I had an exceptional experience with Nick V. at Caliber Collision. After my Lexus IS250 was rear-ended by a Mack truck, Nick quickly got my vehicle in and taken care of. The work done on my car was not only fast, but also of the highest quality.What truly stood out to me was Nick's stellar communication throughout the entire process. Nick specifically and the staff were true professionals. My vehicle had 2400 miles on it when I was t/boned in Foley Alabama. I am from Arkansas and chose caliber collision based on reputation. There was a huge debate as to whether the vehicle should be a total loss. Given the value etc. Nick could have spent months and a substantial amount of money to rebuild the Yukon. He felt is was not the right thing to do and convinced State Farm to make the vehicle a total loss. There would have been significant profit on such a lengthy and labor intensive repair. He chose to do what he felt was right for the end user. I am most grateful for the fact his give a damn is not broken . I appreciate State Farm as well, but mostly an honest man named NICK! I had front end damage to my Toyota and they had it for 10 days. During that time I was In a rental through my insurance. Caliber kept me up to date with all the work via text and phone calls. Repaired my vehicle on time, but you can clearly see rear bumper has gaps. Overall good experience but expected to be done more professional.

Caliber Collision is truly OUTSTANDING! Their repair of our Honda CRV was Fantastic! Our service representative, April, was absolutely customer focused. She explained the entire process of the repairs, coordinated with our insurance and provided regular updates on our repairs. This is amazing place to take your vehicle! I got tboned by a bobcat and I had them do all my repairs! They did absolute amazing job my car looked better than a new vehicle! April was amazing she kept me updated through text I love it and the experience! Thank you all!

My car had gotten rear ended and took it to this shop through my insurance. The staff are good and helpful. Within less than a week my rear bumper was replaced and painted. They did a phenomenal job with the work. I highly recommend using their services for any of your collision needs.

I was extremely impressed with the communication via text messages as to the progress. April Hughes was so pleasant to talk to and helped me feel so much better during this situation. Getting hit head on the damage was just awful to look at. In 20 days Caliber Collision had our vehicle back to looking so good and you cannot tell we were hit head on. We were very impressed with the service we received. Service was estimated for about 5 weeks, but we got our truck back 2 weeks early. We were kept up to date on the service and there wasn t any scamming done to insurance, which is a negative experience we had at another collision center. We were given the truck back looking brand new - cleaned and all. We highly recommend this place.

They lied about the repairs they were going to do they lied about the repairs they did do they lied about the repairs they didn't do and did not complete it the job the way it should have been done i had to pay out of pocket to get things fixed that they didn't do they were supposed to i had a witness with me and even heard them say they were going to do certain things they never did it so i wouldn't trust him a whole lot at all

Horrible experience with this body shop. Go to anyone else but them! The only highlight was their receptionist, Britney. Had to take my vehicle back more than once bc the job wasn't properly fixed ..let's not talk about the side panel and rear windshield wiper blade being busted off which was there when I took it in. Also, I made it very clear to "Nick" that I was only there bc it was a sanctioned USAA repair shop ..come to find out from my adjuster that they lost their rating and are no longer on their list ..as far as I'm concerned, that was pure deceitfulness on their part! He knew damn good and well they weren't sanctioned and never said a word bc I would have had my SUV towed to an actual USAA approved body shop. Never again with these people! Service: Body & Trim

My first experience with Caliber Collision was very friendly and comfortable. Speaking with the receptionist and the employee assisting me with my estimate/claim. It was nice to have genuine concern and even shared some helpful tips with other things to make sure I was satisfied and treated properly.

We had a small fender bender on the back passenger side bumper. It wasn t much damage and yet the estimate was over $3000 to repair it. I believe parts were ordered that weren t needed. Anyway, they said repairs would take about a week. Here it is 11 days later and I still don t have my car back. They never call to let us know it s not finished yet. We always have to call and ask them. Not pleased with Nick at this point. Hopefully I get it back by tomorrow. And it better look and work amazing. I, however, will not be using this repair shop again and I wouldn t recommend them to anyone else.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim
