Went in looking for used trailer tires, the manager was so rude. The sales associate that was helping me simply asked him if they had a set in stock. He smugly replied, "You're going to get that question 15 times a day, we don't sale no USED trailer tires". My goodness does the sign not say USED tire giant in front? I've purchased tires from here before but, never again.

He put the wrong size on my husband's truck a few days ago, they have warranty on the tires my husband showed the warranty. The owner then told him not to come back to his establishment and hire a lawyer. My husband never even mentioned a lawyer he just responded and said okay he wouldn't be back.

Like every business these days, short staffed, so had to wait for the single tire man to take care of two other clients. Worth it - got quality, new tires at a good price. Made a big difference in handling AND 15% better gas mileage!

Pat was friendly, helpful, and fast on the phone to look up what I needed and give me the best price of anyone else I called. Jay was a professional who wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the chosen tires and had them mounted and balanced quickly. Superb service. I will be back.

My go-to used tire store. Good for single tire or a whole set. Wide range of sizes and conditions. I always check here first and have never been disappointed

Sold me a terrible tire two weeks ago and when I went to get another one under warranty he said I was scamming him like sorry bud I m not a con artist you are everyone please stay away from here worst service ever

The people at this place are rude! The lady in the front wouldn t let me look at the tire sets without asking every 10 seconds what I was looking for. I finally told her what I needed and she asked someone in the back for the tires I needed. They brought out 2 tires that were nearly bald with one of the edges almost worn down to the belts and wanted $45.00 each. The tires weren t even worthy to put on a vehicle. Then I found a set that were about 50% tread and they were asking $699.00 for the set. I purchased a new set from another tire dealer here in town for $750.00 mounted and balanced.RE:- Your uncalled for response will be shared with the BBB and other search engines!!!No wonder your business is lacking!

Do Not use! I repeat DO NOT USE! I ran a flat tire a few weeks ago & could not afford a new tire (broke college kid). They were one of the few places that had my size. They then charged me $91 which was a bit pricey for a used tire. The tire then ran flat a week later. I called them & they said they would look at it because it was under their warranty. I went there this morning & they said I needed a receipt for them to look at it (they did Not give me one). Now I'm out near $100 & still had to replace the tire. Just go to Hines.

I needed a good set of used tires for an older vehicle. The team was knowledgeable and friendly. They gave me a good set of used tires for more than 1/2 off the original price and had them balanced and on the vehicle in less than an hour.

These guys really help me out of a very sticky situation when my wife's car blew a flat tire yesterday. My insurance company's roadside assistance messed up the schedule pickup which would have left me stranded for several hours before a recovery vehicle could come out. Tire Giant had a new tire to replace the old one but when they learned of my issues with roadside. these guys actually came out to my location took the wheel off and went back to the shop and put the new tire on and came back and put it on for me at no charge and after hours!!!They will definitely be getting my business in the future!!

Went here to get a tire patched when I came in the girl at the table was asleep and appeared to be on drugs. It was very unprofessional! The male I spoke with was rude also not even acknowledging me when I was telling him the issue with my tire. My first and last time coming here!

Terrible absolutely Terrible experience. Had a set of tires mounted and put on got a couple miles down the road and had a horrible vibration.. called and they were absolutely no help blamed it on me abusing the truck... i baby my truck worked hard for what I have.. got to looking and could unscrew the lugs with my hands they still wouldn't own up to their mistake I had a video then they said it was a bad impact. A little help or maybe even consideration that they may have made a mistake but the owner was absolutely rude from the moment I had problems. Would give 0 stars if possible

I went there yesterday to get a flat fixed. It was 20 minutes before time to close. A man unlocked the door and proceeds to tell us the guy in the back still has 8 tires to fix so he can't take anymore. Then he says "The early bird gets the worm". I'm sorry but I didn't know I was going to have a flat. I guess I need to schedule it next time. He also told us Hines was closed. Thank goodness I didn't take his word for it. Hines was opened. They came out, changed my tire and was super nice. So I know who will and won't get my business in the future. Thanks Hines!

Do not go here.This place is the worst experience I have ever had getting a tire. The lady inside that took my money was nice but the employee told me after waiting he was tired and mad at the boss bc hes having to work next monday on labor day so hes ready to go home early bc he didnt feel like changing my tire bc it would take him 30 more min.. Now hope I make it home bc i have wire showing all around my tire. I got a refund and definetly want be back.

Nice people. Terrible service. Went in to get my tires mounted. Then they told me I need longer studs so I bought the studs. They couldn t even get my break calipers off to change the studs. And STILL charged me for changing the studs out when the job wasn t done. Took it to a different shop, they had everything done within the hour. Unbelievable. Would not recommend tire giant to anybody. They will take your money for shop time lol

Why 5 stars?Well I went there on Tuesday talked to the lady about needing tires, liked them bought them. Went in the next day Wednesday at 8:30 out by 9:30. Short and sweet great service.

Came in to have work done. Witnessed two customers get treated like garbage while I was waiting. Then they proceeded to work on mine and they didn t even finish it but would not give any type of refund.

the worst experience here. First the lady inside was too worried about tapking to the other woman behind the counter to be of much help.When I went up to the counter to pay I said I needed a NEW tire. I tried chatting a little , she was standoffs so I paid and pulled around back. I was told I would be waiting 30 minutes and that was fine. It was more like an hour. Then when I asked about the tire looking used (I asked for new) the lady proceeded to come and tell me I did not ask for that. I wad upset that I had to wait an hour for the wrong thing. She kept telling me I didn't tell her that. When I told her exactly what I said she proceeded to keep telling me what I did say and that I am wrong. The woman was rude and disrespectful. I have been coming to this building (name change recently so new onwer?) For the better part of a decade. I will not be going back.

Good service alright priced and friendly staff. Need to change my review. Friendly staff is a crock lady who works in office rudest I ever dealt with. One tire had a previous plug which blew out very close to side wall. Things happen I get that 4 tires later cuz of flats didn't even make it 2 miles on one of em and had to pay a service call for them to make it right. What kind of crock is that. I had to pay for you to come fix the tire u just put on that I have already paid for. Pathetic now it's not balanced and leaking air again. Speaking of balance. Had 2 tires put on and other 2 balanced originally never put balancing on the ticket so when I came back with a junk tire asked to get others rebalance cuz of vibration. Wouldn't honor that a service I paid for previously that was done incorrectly. And the day I had severe issues with this place. Cuz of that I'll never go back. A good company owner would make it right but I don't see it happening it will be $140 wasted I'm sure. $140 for 2 tires well one tire really out of 2 I got one I don't have issue with. But u can get 1 everyone and then and would love a phone call from owner to make things right since with service call to fix your own tire u just sold me it's $25+$140. So $165 for one tire worth anything. Pathetic. Waste of money and pathetic tires. Save your money and go somewhere else. Have better luck on fb ppl beat advice I can tell u. I ain't goin back that's for sure

I have been buying tire here for several years and so have my family , but will never buy another tire here again. The owner is the rudest man I have ever uncounted that has a business. I had bought a set of tires there back in April, my son was driving my car and a tree branch was in the street and he hit it and put a hole in tire. I wanted to get a tire that was the same, so I went back to Tire Giant and I talk to the receptionist and she gave me a price I paid it and the owner can out and said I had to pay more so I did, he even tried to give me a used tire for the price of a new tire. And he just went off saying that we were trying to steal services from him and he was very rude and unprofessional, very nasty attitude. I will never buy another tire there and I will made should I tell everybody I know that has bought tires there will never go there again.

Awesome place. Do not be turned away by the idea of used tires. For my impala everyone in town wanted to charge me $500+ for new set of tires. I got slightly used tires for $260..out the door in 30 minutes. These guys work hard and fast. They aren't like the big companies. They care about their customers and their reputation so they are always going to give 100%. Give the little guys a chance before you go to Walmart. You'll be pleasently surprised.

They are the largest used tire warehouse I've seen. They are very reasonable priced on used tires and some used tires are high tread which are close to new tread depth still. They do sell brand new tires and if your looking for a very large off road tire or tire for large custom rims, they usually have something in stock. They have always been fairly quick getting me fixed up and do a good job. Very helpful staff.

Took my sons truck here to get tires took them four hours to get 4 tires mounted an they scratched every one of his rims but one rim has big hunks out of it. Owner refused to replace them but was goin to take them to get fixed at a place in huntsville until he found out how much it cost per rim. I wouldn't take my lawn mower tire to this place for them to fix the owner is very ugly an needs to learn how to conduct business.

Went in Thursday at 4:35 to ask about used 265/65/18 tires. As soon as my feet stepped in, this very rude employee snaps, "We're closed, SIR! You'll have to come back tomorrow morning at 8:00 a.m." I said, no time for even a question?" His reply? "If I sit here answering questions, I'd never get out of here!" Very rude individual. I guess he doesn't know his hours are listed 8-6p.m. Mon-Fri online. I took my business elsewhere (ordered online at mrgomatire). Tires will be delivered Wed. May 13. I will not even think of visiting these people again. First impressions.

BEWARE OF OWNER!!! This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had in my life! Trailer lights wasn't working on the uhaul I reserved and the owner started yelling at me saying its my truck and there is no way its his trailer. We hooked up to another trailer and all lights worked. Come to find out it WAS IN FACT his trailer. No apologies were given for the absurd behavior. Then tries to con me into the insurance purchase (that I always purchase anyways as its an option) saying ill have to contact my insurance company and get "all kinds of stuff added" or he won't be able to let me leave with the trailer. Goes to pri t out my copy and starts swearing at the printer cause its out of paper and finally someone came to his rescue. The entire store smells of smoke as he walks around with a cigar in his mouth. RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL encounter ive ever had at a "business" do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY!!

In and out in 30 minutes with a new set of tires. They balanced each tire multiple times to insure a zero reading on the machine. Then they placed each tire in a water bath to check for leaks. The most impressive though, was they used a torque wrench to properly tighten the lugs. Most places will turn the tires once, add the weights and pull the tire off the machine without rechecking. I've never seen an installer check for leaks on fresh tires. And this is only the second place I've ever seen that put a torque wrench to a lug nut. Everywhere else only uses an impact and is done. They have earned a repeat customer.

Excellent prices and service! I do alot of business with them and they have always done me right! Even get a 30day warranty on used tires as long as you have receipt! Highly recommend!!!!
