doing. They are truly good people that take a real concern for their customers misfortunes. I will not hesitate to call them again for anything I might need assistance with my motor home.

great job . called on a Friday, they came out Monday. they even showed up early. Were very thoughtful in diagnosing the problem and how they were going to fix it. Very efficient and professional in doing their work. Great job all around

Very honest company that stands by their work. They did a great job completely redoing the roof on my 5th wheel due to the recent hurricane. The ac was leaking a tad afterwards and they sent folks out to get it taken care of ASAP. These guys stand by there work, and do an excellent job. 10/10

Great service. Did as.promised and had repairs.done on.promised date. Have used them twice and very pleased both times. Was in a real time crunch on our second repair and once again they repaired everything on time and as promised. Definitely would recommend them for all types of RV repairs

Cherokee Farms RV Center is a great place to get your RV serviced or repaired. I have been using them for a couple of years for service and repairs on my 2015 Thor ACE. They offer the best service and repair in the area. They have fair prices and stand behind their work. Quality workmanship is their trade mark. I have had a few problems with normal operational flaws from my RV which suffers from being a rolling earthquake. But The good people at Cherokee have been there to make fixes and offer timely advise to prevent future failures. I trust and respect their experience and knowledge to treat me fairly and honestly. If you are looking for a qualified and honest RV repair ship then Cherokee RV Service is the place to go. A home town shop with world class service.

They Had what we needed a plug converter right on the shelf! no ordering of parts which was great!Very friendly and great customer service!Ample parking, wheel chair access, restrooms inside. Good hours and days of operation and clean environment.We will be returning for flood damage repairs. I highly recommend them. Click like if this helps!

Just had owner's son, Mason, work on my RV. As always, he did an excellent job. Bobby, the owner of the repair service, and his crew always do top notch repair work. They have been doing repair work on my RVs for many years and will be my first call when I need assistance. Their office crew are also the best whenever you contact them. We had a great experience last January (2018), when we took our 5th wheel to Cherokee Farms for repair of our bedroom slide. We encountered an issue with the slide not going out completely on the first night out on our trek south to Alabama from New York. We were in Virginia, and the repair shops we called couldn't fit us in for 1 to 2 months. We were very happy when Cherokee Farms said they could get us in the following week. The repair required locating a new part, pulling the entire slide out, installing the part, and re-installing the slide. All of this took about 3 weeks (getting the part took most of the time), and the slide has been working fine since the repair. The staff was very friendly, easy to work with, and did quality work. Considering the amount of work to pull and re-install the slide, I feel the amount were charged for the work was quite reasonable. I highly recommend Cherokee Farms for RV repair!

Top notch. Helpful and great quality work. Had a hot water tank issue. They had us in and out in an hour. Could not be more pleased with the service we received and the price we paid. Thankful for these folks. Highly recommended

I'm from Michigan & called to see if they could perform a Recall on my Jayco Motorhome.. Talked to Glenda who was AWESOME!!!! She handled all the paperwork.... We also scheduled with them to do some maintenance and give it a Wash... WOW, when we picked up the Unit it looked Brand New... Wish we had a Awesome place like this in Michigan.. Great Staff, Reasonable Prices and Quality Work.. Thank You Again...

These folks were great!! We had an electrical issue on our motorcoach while traveling. We called several shops before being referred to these guys. Most shops will either only work on the coach or only on the chassis, but these guys do it all. Other places we called had a several week waiting period. Cherokee fit us in the same day, they were very friendly, they have a kid friendly waiting room (train set, tv, couch). They figured out and fixed the problem quickly and the cost was very reasonable. Our experience couldn t have been smoother!

I highly recommend Cherokee Farms RV Center. They have worked on and installed enhancements to our Tiffin Motorhome on several occasions. Their work is performed well and in a timely manner. Had a minor accident backing up into a pole while on vacation in Gulf Shores, damaged the motor to the awning and awning extended and could not be retracted.....therefore could not drive RV to get repaired. Called Cherokee Farms at 8AM the next day and by 9AM their mobile service arrived at our resort, had awning retracted, and all zip tied and secured so we can continue to drive around that week and back home to TX.Customer service was outstanding and their efficient work allowed us to enjoy our family vacation with only a minor hiccup!Thank you Cherokee Farms for your excellent service! Nothing but gratitude and appreciation for your work!!!

Mason, Steven and Robert are great, fair and honest people! They have helped me with 3 different RVs over the years. When they schedule you, they show up! I have yet to have them be late or no shows.They answer my questions and have been a very reliable RV repair company for me. Thank you!!!

We have been using Tiffin Rvs 30 years...had a huge awning motor replaced and serviced a problem with our AquaHot till took Bobby's skills to the limit...He never gave up, tried Not to waste money on parts and we feel this Family is a great find! Extremely great & honest.... will wait till we return to have work or service done. VERY trustworthy people.

Cherokee Farms just completed a repair to damage on my 5th wheel Montana that occurred during a tire blowout. The quality of work was excellent and I can't tell that there was ever any damage at all. This is the second repair that Cherokee has done for me on this trailer, and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. I highly recomend this company.
