Saw the car online that I wanted. They stayed open late to meet me since I had a long drive. The staff was courteous and fair. I am pleased with the car and they warranty any mechanical issues. The paperwork process was fast and seamless. Do not hesitate to check these guys out as they have great looking vehicles and awesome deals!

I was pretty happy with my experience at Auto Expert. They were fair and professional. They seemed to be a hardworking group of guys wanting to make an honest living. I was nervous about buying a car with a rebuilt title, but they offered me a 90 day warranty. I took the car to two different mechanics (one in Alabama and one when I got home in Kansas) and both said the repairs looked well done and the car was in great condition. I did have a small issue with a lug stud being stripped out that required the whole hub to be replaced. They handled it very professionally and worked with my mechanic (in Kansas) to get it taken care of and paid for under warranty.I would recommend Auto Expert to anyone looking for a used car.

Our church in Birmingham was looking for a 15 passenger van. Chris was very helpful by allowing us to have a local in Foley that we knew drive the van. He even volunteered to do some extra cleaning of it after we told him we were going to buy it. Best experience I have had!

Bought my 2010 tundra from auto expert it's was out of my price range but i pulled in anyway and asked, they made it work! Figured out how much I needed down and financed the rest! They make it happen! They fixed everything I asked them too after the purchase. I will buy all my cars from these guys for sure! Also they have a great referral program! Chris smalley gave me a great deal on my current vehile.. I've had it for over 2 months and no issues whats so ever!!!!!! I went to the auto expert this morning had just bought my suv a week ago and noticed a few scrapes They Were so kind and buff it out free of charge thank u soooo much hopefully I won t need to come back , but I would recommend them kind people are hard to come by

They have really good cars with low mileage and affordable price. ...i got my own car from autoexpert and i recomend this place to everybody....if you are looking for a car go there its a big chance you will find something that you like!!!

They may do great work..guess I'll never know. I called them for a week all hours of the day. Not once did someone answer. I assume they're trying to keep their expenses down but sure wish they could hire someone to answer the phone. I work a block from them and see them there..otherwise I'd assume they were closed.JD Foley,Al
