Great deal for getting a battery replaced and installed. Super clean and nice waiting area. Staff is super nice and accommodating. I left my car running in the parking lot because I didn t want it to die on me if I needed to move it. As soon as I walked in and said I needed a battery replaced someone already moved my car getting it ready to be replaced. I thought someone stole my car at first. If you need something fixed they ll get it done, but they ll also be incredibly quick about it.

Been using Wilkes for years for alignments on all our vehicles & they always do a great job with the most updated equipment. Give Wilkes a chance, you won t be disappointed.

I woke up to a flat tire :( I took it to Wilks Tire and Battery service bright and early! They got me in immediately and fixed it up! They did a great job and were very friendly.

Absolutely recommend! I had a tire blowout at 7:30 am. My husband called Wilks in Florence for roadside assistance. Seth showed up shortly after with a very kind attitude and changed to my spare for me, loaded my damaged tire into his truck, and brought it back to the shop to replace it. The staff in the office was also friendly and helpful. With my entire morning being derailed, it was super relieving to deal with these guys to help smooth it back out.
