My car sat at the Walmart Auto Care Center for 15 days as I awaited tires to be installed onto the car. After a very long 15 days, caught a ride to Walmart to speak in person since they, very rudely, told me to stop called about your tires, we will call you when they come in. Upon arriving and speaking to the Auto Care Center manager, he told me there was not record of me ordering the Pirelli tires I ordered 15 days ago. Then, he decided to ask if I ordered 1 or 2, when FIFTEEN days prior I went in and ordered a set of 4. The incompetence of these people is honestly ridiculous. They didn t have record of me ordering a whole set of $1,400 Pirelli tires. (Thank god I did not pay for them yet.)Mind you, I called almost every day for an update and was left in the dark. The people that work the counter, manager definitely included, have the IQ of their shoe size. Speaking to them was mind numbing. They have no idea what I was talking about, said that they had no record of me putting in the order, and acted standoffish when I was just asking them to do their job.I ve gone to Walmart many times prior in Hazel Green, AL to fix tires. So it s not an all over issue. It s this Walmart s issue. Thank god I don t live in Florence full time.

Pitiful!! First off there were 5 vehicles lined up at the thing where they sign people in. They guy finally looked out, shook his head and proceeded to take a step every 3 seconds it seemed like. It took him 45 seconds to walk out there when my grandma coukd havewalked it in 15. I bought some dextro all terrain tires last year and have kept them rotated. I also bought the warranty with themThe tires were all wearing good except one was showing wires on the inside. They said it voided my warranty because my truck ws out of alignment. I had ia alignment done right after i bought the tires and another obe done 2 months ago. I told them if it was out of Alignment then 2 tires should be messed up rather than one. He said it did not matter that one tire was out if alignment. Funnt because that tire has been on both sides of the truck just like the other 3 have. Welljust ti stay out of jail i kept my cool and said just put me 4 news on it. Then he said i would have to leave it with them. I said can i bring it back later on and make an appointment. Then he said oh we cant ger to it till Tuesday and this is Saturday. Screw tgat place i will not be buy another thing from there ans telling everyone i know how they are because i know a lot of people that woll take their business elsewhere also. If i coukd it would be minus 5 stars

Buyers be ware shopping online at Walmart. I purchased a Note 20 ultra on there website and the phone looks great it just doesn t work as it should. The bluetooth will not stay connected unless you are 1-2 foot in front of the device. Tried multiple headsets and they re not the cheap ones. So I call Walmart customer service and was told just to take it to any store and they would refund me. So I did but only to find out that returning it is not so easy, I have been given a total runaround. It s like there deliberately trying to delay me so I m past my return date. Can t get it replaced either. $453 gone down the drain. I will not buy anything for Walmart online ever again. I m posting this in hopes of saving so many other people the headache since Christmas is just around the corner. Shop somewhere else you ll be glad you did.

These folks are always quick, great (Walmart) prices, and make sure you are taken care of. Apparently others know this as this place is busy, so schedule if you can, but if you ealj in, they will still get to you promptly.

This is my third time here. Wait time has been over 2 hours for oil changes. Came in yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited from 7:40am until 10:15. Got the oil changed but no tire rotation. Made an appointment for 11am today. It s currently 12:34 and my vehicle is still on the lift. When staff is questioned they say they have two guys out. Management (Lee & Chad) are not concerned about customer complaints or concerns.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went today for oil change and tire rotation. Our appointment was at 1 and we didn't get out of there until around 3:40. When we made the appointment several days ago they said it should take about 1 1/2 hours tops.Services: Tire rotations, Oil changeServices: Tire rotations, Oil change

Just curious to know how they remain in business. They seriously have the most moronic drive up "booth" that you always have to wait a considerably long time before someone casually walks out to help, only to tell you you'll have to make an appointment because they are at capacity for the day with 2 other oil changes they have currently have. Decided to just go to jiffy lube after 3 attempts at Walmart

First time taking my vehicle there on my own usually my husband does it. Waited for them to call me overhead to let me know my car was ready they never did they didn't put the little sticker in the window indicating when my next oil change should be. But overall it was okay.

I called about having two tires replaced, made sure the two I needed were in stock, and then asked approximately how Long the replacement would take and was told 30-45 minutes. No problem. I arrived 20 minutes later only to be told that tires are by appointment only and you must set up 24 hours in advance. What a joke

As I drove my truck through the check in area. I asked for tires and oil change. Did not have my size tires in stock. Ok no problem I told the attendee when I go in side I will have the attendee on the inside order me some. No sur it will be easier for you to order them on line. But it was easier to go next door and get what they had in stock. I was at the least going to still get my oil changed at Walmart but being that no tires in stock he rushed me away

If you need tires on a limited budget, then they aren't bad but if you can afford to spend more than $800-$900 on a set then do so. Just like with anything else, Walmart tires are like clothing, shoes, etc. it's sold for a cheaper price because they are a cheaper tire. Even the "name brand" tires. I know this from working in the title industry. Companies aren't going to sell a tire to Walmart at a discount price when they can sell the same one no problem at full price. They sell a lesser quality tire and you think you got a great tire for a great deal.

Never so unimpressed with automotive repair types as I am unimpressed with these guys. They had two bays going and closed the parking lot an hour early, because they already had two cars to put tires on. I wish my boss would let me "lay down on the job" for the last thirty minutes of the day.

They took my car at 10 am took two hours for a oil change. They told my my vehicle was ready. When I went to pay they said they didn't have a oil filter for it. . Mademe wait 2 hours to tell me this then just shrugged when I asked them why. Horrible way to treat a customerService: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

I went in for a patch and was told that I only have two cars in front of me. Well two and a half hours later and four cars they still hadn t got to mine. I asked when mine would be ready and was told mine was next to go in, then they brought back another that was there after me. So, I ended up having to take my car with the flat tire somewhere else and get it patched. At least I paid half of what Walmart wanted. I got a better deal going somewhere else and not having to deal with Walmart s incompetence. Plus it only took 10 minutes at the place I went to instead of almost three hours of waiting around for nothing.

Waited 3 hours to be told they didn't have a full set of the tires I needed. Was told I would have to go to Muscle Shoals to get the last tire. Wouldn't have been a problem if I hadn't had to spend so much time just screwing around wasting my time when a 30 second inventory check could've had me on my way.

I simply needed to get a tire patched. I showed the guy where the the nail was on the tread and he told me that they were very busy and I could leave it and they would call me when it's ready. An hour later I get a call from a woman telling me that they could not fix the tire because it was too near the edge of the tire. I knew that this was not true and they were just wanting me to buy a new tire. However, what really pissed me off is that they wasted my Sunday afternoon, when the guy could have told me, upfront, that they we unable to fix it. That's the kind of incompetency that they employ. I will NEVER go back. I've been there a few times for various things and it's always been a ridiculous waste of time. Stay away!!!

Relatively quick and affordable service, and everyone in that department seemed happy and helpful. The automotive manager was very active in helping customers and kept the people around him in good spirits. The two women at the register area were SO wonderful! The waiting area was clean and they have a small coffee bar along with a few magazines, and the shop area was clean and efficient. Thank you, Walmart auto center!

Okay, so I am writing a review for the guy that had dark hair, glasses and a small beard. He had helped me, my mom and brother out earlier today on my car that stalled-out/didn't crank at the Chevron. He helped me to get my car running. He was awesome! I don't know his name. But I thank you kindly for helping me and my family out! I had recently gotten out of the hospital too. So I thank you kindly guy with glasses, dark hair and beard! :)

Stole my tires! Was supposed replace two worn tires, instead replaced two good tires. Then brought different tire out than the ones replaced when confronted. What a scam!

Made an appointment to get 2 tires changed. I ve been here for an hour and a half with no end in sight. I ve watched my car sit with tires missing for 30+ mins with nobody attending to it. Super slow. Wouldn t recommend.

Was told they were "dead" so they could get to my car right away. Waited 2 hours for them to tell me they don't carry my oil filter and asked me to go get it and bring it back. Won't be coming back here again.

Went to Wal-Mart to get new tires and I pulled up under their shed and I set and waited a long time for someone to come and check me in. I had to call inside and ask. The manager came out mad and told me 5 cars was ahead of me, I look and told him you don't have a car in there..He got real mad. I got no tires.

It was raining and lightning today so the tire center wouldn't put on any tires. They need to find a different way to set up tire service in bad weather.

Walmart is the biggest joke for a oil change center purchase for her car center I go there my car got my car 40 minutes show the guy how to use the security system to start my car couldn't start it should have been paying attention I get his minus 3 can't stand Walmart that's the Walmart in Florence Alabama

We went in to price tires and the lady printed off a paper telling us what our options were just to drive around to the back of the building and the guy tells us he don't have anything that will fit.

Got here 1 car in lube bay no one else ahead of me. I checked in at 12:40pm and it's now 2:14 and STILL NOT done with oil change!!!! SERIOUSLY???????
