We love Whittens. My husband always takes his truck there. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. They don t beat around the Bush and they let you know upfront what your vehicle needs. They are always willing to work with you and always do a spectacular job.

Whitten's worked my son's car in on a Saturday for a coolant issue. They diagnosed and repaired the problen in no time and the price was quite reasonable. They were very informative and friendly and were easy to work with. Their professionalism was appreciated especially because I was dealing with the matter long distance. Great repair shop!

Randal Whitten is a man of highest integrity. He guarantees his work.. He once said, "if I misdiagnose a problem, I will refund your money." And he did.Charles is an intellectual genius when it comes to mechanics. He has an excellent memory and remembers previous work. They kept my 1999 Honda CR-V running for years. I regrettably sold it in 2015, with 350,000 miles.Any negative reviews are not a reflection of Whitten's Garage but that of miscommunication by the person posting.Whitten's full sevice, a privately-owned service station, is an asset to the Shoals.If you have a problem, talk to him about it and he will make it right.Proper communication is key. I've never had one problem and I appreciate his work and honesty.

One of the most honest mechanics in the area. Anytime one of our vehicles breaks down, we take it to Whitten's. They are also really fair and don't charge too much.

Very honest and polite men working hard to take care of people and their vehicles. Was recommended to go here by a Florence native and I don t think I will use any other shops again. 10/10.

Have been getting repairs done at whittens for years, he is fair reasonable and honest if he can repair it it stays fixed, cost usually below estimates

When I go and have my car filled up they check your air, oil, water and wash your windshield. Prices are reasonable too.

The staff were very welcoming when I called on the phone and were friendly when I showed up. The service was phenomenal. I plan on coming here whenever I need to.

All I asked him to do was to check one of my spark plugs that I knew was misfiring he wanted to keep it for a couple of days and just brushed me off
