Older staff are great people and always rapid to assist us, however a younger staff member, Hunter, is awfully lazy and often too wrapped up in his own goofy demeanor or with friends to take us seriously.Glad to see my older generation working so hard while a couple of the young members are so ill mannered and unmotivated. Five stars is for the older staff and a couple of the young ones who are so well mannered. But not Hunter!

I went in after work this week on a rainy night. Needed new wiper blades. Kenny was quick to help me and show me what I needed. He checked me out and was kind enough to put the blades on for me. Thanks so much, Kenny. Great employee and service.

Older guy at the front gave me a used part was rude that I didn't want a valve with long black hair inside the package and oil inside the package and then got passive aggressive every time he talked to me he was rude rude rude and needs tons of training and obviously had a issue with females or something. I'll never shop here or AutoZone again, better training!!

Located in foley Alabama on hiway 59 N. Friendly knowledgeable service. Wheelchair access and parking. Can be seen easily from the street. Had all the products I needed for cleaning oil on my concrete and for detailing my car. They also have a battery exchange.

We stopped to get a gauge checked on our truck. Guy came and hook up the computer and ched it he was very nice. When ran codes said everything was fine across the board. So we were good to go.

The team of Rhonda &Austin was outstanding in going above & beyond to assist me! They even came out in the rain to ensure all my needs were taken care of! They were very knowledgeable and extremely professional and I would say, provided the best service I have ever received in my adult years! This was all done close to closing time and they were very polite and made sure all my needs were taken care of! Auto Zone of Foley Alabama, y all have two Gems running this business and I hope you are aware of this!

Car battery died today... was a block away, so decided to walk there to get a new. Staff was friendly and helped me find the right size battery. He also mentioned if I returned the old one, I would be able to get money back. I came back later that day with the old battery and saved 20 bucks.

Josh helped me find a mobile mechanic when I had car trouble during my stay at orange beach. The guy he suggested did a great job. I'm extremely greatful for employees who go out of their way to help a customer! 5 stars!

VERY slow service. Went in for an A/C Service Valve Cap, was sold the wrong item (after waiting 15 minutes as the first one in line, as the salesman took an ADDITIONAL ~18 minutes simply looking for the part in their system). Immediately returned and asked for a refund (tried it out in the parking lot, to no alas). Another salesman took an ADDITIONAL 15 minutes looking for the CORRECT item in their system & in the back, only to return with ANOTHER generic item (which, of course, didn't work either).When dealing with the refund, I had to provide my name, phone number, and address. Unsure why I need to provide that info for a simple refund, yet I did. Salesman couldn't figure out their system, so ended up giving me cash back instead (so my personal info I gave him wasn't even relevant).Check out Napa or O'Reilly's instead-- WAY faster service at either place!!

The best experience I ve ever had at an auto place! They quickly diagnosed my problem, told me what I needed (and put it on) and I was done!! My car problem was solved in less than 15 minutes! I highly recommend this location!

Check engine light came on after driving here from Houston. In and out with a free scan that Walmart Automotive does not offer. Indicated a leaky gas cap, so that's a relief! Thanks to the local staff for getting me taken care of quickly.

Rep was obviously sick, kept snorting snot back up his nose, yeech & couldn't spell "mirror," can you believe that? Waited in line for a few minutes tho I could hear two or more ppl in back w/in close distance of front counter, but not one of them came out to assist customers.

Not enough employees working for the amount of customers in the store. Felt rushed at checkout by other customers waiting because there was not enough employees to help customers. Employee was helpful when it came to finding what I needed, they just need more people working. Overall I was able to get what I needed at a good price, that another parts store was out of that product at that price range.

Shopping for renewal of my lens headlights. Had already shopped at another place, but no product available.I stopped at AutoZone, on McKenzie, and talked to Rhonda! She was very kind, and helpful, and had a great attitude about her job. We discussed how to use the product, and I purchased the Lens renuwal kit.I was very pleased with the wonderful customer service provided by Rhonda! Great employee AutoZone?!

I was having a hard time starting my car, and I had no idea if it was a battery or something else. I called the AutoZone Auto Parts in Foley, got great directions to the store. The sales person was very helpful and friendly; he made me feel at ease. He checked my battery and it was bad. He found the battery needed and replaced it right away. I really appreciated his help! Will refer them to my friends and family. Thank you! GOD BLESS!

Tried to cheat my husband out of $100s. Our window would not letting up, but the motor WAS working. They kept our car 4 days then told us we needed a motor. When we told them No we dont, they fixed the window and took off over $100 from out bill.I will never go there again.

Friendly service good sales. This was my old rating of 4.Well I had to drop my rating due to my experience this morning.I went in to buy wiper blades, the young man was nice enough to look size of for me. when I checked out he charged me $2 apiece more than they were listed on the rack I mentioned it to him he said note this is the price. I went over to the rack took a picture of the price , when I showed him, he shrugged shoulders and didn't say anything so I walked out.Customer service is really lacking.

Very friendly and ready to help. Had a check engine light. They tested for free and found out a gas cap leak. Set our mind at ease for the 800 mile drive home.

My ac went out in my 2021 Explorer. I had a six hour ride home from the beach. A lovely gentleman assisted my husband with adding Freon, after having been sold the incorrect item the first time. Though it only lasted three hours, it was a great three hours.

I walked in no one offered to help me. I found my own wiper blade I stood in line because the very first register says only returns and tests. I listen to the manager and the woman at the commercial counter talk about whether she was fired should she come back the next day a customer approached the commercial counter and the group proceeded to talk about what nationality they were native American German Irish, nobody cares. What I do care about is ensuring I have the right wiper blade and paying for the items that I'm there to get. Thank you O'Reilly for always being considerate and able to help.

First auto zone I've ever been in and it was very nice. The staff working at the time of my visit were very friendly and very helpful. The store was very clean and very well stocked for all of your automotive needs. Will definitely be back if I ever need something!
